Today power system technology is being converged with communication system technology or information technology (IT). This conversion action affects on two parts vigorously so that IT has become very essential in power industry. But terminologies of two parts are confused and it is necessary that these are standardized to develop the industry mush more because the standardization is the first step of preparation to FTA environments.

기존에 DTP란 전산 사식의 이용결과 정도였다. 그러나 이제 그 용어에 대한 약간의 수정이 필요하다고 본다. 즉, 전사사식의 활용 정도를 넘어서 사진, 도표, 일러스트 등 지면에 나타낼 수 있는 모든 시각요소들까지 본문과 함께 총체적으로 편집 처리할 때 비로소 D.T.P라 할 수 있다는 것이다. 그러나 보다 중요한 것은 출판의 전체 공정이 단일 시스템으로 처리됨으로써 편집자의 의도가 제작 전과정과 결과에 정확히 관찰된다는 것이다. 그 결과 시간과 경비가 절약되는 것은 물론 편집자의 창의적인 사고가 출판산업의 요소요소에 작용함으로써 출판산업에 비약적인 발전을 가져올 것이라 본다. 이러한 D.T.P의 질적 양적 발전은 이제 기업체 내부의 문서 정리 수준을 넘어 세계 출판 경향의 주된 흐름으로 자리 잡고 있으며 한국의 출판 환경에도 실질적인 영향을 미치기 시작했다. 결국 앞으로의 출판이 컴퓨터와의 관계를 배재할 수 없으며 컴퓨터 산업의 활용 성공이 출판산업의 전망을 밝힐 것으로 본다.

The importance of integrated approach have increased gradually in science education. But most of researches on integrated science have been based on the structure of science and epistemology. The investigations of students' psychological science domains are needed for effectiveness of integrated science in science curriculum and classrooms. In this study, for exploration of elementary school students' psychological science domains and their properties, students(N=96) were asked to classify scientific words presented on textbooks in several categories. Many psychological science domains were revealed. Among them, the domains that were over 20% are 'Electricity', 'The human body', 'The earth', 'Energy', 'Plant', 'Animal', 'Environment', 'Living things', 'Weather', 'Flower'. According to the results from analysis on the words that students presented in each domains, the participants hold strongly the relationships caused by everyday experiences. For example, 'light' and 'heat' showed high frequency in 'Electricity' domain and 'The human body' domain included 'force' and 'motion' in high frequency. The most inclusive domain was 'The earth'. Not only the words on earth science but also biological and chemical words were classified in this domain. So The integration that centered with 'The earth' domain looks correspond to the elementary school students' psychological aspect.

소형 열병합 (CHP, Combined Heat & Power)은 발전 용량이 1MW 이하인 발전 시스템을 지칭하는 용어로, 전기와 더불어 원동기에서 발생한 폐열을 회수하여 사용한 수 있는 발전 시스템을 말한다. 대표적인 원동기로서는 가스 엔진, 터빈, 마이크로 터빈, 연료 전지 등이 있다. 소형 열병합 시스템은 폐열 회수의 특징으로 기존 시스템에 비해 50% 이상의 에너지 이용 효율이 높으며, 기존의 대형 발전 시스템에서 필연적으로 존재하는 송전 및 배전 손실이 존재하지 않는 수요지 발전의 특징도 갖고 있어서 연료 절약형 에너지 생산 시스템으로서의 높은 가치를 가지고 있다. 또 다른 장점으로 열병합 발전 시스템은 여름철의 최대 전력 부하를 제거하는 역할을 할 수 있음으로 국가 전력 수요 공급의 안정화에 기여하는 바가 크다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 개발된 325kW급 열병합 가스엔진 발전 시스템의 주제어를 담당하는 통합 제어 장치의 개발과 소형 열병합 시스템의 시험 결과에 대해서 소개한다.

The electric technology of modem stage is able to be convenient our everyday life and offers the chance to become a strong economic country. Therefore the education about the electricity and magnetism comes to be more and more important to enhance the electric technological power of each nation. In this paper, it is compared that how much the electricity and magnetism are treated in science education of primary and secondary school level in several nations such as USA, England, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and Korea. We selected the teaching topics about the electricity and magnetism described in the curriculum of each nations and classified the topics by similarity to be easy in comparing. In results, Korea treats poorly most of the subjects in the middle school and early high schoollevel, but teach abrupt.ly much in the selection course of high school.

This paper describes an English-to-Korean automatic translation system for patent documents which is constructed by a method customizing from a general domain to a specific domain. The customizing method consists of following steps: 1) linguistically studying about characteristics of patent documents, 2) extracting unknown words from large patent documents and terminologically constructing, 3) customizing the target language words of existing terms, 4) extracting and constructing patent translation patterns peculiar to patent documents, 5) customizing existing translation engine modules according to linguistic study about characteristics of patent documents, 6) evaluation of automatic translation results. The English-to-Korean patent machine translation system implemented by these customization steps shows a translation accuracy of 81.03% and is improving.

본 연구는 세라믹 연결재로 사용되는 Perovskite 구조의 LSTO조성의 실제 SOFC stack 적용을 위한 소결온도를 낮출 수 있는 방법에 관해 연구하였다. SOFC 단전지에서 IC 소재는 $1300{\sim}1400^{\circ}C$에서 소결이 이루어져야만 하나 현재 사용하고 있는 LCO계 조성의 경우 $1500{\sim}1600^{\circ}C$의 높은 온도에서 소결이 이루어지며 고온에서 $Cr_2O_3$의 휘발로 인해 낮은 전기전도성을 갖는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 IC 소재에 소결조제를 첨가하여 소결특성을 평가하였고, SEM과 XRD분석을 통하여 perovskite 단일상이 합성된 것을 확인하였다. 또한 Archimedes법을 사용하여 흡수율 및 겉기공율을 측정하였고, DC analyzer를 사용하여 전기전도도를 측정한 결과 대기분위기 $750^{\circ}C$에서 높은 값을 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다.
