Laboratory measurement of compressional wave velocity for two piston cores has been carried out successfully. The cores penetrated into the Holocene mud deposit located just off the Pusan harbor. Differences between the mercury delay method using a mercury column and the time delay method utilizing a digital processing oscilloscope for the observed velocity are negligible. Thus, both methods can be used independently to determine the velocity of unconsolidated marine sediment. The core velocity is, however, always higher than the velocity calculated from the seismic profile. This result should be considered seriously to interprete a seismic profile, otherwise one may encounter systematic error in calculating sediment thickness.

We presented a hydrodynamic modeling necessary to accurately reproduce shock-induced detonation of pyrotechnic initiator. The methodology for such numerical prediction of shock propagation is quite straight forward if the models are properly implemented and solved in a well-formulated shock physics code. A series of SSGT(Small Scale Gap Test) and detailed hydrodynamic simulation are conducted to quantify the shock sensitivity of an acceptor that contains 97.5% RDX. A TBI(Through Bulkhead Initiator) system, consisting of a train configuration of Donor(HNS+HMX) - Bulkhead(STS) - Acceptor(RDX), were investigated to further validate the interaction between energetic and non-reactive materials for predicting the detonating response for successful operation of such small pyro device.

우리나라는 2017 년 5 월부터 ATSC 3.0 표준에 기반한 지상파 UHD 서비스를 시작한다. 지상파 방송은 긴급한 재난 시 재난정보를 신속 정확하게 전달하여 국민의 피해를 줄일 수 있는 효과적인 매체이다. 본 고는 2000 년 이후 우리나라에서 개발했던 재난경보방송 시스템을 조사 분석한다. 우선 아날로그 방송을 활용한 사례를 간단히 조사하고, 지상파 DMB 재난경보방송 개발과정을 기술적, 정책적, 법적 관점에서 조사 분석한다. 분석 결과는 지상파 UHD 를 활용한 효과적인 재난방송 구축을 위한 정책 수립에 참고자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The floodwave analysis for unsteady supercritical flow is performed. The numerical model. based on dynamic wave equation is presented by introducing the general Preissmann scheme and fore-sweep algorithm.The model is applied to Buffalo-Creek floods for proving its validity, and the simulation results have good agreements with those computed by DAMBRK and the observed data. It is also applied to Hyogi dam-break. The outflow hydrograph is derived based on the observed data and the analysis for the floodwave propagation is investigated.

지상파 DMB가 널리 보급되고, 이를 활용한 재난경보서비스가 시험방송을 준비 중이다. 그러나 검증되지 않은 수신기들이 대량으로 출시되어 BIFS 대란과 같은 문제점도 발생하였다. 재난경보방송은 정확한 정보 전달이 매우 중요하므로, 이와 같은 문제가 발생하지 않도록 하기 위한 '지상파 디지털멀티미디어방송(DMB) 재난경보방송 수신기 표준적합성 시험'을 두고 있다. 이 표준을 분석한 결과 추가되어야 할 시험 방목이 몇 가지 발견되었다. 이 논문에서는 '지상파 디지털멀티미디어방송(DMB) 재난경보방송'의 메시지 포맷을 분석하여 각 필드가 모순되는 경우와, 사용하지 않는 값이라 명시하였으나 시험 항목에 누락된 부분을 파악하여 보충하였다. 이러한 시험 항목을 이용하면 표준을 보완하고, 결함이 더 적은 수신기를 개발하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

본 논문에서는 연료전지 시스템에서 발생하는 저주파 리플 전류의 발생 및 전달과정을 분석하고 PCS 회로 및 PWM방식에 따른 저주파 리플 영향을 비교 분석한다. 전압형 풀브리지 컨버터와 전류형 풀브리지 컨버터에서의 저주파 리플 전류 발생 양상을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 비교 분석한다.

Ocular lens failure can be verified by measuring the elastic wave velocity diffraction patterns of monochromatic wave applied with elastic wave were detected using optical heterodyne method. The elastic wave velocity was measured by analysing the diffraction patterns. According to measured results of the longitudinal elastic wave velocity of the middle index-refraction and high index-refraction lens are 6588.5575 m/s and 3973.53 m/s, respectively.

하이브리드라디오는 지상파 라디오방송(FM/DAB/DAB 등)과 인터넷망을 포함하는 통신망을 연결하여 단방향이라는 지상파방송의 한계를 극복하고 양방향을 구현하는 것으로 스마트폰을 중심으로 유럽과 미국 등지에서 보급되고 있다. 많이 사용하는 스마트폰에서 지상파 라디오방송(FM/DAB/DAB+ 등)을 수신하여 라디오의 활용을 높이기위한 서비스이다. 국내에서는 신규로 출시되는 스마트폰에 부터 FM 방송을 수신할 수 있도록 할 전망이다. 이 또한 하이브리드라디오는 지상파방송이 수신이 안될 경우 인터넷망으로 전환하여 IP 스트리밍 방송으로 계속 사용할 수 있고, 다양한 데이터를 통신망으로 전달하여 사용할 수 있다. 유럽은 radioDNS 라는 곳에서 하이브리드라디오관련 표준을 제정하고 있다. 여기서 표준화되었거나 진행중인 서비스에 대해 간략히 소개하고, 활용가능한 서비스 모델들에 대해 설명한다. 하이브리드라디오를 도입시 고려해볼 사항에 대해서도 생각해 보고 또한 하이브리드라디오와 유사한 방송과 통신의 융합 서비스인 스마트 DMB 에 대해 설명하고 대해 설명하고자 한다.

A numerical study of the process of wave deformation, such as reflection and transmission coefficients and wave forms with bottom change was carried out by Boundary Element Method using linear elements. This paper describes a low frequency electrical nerve stimulator for muscle care. The developed system consist of 8bit low power consumed MPU, voltage boosting circuit converting 9V input to 120V output, repairing circuit for distorted output pulse, LED and buttons for I/O, and electro-chemical pad. The pulse generation algorithm for the muscle care effect is developed with basic pulses such as a single phase rectangle pulse, symmetric rectangle pulse, and depolarized interrupt pulse.
