Inkjet Printing Technique for PCB conductive pattern circuit (PCB 전도성 패턴회로를 위한 잉크젯 프린팅 기술)

  • 본 논문에서는 잉크젯 프린팅 기술을 이용하여 FPCB의 미세패턴 전극회로를 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 압전 잉크젯헤드에 의한 잉크드롭제어에 의해 전도성 잉크의 프린팅이 가능하도록 구현하였다. 그 동안 PCB 제작은 포토리소그라픽 공정에 의해 13단계 공정을 통하여 제작함으로써 폐수에 의한 환경오염, 비경제적인 비용, 긴 공정시간을 요구하였지만, 잉크젯 프린팅 기술을 적용함으로써 3단계로 공정간소화, 공정시간 단축, 비용절감의 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 잉크젯 헤드는 당사에서 제작한 128노즐을 적용하였으며 이러한 결과 다음사양을 얻을 수 있었다. 인쇄 전극의 선폭 50um, 선폭 균일도 <15%, 패턴, 패턴 건조 큐어링 온도는 $150^{\circ}C$ 15분, 인쇄 속도 250mm/s, 720 dpi 분해능의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • The sensory nerve study is the important index to diagnosis peripheral neuromyotic disease. This paper discusses about the design of parameter - latency, amplitude, conduction velocity - measurement system in the sensory nerve. This system consists of three parts which are Main Control Unit(MCU), Stimulator, and external output unit. Also new measurement algorithms which is adaptive threshold method is presented in this paper. The designed system is controlled by MCU includes automatic detection algorithms and self-diagnostic functions.

  • 유한한 열전도율과 두께를 갖는 수평동심원관 내의 층류자연대류 문제를 유한차분법을 사용하여 수치적으로 연구하였다. 동심원관 내에는 전도-대류가 복합되어, 전체-유체 경계면에서의 온도분포는 미리 알려져 있지 않다. Prandtl수를 0.7, L/D$_{i}$ = 0.8로 고정하고 각각의 Rayleigh수와 열전도계수의 비, 기하학적변수에 대하여 계산을 수행하였으며, 그 결과를 등온 수평동심원관의 경우와 비교하였다. Rayleigh수와 t/D$_{i}$가 클수록, 열전도계수의 비 K가 작을수록 열저도 효과는 강하게 나타났으며, 국소등가전도계수와 온도분포에 비하여 속도분포는 영향을 덜 받는다는 것이 밝혀졌다.

  • 반도체 동작시에 파워 손실을 최소화하는 것은 2000년대의 에너지, 산업전자, 정보통신 산업분야에서의 가장 주요한 요구 사항중의 하나이다. 실리콘계 반도체 소자들은 완전히 새로운 구동기구의 소자가 개발되지 않는 한, 실리콘 재료의 낮은 열 전도율이나 낮은 절연파괴전계와 같은 물리적 특성한계 때문에 이러한 요구를 만족시키는 것이 불가능한 실정이다. 따라서 21세기를 위한 대안으로 고열전도율의 WBG(Wide Band-Gap) 물질 그 중에서도 탄화규소(SiC) 반도체가 제시되고 있다. SiC 반도체는 실리콘에 비하여 밴드 갭(band gap: E$_{g}$)이 높을 뿐만이 아니라 절연파괴강도(E$_{B}$)가 한 자릿수 이상 그리고 전자의 포화 drift 속도, v$_{s}$ 및 열전도도 k가 3배 가량 크다. 따라서 SiC는 고온 동작 내지는 고내압, 대전류, 저손실 반도체를 제작하는데 아주 유리하다. 본고에서는 응용성이 넓고, 단결정 제조가 비교적 용이한 SiC 반도체의 기술현황 에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

  • The effect of substituent inleaving group on the rates of reactions of phenacyl substituted-benzenesulfonates with pyridine was determined conductometrically in acetonitrile and in methanol at 35, 45, and $55^{\circ}C$, respectively. The reaction rate became faster in proportion to electron-attracting ability of substituent, which indicates that the substituent in leaving group can directly control reaction rate. It was shown that the specific to the carbonyl carbon as the rate-determining step.

  • Rates of reactions of nine m-or p-substituted phenacyl bromides with quinoline in methanol were measured by an electric conductivity method. These reactions were found to proceed through an $S_N2$ path and were accelerated by both electron-donating and electron-withdrawing substituents. A plausible reaction mechanism for this observation was proposed. Some activation parameters for these reactions were also calculated.

  • Rates for reactions of substituted phenacyl bromides with imidazole and those of substituted imidazoles with phenacyl bromide were measured by an electric conductivity method. The rates were accelerated by electron-withdrawing substituents of phenacyl bromide and these reactions obeyed well both the linear free energy relationship and the isokinetic relationship. The relation between pKa's of substituted imidazoles and reaction constants fit the Bronsted rule. However, the case of 2-methylimidazole deviated far from this rule exerting steric hindrance. The reaction proceeded much faster in acetonitrile than in methanol and the observed ratio, k2 (acetonitrile)/k2 (methanol), was considerably larger than the value calculated from the Kirkwood equation.

  • This paper is reported on the simulation and test results of a constant flux vector control scheme of an induction motor without any speed detecting eqiupment, in which the adaptive current PWM inverter is used. The rotor speed is estimated form stator voltage, current and parameters of motor, and control algorithm in the system is performed with by micro processor. By comparing the waveform of input current of this system with that of the case with taco-generator, good agreement is observed except small ripple component. Experimental results which are acquired at start up and during acceleration/deceleration are quite similar to those of the simulation results.

  • The preparation method for composite membranes of high temperature operation above $100^{\circ}C$ for Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells (PEMFCs ) was presented, using perfluorosulfonylfluoride Nafion resin and mordenite, in addition to the physical properties, proton conductivity and single cells performance for it. The composite membranes were fabricated via melting of Nafion resin with various mordenite content. As the increase of mordenite content, at high temperature range, proton conductivity of the composite membrane increased due to the late dehydration rate of existent water in the mordenite. Also, from the result of the current-voltage relationship for single cells under $130^{\circ}C$ operation condition, the composite membrane cell with l0 wt% mordenite content showed better performance than that of the others over the entire current density range. This result indicated that the existent water in the composite membrane with l0 wt% mordenite content was higher than that with the others, thereby maintains its conductivity. Based upon the results of experiments, therefore, a Nafion/mordenite composite membrane prepared by this work is thought to be a satisfactory polymer electrolyte membrane for PEMFC operation above $100^{\circ}C$.

Comparison of Disk Tension Infiltrometer and van Genuchten-Mualem Model on Estimation of Unsaturated Hydraulic Conductivity (장력 침투계(Disk Tension Infiltrometer)와 van Genuchten-Mualem 모형 적용에 따른 불포화수리 전도도의 비교 해석)

  • Hydraulic conductivity is the rate of water flux on hydraulic gradient. The van Genuchten Mualem (VGM) model is frequently used for describing unsaturated state of soils, that is composed with the function of soil water potential and soil water content and requests various parameters. This study is to get the value of VGM parameters used Rosetta computer program based on neural network analysis method and to calculate VGM parameters. VGM parameters included Ko(effective saturated hydraulic conductivity), ${\theta}r$(residual soil water content), ${\theta}s$(saturated soil water content), L, n and m. The unsaturated hydraulic conductivity at 10 kPa was calculated by using Rosetta program. Unsaturated hydraulic conductivities of 17 soil series at 1, 3, 5, 7 kPa were also obtained by applying saturated hydraulic conductivity by disk tension infiltrometer based on Gardner and Wooding's equation. Water flow at the water potential of 3 kPa was very low except Namgye, Hagog, Baegsan, Sangju, Seogcheon, Yesan soil series. Unsaturated hydraulic conductivity at 1 kPa showed the highest value for Samgag soil series and was in order of Yesan, Hwabong, Hagog and Baegsan soil series. Those of Gacheon, Seocheon and Ugog soil series were very low. When the value by VGM was compared with the value by disc tension infiltrometer, there was a tendency with exponential function to soils without gravel but there was no tendency to soils including gravel. Conclusively, it would be limited that VGM model for unsaturated hydraulic conductivity analysis applies to Korean agricultural land including gravel and having steep slope, shallow soil depth.
