An exploration of the factors affecting the social capital building of the youth (청년층의 사회적 자본 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the social capital of youth and to draw implications for the policies related to development of the social capital of them. To this end, we utilized the OLS regression model and the quantile regression model exploiting the 12th year dataset of the Korean Education & Employment Panel(KEEP). First, this study shows that the effect on trust is higher than that of the counterpart when the case is a) unmarried, b) with the high level of education, c) with a large asset, d) with high self-respect and the satisfaction for financial situation, and e) social media user. On the other hand, the higher the monthly average income, the lower the trust level. In addition, when the cases are grouped into 25 quantile, 50 quantile, and 75 quantile according to the level of trust, it is revealed empirically that the factors affecting social capital formation are somewhat different. Second, this study also shows that the effect is higher in a specific condition. The effect is higher compared to the counterpart when the case is a) male, b) with children, c) metropolitan city resident, d) non-employee, e) with a large asset, f) with high level of happiness, g) with high expense of purchasing books, and h) social media user. As a result, it is found that there are no personal characteristics that have statistically significant influence on students belonging to the 25th quantile of social capital. This study suggests that, in order to support the formation of social capital of Korean youths, it is necessary to enhance their psychological satisfaction and to provide cultural support or policies. In addition, it suggests that a tailored social capital accumulation program is needed according to the level of social capital, and the support for this need to be changed according to the amount of social capital of young people.

  • Chronic pain and herniated disk is a common disease that 80% of adults are experienced. There diseases rates of caused by the physical shock, such as the traffic accident, and the accidental fall is about 10%. And the most of these diseases is caused by having habitual incorrect position. People know that incorrect position would cause to accumulate continuous stress, but it is not easy to correct position. Because it does not recognize incorrect position repeated habitual consequently. This system collects data of user position after sensors that could measure position attach on use and presumes correct position used by position presumption algorithms. Its system purpose is continuing incorrect position could be aware to user and lead to change to correct position to prevent habituation of incorrect position. If habitual of correct position continues through accurate measurement and repeating cognitive learning, it would help for children and chronic patience.

  • The simple logistic growth model on the logistic curve, being originally a kind of population growth curve has also been sometimes utilized to describe growth curves in herbaceous plants such as duckweed and sun-flowers. It has already been recognized that the agreement between the theoretical calculations and the empirical observations is quite satisfactory form a practical point of view. It remains, however, still doubtful whether the logistic curve could be applied to the growth or ordinary woody plants which is quite different in its character from that of herbaceous plants. In this study, the simple logistic model, being a basic tool of stand density management, is applied to yield data from pine stands in order to test the adequacy of the model An attempt of testing the significance of the fit is made by applying the Chi-square test.

수학 창의적 문제 해결력 검사(MCPSAT)에 대한 중${\cdot}$고등학교 급별 적합성 분석

  • 본 연구에서는, 6년 전에 개발된 수학 창의적 문제 해결력 검사(MCPSAT; 한국교육개발원(김흥원 외, 1997))에 대한 현시점의 적합성여부를 알아보기 위하여 이 검사의 중학교 1-3학년용 A형 1부 검사와 고등학교 1-2학년용 A형 1부 검사를 해당 학년 학생들에게 적용하여 분석하였다. 검사도구의 양호도는 비교적 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 중학교와 고등학교 모두 문항 내적 일관성 신뢰도(Cronbach ${\alpha}$)의 계수가 약간 떨어져 있지만 비교적 양호한 것으로 볼 수 있으며 변별도는 점이연 상관 계수가 0에 가까운 문항이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 모든 문항이 학생들의 수학 창의적 문제 해결력을 변별해 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. 내적 타당도는 중학교의 경우 관대하게 본다면 수용할 만 하고, 고등학교의 경우 아직은 우려할 수준은 아니다. 즉, 중학교 문항 1과 문항 4는 적합도 지수 1.2를 상회하였으나 Infit과 Outfit 모두 1.5를 넘는 문항은 없었다. 고등학교의 문항 4는 문항의 적합도 지수 1.2를 상회하는 것으로 나타나고 있으나 Infit과 Outfit 모두 1.2를 상회하지 않았다. 난이도 측면에서 볼 때, 이 검사의 계속 사용은 염려스러운 면이 있다. 즉, 중학교에서는 6년 전 보다 쉬운 것으로 나타나고 있는 바 이것은 현재의 학생들이 이러한 유형의 문항을 많이 접하였을 것으로 추측할 수 있다. 고등학교에서는 6년 전 보다 조금 더 어려워 졌다고 볼 수 있다. 위의 사항을 종합할 때, 수학 창의적 문제 해결력 검사에서 중학생용은 현재의 학생들의 수준을 고려하여 재 표준화하는 것이 바람직하고, 고등학생용은 개발 당시의 신뢰도, 난이도, 변별도 등에서 유사하므로 당분간 계속 사용하여도 될 것이다.

  • High Level Architecture(HLA) for modeling and simulation is an international technical standard to achieve simulation interoperability and reusability. Building federation through the interworking of federates is being used in various fields and is being used in KR(Key Resolve), UFG(Ulchi-Freedom Guardian) as a representative in domestic military. Currently, United States Department of Defense emphasizes the HLA compliance test, which confirms the compliance of Federate by using HLA. However, due to the limitations of testing tools, an HLA compliance test of DoD is not able to perform some of the functional tests on HLA/RTI services such as federation storage/recovery services and also exclude inspection of exchange data between federates. To solve these problems, this paper proposes an HLA compliance testing system of ROK suitable for domestic situations. This will enable effective HLA compliance testing and improve interoperability between federates.

Weights for Evaluation items of Conformity index of Bird breeding sites on the West and South coasts of Korea (서·남해 연안성 조류번식지 적합성지수 평가항목 가중치 설정)

  • This study is part of a foundational research effort aimed at developing a suitability index for breeding grounds related to avian activities along the domestic South and West coasts, including islands. Focus Group Interviews (FGI) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analyses were conducted. The results are as follows. First, as a result of determining the value of the suitability of coastal bird breeding sites, the 'Natural Value(0.763)' was higher than the 'Artificial Value(0.237)'. Other artificial values were identified as sub-ranked except for 'Protected Areas' to ensure continuous integrity of breeding spaces. Second, as a result of re-establishing the 25 evaluation items classified in the two-time FGI as higher concepts, nine natural values and five artificial values were finally selected as a total of 14. Third, the results of the mid-classification evaluation of the importance of the suitability of coastal bird breeding sites were identified in the order of 'Ecological Value(0.392)', 'Topographic Value(0.251)', 'Passive Interference(0.124)', 'Geological Value(0.120)', and 'Active Interference(0.113)'. Fourth, the results of the priority of evaluation items of coastal bird breeding sites were in the order of 'Vegetation Distribution (0.187)', 'Area of Mudflats(0.118)', 'Presence or Absence of Mudflats(0.092)', 'Appearance of Natural Enemies(0.087)', 'Protected Areas(0.08)', 'Island Area (0.069)', 'Over-Breeding devastation(0.064)', 'Soil Composition Ratio(0.056)', 'Distance from Land(0.054)', 'Ocean farm area (0.045)', 'Cultivated land area(0.041)', 'Cultivation behavior(0.038)', 'Angle of the Surface(0.036)', and 'Land Use(0.033)'. It is judged that the weighting result value of the evaluation items derived in this study can be used for priority evaluation focusing on the coastal bird breeding area space. However, it seems that the correlation with the unique habitat suitability of bird individuals needs to be supplemented, and spatial analysis research incorporating species-specific characteristics will be left as a future task.

A Study of Effect on the Smoking Status using Multilevel Logistic Model (다수준 로지스틱 모형을 이용한 흡연 여부에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • In this study, we analyze the effect on the smoking status in the Seoul Metropolitan area using a multilevel logistic model with Community Health Survey data from the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), profiling analysis and two types of predicted value were used to determine the appropriate multilevel analysis level. Sensitivity, specificity, percentage of correctly classified observations (PCC) and ROC curve evaluated model performance. We showed the applicability for multilevel analysis allowed for the possibility that different factors contribute to within group and between group variability using survey data.

A Safety Verification of the Modified BLP Model using PVS (PVS를 이용한 수정된 BLP 모델의 안전성 검증)

  • The ideal method of safety evaluation is to verify results of execution against all possible operations within operating system, but it is impossible. However, the formal method can theoretically prove the safety on actual logic of operating system. Therefore we explain the contents of the art of the safety verification of security kernel, and make a comparative study of various standardized formal verification tools. And then we assigned PVS(Prototype Verification system) of SRI(Stanford Research Institute) to verify the safety of a modified BLP(Bell & LaPadula) model, the core access control model of multi-lavel based security kernel. Finally, we describe formal specification of the revised BLP model using the PVS, and evaluate the safety of the model by inspecting the specification of the PVS.

  • 국가차원의 신 재생에너지 활성화 방안에 따라 지자체 등의 분산전원 시실계획이 점차 증가하고 있으나, 아직 우리나라에서는 분산전원의 배전계통 연계에 대한 체계적인 기술지침이 초기 단계에 있거나 제정 중에 있어서, 계통 연계와 관련하여 발전사업자와 전력회사간의 이해가 상충되는 등 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 또한, 대규모 분산전원 단지의 도입이 이루어지고 있으나, 이에 대한 기술적인 평가방안이나 해석 방법이 구체적으로 제시되어 있지 않아, 설치자(시도 및 지자체)와 운용자(한전의 배전지사/지점)들은 많은 혼돈과 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 태양광, 풍력 등의 분산전원이 배전계통에 도입되는 경우, 연계에 대한 기술적인적합여부를 종합적으로 평가 할 수 있도록 분산전원 연계판정 시뮬레이션 시스템을 연구하였다. 즉, 구체적으로는 전력용량, 전기방식, 역률, 뱅크 역 조류, 상시전압변동, 순시전압변동, 플리커, 단락용량, 연계가능용량 등이며, 이들 항목을 계통연계 가이드라인과 평가 알고리즘에 의하여 연계 적합 여부를 판단해 주는 시스템이다.

A Study on the Interference of HF Radiocommunication by the PLC (전력선통신이 단파대 해상이동통신에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 2005. 7. 1 시행 공포된 전파법 시행령 개정안 내용 중 전력선통신설비의 주파수 대역이 9kHz${\sim}$450kHz에서 그 상한선 범위가 30MHz까지 확대 시행됨과 관련하여 전력선통신설비가 단파대 무선통신에 혼신을 야기할 수 있음에 따라 그 영향여부를 평가하는 방법을 제시하고 향후 전력선통신설비를 운용함에 있어서 단파대 무선통신에 영향을 회피하기 위한 대책방안을 제안하는데 있다. 전력선통신의 운용주파수 확대와 관련하여 정보통신부 전파연구소에서 전력선통신이 단파대 무선통신의 혼신여부에 대하여 측정 관찰해 왔으며 그 간섭정도를 판단하기 위해 노력해 왔다. 본 연구에서는 전파수신기, 신호발생기 및 SINAD(Signal to Noise and Distortion) Meter를 사용한 측정방법을 제시하고 있으며 이는 무선(RF : Radio Frequency) 환경에 적합한 측정방법으로 기존의 EMC(electromagnetic compatibility) 환경에 의한 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 전력선통신설비가 단파대 해상이동통신에 영향을 최소화하기 위하여 보호구역을 설정 또는 해당 주파수에 대하여 운용금지하는 방안을 제시함으로써 무선통신환경을 보호하는데 그 목적이 있다.
