Molten-Salt-Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition for Growth of Atomically Thin High-Quality MoS2 Monolayer (용융염 기반의 화학기상증착법을 이용한 원자층 두께의 고품질 MoS2 합성)

  • Recently, the atomically thin two-dimensional transition-metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have received considerable attention for the application to next-generation semiconducting devices, owing to their remarkable properties including high carrier mobility. However, while a technique for growing graphene is well matured enough to achieve a wafer-scale single crystalline monolayer film, the large-area growth of high quality TMD monolayer is still a challenging issue for industrial application. In order to enlarge the size of single crystalline MoS2 monolayer, here, we systematically investigated the effect of process parameters in molten-salt-assisted chemical vapor deposition method. As a result, with optimized process parameters, we found that single crystalline monolayer MoS2 can be grown as large as 420 ㎛.

Morphology and Electro-Optical Property of Mo Back Electrode for CuInGaSe2 Solar Cells (CuInGaSe2 태양전지용 Mo 후면 전극의 조직 및 전기광학적 특성)

  • Mo thin films were used for the back electrode because of the low resistivity in the Mo/$CuInGaSe_2$ contact in chalcopyrite solar cells. $1\;{\mu}m$ thick Mo thin films were deposited on soda lime glass by varying the Ar pressure with the dc-magnetron sputtering process. The effects of the Ar pressure on the morphology of the Mo back electrode were studied and the relationships between the morphology and electro-optical properties, namely, the resistivity as well as the reflectance of the Mo thin films, were investigated. The resitivity increased from $24\;{\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ to $11833\;{\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$; this was caused by the increased surface defect and low crystallinity as the Ar pressure increased from $3{\times}10^{-3}$ to $3{\times}10^{-2}\;Torr$. The surface morphologies of the Mo thin films changed from somewhat coarse fibrous structures to irregular and fine celled structures with increased surface cracks along the cell boundaries, as the Ar pressure increased from $3{\times}10^{-3}$ to $3{\times}10^{-2}\;Torr$. The changes of reflectances in the visible light range with Ar pressures were mainly attributed to the surface morphological changes of the Mo thin films. The reflectance in the visible light range showed the highest value of 45% at $3{\times}10^{-3}\;Torr$ and decreased to 18.5% at $3{\times}10^{-2}\;Torr$.

The emissivity and opto-electrical properties of ZnO/Cu/ZnO thin films for the vehicle applications (ZnO/Cu/ZnO 박막의 차량용 저방사 및 전기광학적 특성 연구)

  • Transparent conducting films having a three layered structure of ZnO/Cu/ZnO (ZCZ) were deposited onto the glass substrates by using RF and DC magnetron sputtering at room temperature. The emissivity and opto-electrical properties of the films were investigated with a varying thickness(5, 10, 15 nm) of the Cu interlayer. With increasing the Cu thickness to 15 nm, the films showed a enhanced electrical properties. Although ZnO 30/Cu 15/ZnO 30 nm film shows a lower resistivity of 5.2×10-5 Ωcm, it's visible transmittance is deteriorated by increased optical absorbtion of the films. In addition, X-ray diffraction patterns indicated that the insertion of Cu interlayer improve the grain size of ZnO films, which is favor for the electrical and optical properties of transparent conducting films. From the observed low emissivity of the films, it is concluded that the ZCZ thin films with optimal thickness of Cu interlayer can be applied effectively for the car's window coating materials.

A New Study of Sensing and Optimum Preparation Conditions of Graphite/Different Paper Sensors for Composite Materials (복합재료용 흑연/종이 센서의 최적제조조건 및 감지능 평가 연구)

  • A new study was carried out to utilize a pencil drawing paper sensor (PDPS), which drew a line using a pencil on the paper, as a sensor. The sensing effect on 3 different papers based on the properties of PDPS was compared. The specimens were prepared by drawing 4B pencils on plain (A4), Hwasun, and Han papers. The silver paste was used to give good electrical contacts of the copper wires and the pencil drawn line. The chemical structures of 3 papers for PDPS by FT-IR spectrum analysis were similar and the comparative compact states of each paper were observed by optical microscope. From statistical evaluation of tensile strength using 3 papers, plain paper was chosen to be best for the PDPD. The optimum drawing number of PDPD was determined by changing the thickness of the paper with the drawing number. Electrical resistance (ER) with graphite on 3 different papers were compared. The changes in compression was observed through cyclic compressive test of composite materials, it was possible to predict the degree of strain sensing under compressive test. It leads to expectation of properties.

Ultrastructure of Gametes in the Three-spine stickleback, Gasterosteus aculeatus aculeatus (큰가시고기 배우자의 미세구조)

  • Ultrastructure of gametes in the three-spine stickleback, Gasterosteus aculeatus aculeatus was observed, utilizing light, scanning and transmission electron microscopes. The egg of three-spine stickleback is spherical and demersal type. The eggs are highly adhesived to each other but not to substrates. There are many oil droplets in vitelline membrane. The outer surface of egg envelope is arranged by mushroom-like structures and pore canals. The egg have a micropyle, sperm entry site, in the area of the animal pole. The egg envelope consists of three layers, an outer layer with high electron density, a middle layer consisting two layers and an inner layer consisting of 16 to 20 layers. In the fertilized egg envelope, the molecular weights of these components ranged from 14 kDa to 205 kDa. The molecular weights of nam protein bands are 19.4 kDa, 36.7 KDa, 39.4 kDa, 42.9 kDa, 46.1 kDa and 53.0 kDa. The head of spermatozoa is spherical shape and the acrosome is absent. The mitochondria in midpiece are arranged from one to three layers and separated from the axoneme by the cytoplasmic canal. The tail has two lateral fins and the axoneme is of the 9+2 structure.

Development of Solution-based Carbon Nanotube and Silver Nanowire Coating Technology using Silk Printing Technique (실크 스크린 프린팅 기법을 적용한 용액 기반의 탄소나노튜브와 은 나노 와이어 코팅 기술 개발)

  • Nano-sized materials can be coated on various substrates, and since this material is transparent and conductive, it can be used as a transparent electrode for electronic devices or an electrode for power supply. In this study, CNT and Ag nanowires were repeatedly coated using the silk screen technique, and samples formed up to 5 times were fabricated, and their optical and electrical properties were measured and analyzed. It was confirmed that marks were formed on the surface of the silkscreen-coated sample according to the coating direction, and the trend of transmittance and surface resistance according to the number of times of coating was investigated. As the number of coatings increased, transmittance and surface resistance tended to decrease. In particular, in the case of transmittance, the range of change was large in the samples coated 2 and 5 times. These changes were confirmed by the Ag nanowire coating. In addition, starting from 700 nm, the previous wavelength region increased according to the wavelength, while the above showed a tendency to decrease. The surface resistance was lowered from 9Ω/cm2 when coating once to 0.856Ω/cm2 when coating five times. It was found that the resistance value was affected by Ag similarly to the permeability. In the future, it is necessary to realize a desired transparent electrode through Ag concentration and coating of Ag nanowires with other methods and fusion with highly transparent CNT to apply to electronic devices.

마지막 최대빙하기 이후 북극해 스발바드군도 Van Mijenfjorden의 고환경 변화

  • Van Mijenfjorden은 스발바드 군도의 Spitsbergen 서부에 위치하는 두 번째로 큰 피오르드로 온난하고 염분도가 높은 북대서양의 표층수가 북극해로 유입되는 Gateway에 위치하기 때문에 전지구적이며 지역적인 기후변화의 영향을 받는 지역이다. 1999년 IMAGES 프로그램의 일환으로 프랑스 탐사선인 'R/V Marion Dufresne'을 이용하여 북극해의 스발바드 군도에 위치하는 Van Mijenfjorden (77$^{\circ}$ 46.87'N and 15$^{\circ}$ 17.81'E)에서 약 18m의 빙ㆍ해양 퇴적물 코아(MD99-2305)를 시추하여 마지막 최대 빙하기 이후의 고환경변화를 연구하였다. AMS 14C 연대 측정에 의하면 diamicton 층인 하부 2m를 제외한 16m의 퇴적층은 지난 12cal. ka BP경에 피오르드에 존재하던 조수빙하(tidewater glacier)가 해빙되기 시작한 이후에 퇴적되었다. 특히 유기지화학 자료와 부유성과 저서성 유공충의 산출양상 그리고 저서성 유공충인 C. reniforme의 산소ㆍ탄소 안정동위원소 비에 의하면 코아 MD99-2305에는 Van Mijenfjorden에서 홀로세 동안에 일어난 퇴적환경변화를 잘 기록하고 있다. 특히 홀로세 동안에 피오르드내의 퇴적환경 변화는 조수빙하의 확장과 후퇴와 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 유기물의 탄소동위원소(13Corg) 비는 -24에서 -22$\textperthousand$ 값의 변화를 보인다. 이는 Van Mijenfjorden 퇴적물에 공급된 유기물은 육상과 해양기원이 혼합되어 퇴적되었음을 지시한다. 지난 12 cal. ka BP 이후 13Corg 값이 뚜렷하게 변하는 것은 Van Mijenfiorden에서 조수빙하의 변동과 표층수에서의 생산력의 변화를 강하게 반영한다. 강하게 반영한다.53%가 이공계 출신, 100대 기업 CEO의 38.4%가 이공계 출신, 대입수능시험에서 자연계 지원비율이 감소 -40.1%('99)\$\longrightarrow$34.7%('00)\$\longrightarrow$29.4%('01)\$\longrightarrow$26.9%('02)\$\longrightarrow$30.3%('03)\$\longrightarrow$31.5%\$\longrightarrow$'04)필요성, 효과적인 운전자 교육 정책 등이 그것이다. 자동차 긴급 피난 차선은 유용한 시설로 여러곳에서 그 기능이 발휘되고 있으므로 많은 고속도로 관계자들은 설계, 시공 및 유지 관리 측면에서 유의해야 할 것이다.미세조직을 광학현미경으로 압출방향에 평행한 방향과 수직방향으로 관찰하였고, 열간 압출재 이방성을 검토하기 위하여 X선 회절분석을 실실하여 결정방위를 확인하였다. 전기 비저항 및 Seebeck 계수 측정을 위하여 각각 2$\times$2$\times$10$mm^3$ 그리고 5$\times$5$\times$10TEX>$mm^3$ 크기의 시편을 준비하였다.준비하였다.전류를 구성하는 주요 입자의 에너지 영역(75~l13keV)에서 가장 높은(0.80) 상관계수를 기록했다. 넷째, 회복기 중에 일어나는 입자들의 유입은 자기폭풍의 지속시간을 연장시키는 경향을 보이며 큰 자기폭풍일수록 현저했다. 주상에서 관측된 이러한 특성은 서브스톰 확장기 활동이 자기폭풍의 발달과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 시사한다.se that were all low in two aspects, named "the Nonsignificant group".
