본 연구에서는 연구정보시스템의 이용성을 위해 고려해야 하는 이용자 인터페이스 설계 원칙과 이용자 인터페이스 요소를 분석함으로써 연구정보시스템의 이용자 인터페이스 설계 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 문헌조사를 통해 인터페이스 설계 원칙을 조사하여 연구정보시스템의 인터페이스 설계 원칙을 도출하였고, 이를 바탕으로 이용자 인터페이스 분야 전문가와 이용자의 의견을 조사하였다. 연구결과, 학습의 용이성, 이용자와 시스템과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션, 접근의 용이성, 이용자 작업의 효율성, 이용자 중심의 이용 환경, 정보 적합성에 대한 신속한 판단 등과 관련된 이용자 인터페이스 설계원칙과 인터페이스 요소를 적용하여 연구정보시스템의 이용성을 높일 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Some clauses of the prior review rules for broadcasting commercials, which are enforced by the Broadcasting Act violate the right to free speech guaranteed by the Constitution. The range of prohibited expression under the clauses are too vague and overbroad to distinguish between permissible and impermissible broadcasting commercials. The clauses also fail to pass the constitutional principle that restrict government from excessive regulation on constitutional rights. The principle has a four-pronged test on the government action; 1) the validity of its goal; 2) availability of appropriate means; 3) necessity of infringement; 4) and balancing test of interests. Some clauses of the prior review rules that forbid expressions on sensitive political and cultural issues fail to pass none of the four-pronged standards.

Nowadays various information devices using electronic technology has been released. And these digital devices will be continuously developed to make a satisfaction of customer's needs. So digital device will support network service using communication technology, so users will use the internet service anywhere, anytime. Also the networked device which is used in ubiquitous computing environment should be evaluated by new evaluation framework. Therefore previous usability evaluation framework need to reflect the characteristics of ubiquitous computing. However most of pervious research about ubiquitous computing was about conceptual issues like rules and characteristics of ubiquitous computing, so the research of usability testing and evaluation method for ubiquitous computing is rarely conducted. This research's purpose is developing the evaluation framework for ubiquitous computing device and usability model for ubiquitous computing. To develop the evaluation framework, we collect the evaluation indexes which have need used in GUI evaluation And we extract evaluation indexes for ubiquitous computing based on literature review.

As a result of analyzing the relationship between the smart growth principle and the regenerating factors of the port waterfront city, it was found to be highly related to the port waterfront regeneration plan. Factors that are related to the application of smart growth principle derived from association analysis are as follows: ⯈ community development suitable for walking ⯈ differentiated and attractive community building with definite place, ⯈ open space, farmland, beautiful natural scenery, environmental preservation, ⯈ strengthening and inducing development for existing communities, and providing diversity of transportation options. However, in the Jeju port redevelopment plan, the principles such as ⯈ complex land use ⯈ advantage of high-density architectural design method, ⯈ various housing opportunities and options, etc., need to be applied in implementation design. Since Jeju city and Jeju port possess the strong characteristic features of port waterfront city, so it is necessary to develop jointly applying smart growth principle through integrated port waterfront city regeneration plan.

More than 20 years after introducing the public records management system in Korea, the criteria and methodologies for archival appraisal and selection are still unclear. Modern archival appraisal theories have developed in two orientations, such as provenance and pertinence. This study aims to investigate the methodological implications of each theoretical orientation of archival appraisal and to suggest some directions for improving the appraisal practices and policies. Firstly, archival appraisal theories are analyzed according two orientations. Secondly, four methodologies are derived from combining the macro/micro dimension and theoretical orientations. Thirdly, the methodological orientations of the criteria for selecting permanent records presented in the Public Records Management Act are analyzed. Finally, based on these analyses, appraisal policies and practices for selecting the records with permanent value are proposed to be improved.

Authenticity has emerged as an important condition which should be examined in setting out conservation and management principles of cultural heritage during the last half century. Compared that the concept has been internationally discussed developing it into the applicable framework such kind of effort has been relatively low within Asian context. This paper is the first half part the research on authenticity which aims at setting out conceptual framework of authenticity in Korean context and presenting a set of suggestion to make the Korean heritage-based concept of authenticity be workable in assessing heritage value in practice. It focused on the analytical review on two aspects: 1. the origin of the word and the development of the concept along with the implementation of World Heritage Convention, nt of related international charters; 2. Problems of the intrinsic nature of the concept and problems to be considered in defining the concept.

계산능력이 제한된 8비트 마이크로프로세서에 적합하도록 모든 기본 연산을 8비트 단위로 처리하는, 블록 크기는 64비트, 키 크기는 128비트인, Feistel 구조의 블록 암호 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이 알고리즘의 안전도는 잘 알려진 two-key triple-DES[ANSI86]나 IDEA[Lai92]와 비견할 만하며, 처리속도는 single-DES[NBS77]보다도 10∼20배 빠르다. 본 논문에서는 이 알고리즘의 설계원칙 및 안전성 분석에 대하여 설명하였고, 다른 알고리즘과의 통계적 특성 및 성능에 대해서도 비교하였다.

Public records, produced during the period of Government-General of Chosun. are essential sources for Korean modern history research. The purpose of this study is to provide a guideline for developing function-based classification scheme for the records. This present paper begins with analyzing archival principles regarding the function-based classification. and examines the problems of current arrangement practices. Based on these analyses, it suggests a guideline for constructing a classification system and a functional thesaurus for the public records of Government-General of Chosun. This guideline also covers functional analysis process and some considerations of different classification aspects which are conceptual, verbal and notational.

본 연구에서는 제반 설계이론과 방법론을 적용하여 기존의 모델들이 가지고 있는 결점을 극복할 수 있는 독창적인 인공심장을 설계하고, 그 결과 시스템 설계에 있어서의 체계적인 설계방법론 적용의 타당성과 효율성을 입증하고자 한다. 또한 그 과정에서 인공장기 설계시에 만족시켜야 할 원칙을 제시하고, 그러한 원칙을 효과 적으로 만족시킬수 있는 새로운 설계원리를 탐구하고자 한다.

본 연구는 ATM 시스템 개발에 있어서 인간-기계 계면체계에 더 적합한 설계 계획을 위한 새로 운 인간영역에 관한 정의이다. ATM은 광대역 종합정보통신망에 사용될 비동기 전송방식 교환시 스템으로 인간-기계 시스템 상호작용에 있어서 인간 운용자에게 높은 신뢰성과 양호한 적응성이 강력히 요구된다. 대형 통신시스템의 설계영역 정의에 대한 이런 관점은 다음과 같은 관련 영역 을 포함하고 있다: 인간-기계 시스템의 구성요소: 객체지향적 설계 계획: 인간 프로세서 체계 모 형의 영역: 인지작용의 원칙: 인간오류 행위의 영역 등 이다. 또한, 제안하는 지식베이스 체계 는 인간-기계 계면기능의 평가에 있어서 인간지향적 오류의 진단분석을 유용하게 할 수 있다. 이 적합한 인간지향적 영역 정의는 ATM 통신 교환체계의 운용보전에 있어서 적합한 설계영역을 위한 주요한 지식기반이 될 것이며, 사용자에 편리한 운용체계의 개발로 효율적인 성과를 가져 올 것 이다.
