This paper proposes a LVRT (Low Voltage Ride Through) control strategy which should be satisfied by grid-connected wind power system when grid faults occur. The LVRT regulation indicates rules or actions which have to be executed according to the voltage dip ratio and the fault duration. Especially the wind power system has to support the grid with specified reactive current to secure the grid stability when voltage reduction ratio is over 10%. The LVRT regulation in this paper is based on the German Grid Code and full-scale variable speed wind power conversion system is considered for LVRT control strategy. The proposed LVRT control strategy satisfies not only LVRT regulation but also makes power balance between wind turbine and power system through additional DC link voltage regulation algorithms. Because it is impossible to control grid side power when the 3-phase to ground fault occurs, the DC link voltage is controlled by a generator side inverter using the DC link voltage control strategy. Through the simulation and experiment result, the proposed LVRT control strategy is evaluated and its effectiveness is verified.

국내·외 사회 전 분야의 급속한 전자상거래 발전에 따라 해운·항만 분야에도 인터넷 사업의 진출기회가 확대되고 전략적 활동이 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서도 인터넷을 기반으로 세계가 하나의 시장으로 통합되는 경향을 보이고 있어 기업의 활동 범위가 광역화되고 있으며, 시간과 장소의 통합이 기업간 거래에서 중요시 되고 있다. 지금 세계 각 국은 해상연계 물류, 무역 등 물품의 중개 관련 사이트 및 선박 운송에 따른 각종 해운관련 서비스를 가상 공간에서 제공하는 사이버 해운 시장의 선점 및 구축에 모든 힘을 쏟고 있다. 해상 운송에 따른 각종 수송서비스를 생산, 공급하는 경제활동을 해운 활동이라 한다. 해운 시장의 불확실성, 다변성, 국제성, 개방성을 특성으로 하는 해운 거래는 전자상거래를 통해 효율적으로 처리될 수 있다. 즉, 해운 거래의 비용 감소와 양질의 서비스로 선주, 화주 등 거래 당사자들의 만족도를 높일 수가 있다. 이에 따라 국내에서도 오프라인상의 해운 거래소가 사이버 해운거래소로 옮겨질 예정이다. 가상 공간을 통한 해운 거래의 구체적인 장점은 다음과 같다. 구매업체는 기존 공급업체에 대한 접근 및 새로운 공급업체의 확보가 용이하며, 경쟁 입찰 등을 통해 저렴한 비용으로 물품을 구입할 수 있다. 판매 업체의 경우 채널 확장이 가능하며 판매비를 절감할 수 있다. 또한 e-Marketplace의 입장에서 보면 해운 산업 전체를 위한 새로운 시장을 형성할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 지속적인 수익 창출도 가능하다. 이러한 해운 거래의 B2B e-Marketplace의 출현은 향후 해운 거래의 새로운 패러다임으로 자리 잡을 것이다. 사이버 해운 거래소는 선박 매매와 용선, 화물 거래를 위한 선·화주의 연결, 표준화된 카탈로그 구축, 각종 전자문서 생성, 전자 결제, 온라인 보험 가입, 해운 선용품 판매 및 관련 정보 제공 등 해운 거래를 위한 종합적인 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 이를 위해, 본문에서는 e-Marketplace의 효율적인 연계 방안에 대해 해운 관련 업종별로 제시하고 있다. 리스트 제공형, 중개형, 협력형, 보완형, 정보 연계형 등이 있는데, 이는 해운 분야에서 사이버 해운 거래가 가지는 문제점들을 보완하고 업종간 협업체제를 이루어 원활한 거래를 유도할 것이다. 그리하여 우리나라가 동북아 지역뿐만 아니라 세계적인 해운 국가 및 물류 ·정보 중심지로 성장할 수 있는 여건을 구축하는데 기여할 것이다.

라우터를 기반으로 하는 IP망은 트래픽제어 기능을 제공하지 못하고 특히 QoS의 기능을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 단점을 ATM이 해결할 수 있으며 이는 오랜 기간 진행되어온 ATM 망에 대한 투자와 전국적인 ATM 백본망 구축을 해온 기간 통신사업자틀 통해 ATM의 장점을 이용한 상품의 차별화에 의해 어느정도 해결될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 OoS의 관점에서 ATM 서비스 차별화 전략을 IP 망과 비교하여 제시하고 망통합에 의한 차별화 전략을 기존 통신망과 연계하여 인터넷 서비스 제공을 위한 전략을 제시한다.

IT KOREA 미래전략 '5대 핵심과제'의 전략분야별 주요 이슈와 현재 R&D현장에서 추진 중이거나 추진 예정으로 있는 연구개발 방향과 유망기술에 대해 간략히 살펴보고자 한다. IT융합 부문은 IT와 상호 Win-Win 가능한 자동차 조선 의료 등 비(非)IT산업의 IT융합을 촉진하고, 시스템반도체 스마트SOC Green IT 등을 고도화한다는 전략을 토대로 4개 전략분야에서 23개의 유망기술을 발굴 제시하였다. SW 부문은 IT 분야 중 가장 취약한 것으로 평가되고 있는 SW산업을 하드웨어 인프라 등과 연계하여 세계시장 진출이 가능한 수준으로 동반성장 시킨다는 전략을 기반으로 R&D 연관성이 높은 2개 전략분야에서 11개의 유망기술을 발굴 제시하였다. 주력 IT기기 부문은 반도체 디스플레이 휴대폰 등 이미 세계 시장에서 독자적 위치를 차지하고 있는 하드웨어산업의 글로벌 주도권을 더욱 확고히 한다는 전략에 따라 5개 전략분야에서 유망기술 10개를 발굴 제시하였다. 방송통신 부문은 WiBro DMB 등 세계적 수준의 방송통신기술을 바탕으로 4G 3DTV 등 차세대 방송통신기술의 핵심원천기술을 개발하고, 국제표준을 확보한다는 전략을 기반으로 4개 전략분야에서 유망기술 8개를 발굴 제시하였다. 인터넷 부문은 UBcN 미래인터넷 정보보안 등을 대상으로 하고 있으며, 특히 미래인터넷의 경우, 초기 개발단계부터 핵심원천기술 확보를 목표로 시스코 구글 등과 같은 세계적인 기업들을 배출할 수 있는 여건을 조성한다는 전략에 따라 4개 전략분야에서 유망기술 8개를 발굴 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to propose measures to respond to NK's nuclear threat by applying the concept of offset strategy in the US and the fourth industrial revolution technology innovation. Through this study, the concept, technology, and organization were examined to find measures to counter the NK's nuclear threat. The concept was to review the US offset strategy and consider the strategy of paralyzing the enemy's center as an operational concept. And the technologies that can support the 4th Industrial revolution and the 3rd US offset strategy. The organization analyzed the implications for the reform of the National Defense Reform 2.0 and the reorganization of the acquisition of the US DoD. Through the US offset strategy review, it is necessary to reconcile the strategic concepts of Korea and the US, and the interoperability of technologies and the cooperation fields of the ROK-US alliance. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the capability of responding to NK's nuclear threat in connection with the 4th Industrial Revolution and the National Defense Reform 2.0 promotion. It is necessary to develop the concept of operational performance applying the new paradigm for the NK's nuclear issue and to apply advanced science and technology. And that it is necessary to organize effectively in conjunction with the National Defense Reform 2.0.

This study examines the impact of political connections of Chinese listed firms on CSR(Corporate Social Responsibilities) activities. Firms recognize the political connections as 'non-market strategy' and actively utilize various benefits obtained through them for management activities. In order to utilize these political connections, there is a need for firms to implicitly perform the government's social policy obligations in return for their benefits. In particular, CSR activities in China are one of the government-led social policies unlike in the West, and the government wants firms to solve social problems through active CSR activities. In this background, this study empirically verifies whether firms with political connections are actively carrying out CSR activities required by the government from 2013 to 2019. As a result, Chinese listed firms with political connections have a positive effect on CSR activities. Especially, those with political connections with central government carry out both government benefits and social policy obligations.

The School Library Instruction(SLI) is one of the tool subjects for information literacy. Therefore, the connection with school curricula Is the activation strategy of SLI. The school library Integrated curriculum is Integrating a thinking strategy of SLI and subjects of subject education curricula. The purpose of the school library Integrated curriculum is to strengthen the educational role of teacher-librarian and self-directed learning. In this study, a presented example of the school library Integrated curriculum for the 10th students is based on the cross-curriculum subjects as a strategy of connection and integration.
