환경 친화적인 공급 사슬 관리에 관한 주제는 최근 기업들이 보다 적극적으로 생산성과 기업 이미지를 높이고 총비용을 절감하기 위한 목적으로 적극적인 관심을 가지게 되었다. 적극적이란 공급 사슬 전체에 걸쳐 환경 친화적인 제품을 개발하고, 효율적인 리사이클링 활동을 기업의 중요한 전략으로 하고자 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경 친화적 공급 사슬 관리의 배경, 논리적 근거, 전략 그리고 공급 사슬을 구성하고 있는 여러 요소들의 친 환경적인 대응 방법 및 시스템을 전체적인 공급 사슬 관점에서 조명하고 분석해 보고자 한다.

본 논문은 기독인 경영기업과 일반기업의 자본조달전략에 차이가 존재하는지를 미국 기독인 경영기업의 최고경영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 실증분석하였다. 실증분석에 앞서 성경에 기초하여 부채에 관한 원리를 찾아서 정리하였다. 그 다음 도출된 차입원리에 기초하여 네 개의 가설을 설정하였다. 중심된 가설은 기독인 경영기업과 일반기업의 부채비율에 차이가 존재하는가 이었다. t-검증을 한 결과 두 집단의 부채비율에 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 그러나 일부의 기독인 경영기업은 무부채정책을 추구하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 기업간의 상이한 자본구조의 차이를 성경적으로 접근하여 설명을 시도하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM)는 프로세스의 모델링, 분석, 실행에 이르는 비즈니스 프로세스 전 라이프 사이클을 지원하고자 하는 개념으로, 급변하는 경영 환경의 변화에서 기업의 경쟁력을 재고하기 위하여 필요로 되는 새로운 기업 컴퓨팅 패러다임이다. 비즈니스 프로세스 관리의 개념을 도입함으로써 기업들은 조직의 프로세스를 능동적이고 빠르게 (재)설계하고 수행할 수 있으며, 기업간 M&A 및 전략적 제휴를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다. 기업간 협업이 이루어지기 위해서는 그들 간의 프로세스의 교류 및 통합이 필수적이다. 통합의 한 수단으로 여러 프로세스에 관련된 Data들을 Rule의 형태로 표현하여 관리할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 워크플로, BPMS 등의 환경에서 비즈니스 Rule을 포함하는 비즈니스 프로세스 수행시에 관리해야 할 제약조건을 통합 관리할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 비즈니스 프로세스를 수행하면서 체크해야 할 제약조건들을 규명한후 이들을 표현할 수 있는 프로세스 기반의 트리거 모델을 제시한다. 또한 본 방법론의 실현 가능성을 보여주기 위해 예제와 함께 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하였고 Performance 측면에서는 제한적이기는 하지만 DB에 기반한 제약조건 관리방법과의 비교를 통해서 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 방법의 우수성을 보여준다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법론은 Workflow 및 BPMS와 같은 프로세스 관리 시스템에서 통합의 수단으로 사용되고 있는 EAI 등을 보완해 줄수 있는 툴로써 활용가능하리라 기대된다.

현재 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)업계의 동향은 외산 전사적자원관리업체들이 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 시장 공략에 적극 나서고 있다. SAP코리아와 한국오라클이 이미 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업시장을 타갓으로 한 제품을 선보인 데 이어 최근 마이크로소프트(MS)까지 이 시장에 본격적으로 뛰어들었다. 국내 ERP업계는 외산업체들의 공격적인 SMB시장 전략으로 국내 업체들 사이에서 살아남기 위해서는 제품의 완성도를 높이고 보다 주도면밀한 마케팅 전략을 구사하는 등 대응책을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한 기업의 주요 업무에 대한 전산화는 개발요원들이 전산화를 요구하는 부서의 업무를 분석하고 각종 개발 툴을 이용하여 각 부문의 업무 프로세스에 맞게 구축하는 주문식 개발방법이 보편적이었으나, 기업들도 전문 소프트업체의 경영 어플리케이션 패키지(business application package) 제품을 구입해 구축하는 방식으로 변하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 ERP를 운영하고 있는 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 중에 하나인 K업체의 생산관리 모듈을 대상으로 하여 운영상의 문제점을 파악하고, 이에 따른 효율적인 운영을 위한 프로세스를 정의하고자 한다. 또한 K업체의 제조관련부분에 대한 업무분석을 통하여 ERP 프로젝트의 완성을 위한 목표설정과 범위, 실적 평가 기준정립을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

The globalization of business is making it more important than ever to understand how international human resource can be utilized more competitively. This study explores how the international human resource strategies between global integration and local responsiveness affects the company's competitive advantage. The findings for global integration strategy suggest that when a subsidiary is highly dependent on the parent company's resources and the findings for local responsiveness suggest that when a subsidiary is highly dependant on the host country's resources and institution. This study proposes competitive advantage by the global integration strategy and local responsiveness strategy. The effects of IHRM to create value for company's core competence was analyzed. Two IHRM strategic choices will affect the different competences such as integration and localization abilities. This paper also suggests the two kinds of core competences of IHRM strategies how impact on company's performance.

The purpose of this study is to develop a competency model that enhances the management capabilities of vocational training institutions and to identify the priorities of educational needs. After reviewing prior studies to tentatively establish a competency model, a training needs assessment was conducted in the field using this model. Data for the analysis were collected through a survey conducted among vocational training institutions. Following the needs assessment, a new management competency model for vocational training institutions was formulated, comprising six competencies and 26 competency dimensions, by eliminating the dimensions considered relatively less important. The competency model developed through this study is anticipated to be utilized in creating management education programs for directors of domestic vocational training institutions.

기업 간 경쟁이 날로 심화되고 있는 고도 산업화 사회에서, 비교 우위를 차지할 수 있는 경영 전략을 수립하고 이를 효과적으로 추진하는 것이 기업의 생존과 직결되는 중요한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 불행하게도 기존의 전산 시스템은 일상 업무의 자동화에 초점을 맞추어 왔기 때문에 정보의 관리도 현업의 일상 업무를 효과적으로 지원하는 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 경영 전략 수립이나 추진에서 활용하는 정보를 제공해 주기에는 데이터웨어하우스의 구축이 필수적으로 도입되어야 한다.

I have tried to find a concept among different perspectives on knowledge management. A practical framework of the enhancement of firm's competence through knowledge accumulations was developed as follows: First, All human factors should be armed with information based knowledge and leaded by chief knowledge officer. Second, Learning organization is necessary to develope knowledge creation. Third, Organization has to be controlled by information based control system for the effective linkage of several sort of information. Fourth, Shared culture of knowledge internalized by all members must help organization generate and articulate a new form of knowledge. Finally, Several information technologies and instrumental system may faster creation of knowledge. Especially, in this paper, focused on role of knowledge-based people. It is new view of knowledge-based management studies.
