A Study on the Influence of Growth Mindset of University Students on Career Adaptability: Testing the Mediation Effect of Learning (대학생의 성장마인드셋이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향 분석: 학습몰입의 매개효과 검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of Learning Flow in the relationship between Growth Mindset and Career Adaptability. Based on 203 response data collected from university students, hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 programs. According to the result of this study, Growth Mindset had a direct positive (+) effect on Learning Flow (𝛽=.403, p<.001), and Learning Flow also had a positive (+) effect on Career Adaptability (𝛽=.393, p<.001). Also, in the relationship between Growth Mindset and Career Adaptability, Learning Flow showed a mediating effect. This means that in order for Growth Mindset to affect Career Adaptability, Learning Flow must be considered as essential. To this end, it suggests that it is important to build a Learning Flow along with cultivating a Growth Mindset.

  • A lot of E-Learning system is supplying the existent item difficulty based learning information to learner. And learner is doing learning contents according to the fixed learning course. It is difficult for learner to get efficient learning effect. Because learner has to belong to fixed item difficulty and learning course even thought learner has different degree that understand studying in learning course. This research proposed the learner adaptive E-learning system that is able to control the item difficulty and learning course to analyze the understanding degree of learner in learning course. In this result, learner is able to improve learning effect to get rid of fixed learning course using bi-directed learning such as off-line learning.

An Analysis on the State of Adjustment on Mathematical Education for Adolescent North Korean Defectors (새터민 청소년의 수학학습 실태 및 적응 요인 분석)

  • By identifying the state of adjustment regarding mathematical education for adolescents who escaped from North Korea and analyzing the relevant factors from multiple perspectives, this study is aimed at finding improvement methods for their math education adoptability. To fulfill such objective, this paper-reviewed the existing literature and research, conducted participatory observation, collected and analyzed survey research on math education adoptability for 43 students who are currently attending an alternative school for North Korean defectors. The results of this research are as follows: There is a serious pattern of maladjustment concerning math education of adolescents who defected from North Korea. The lack of basic skills in mathematical principles due to the gap in their studies results in poor academic performance, particularly in the advanced stages of learning. In the process of defection, environmental challenges, such as the loss of basic study skills which naturally results from the gap in their studies and differences in the educational curriculum between North and South Korea, are posing difficulties for these students.

  • In this paper, we propose an adaptive tutoring system, which analyzes learning process, subject materials, and test items of students, diagnoses learning problems of them, and then gives proper advice accordingly. In the system, learning materials are constructed using concept map, on which the relationships among learning concepts are represented. Concept map can be used for several purposes in instruction process. Our work considers that new learning knowledge is dependent on what is already known. That is, it means that precedent concepts should be thoroughly learned for students to comprehend new concepts. After grasping the learning state of students for precedent concepts to be required before learning new concepts, our system provides proper learning materials for want of them, diagnoses the concepts which students have trouble to understand in the learning process, and provides suggestions for it.

  • This paper proposes an agent-based adaptive tutoring system that monitors learning process of learners' and provides learning materials dynamically according to the analyzed learning character. Furthermore, it uses fuzzy concept to evaluate learners' ability and to provide learning materials appropriate to the level of learners'. For this, we design a courseware knowledge structure systematically and then construct a fuzzy level set on the basis of it considering importance of learning targets, difficulty of learning materials and relation degree between learning targets and learning materials. Using agent, monitoring continually the learning process of learners 'inferencing to offer proper hints in case of incorrect answer in learning assesment, composing dynamically learning materials according to the learning feature and the evaluation of assesment, our system implements effectively adaptive instruction system. Moreover, appling the fuzzy concept to the system could naturally consider and ideal with various and uncertain items of learning environment thus could offer more flexible and effective instruction-learning methods.

A Survey on the Fuzzy Control Systems with Learning/Adaptation Capability (학습/적응력을 갖는 퍼지제어시스템들에 관한 고찰)

  • In this paper the fuzzy extension for the classical engineering mechanics problems is studied. The governing differential equation is derived for the buckling loads of the columns with uncertain mediums: the their own weight and the flexural rigidity. The columns with one typical end constraint(hinged1 clarnped/free) and the other finite rotational spring with fuzzy constant are considered in numerical examples. The vertex method is used to evaluate the fuzzy functions. The Runge-Kutta method and Determinant Search method are used to solve the differential equation and determine the buckling loads, respectively. The membership functions of the buckling load are calculated. The index of fuzziness to quantitatively describe the propagation of fuzziness is defined. According to the fuzziness of governing factors, the varlation of index of fuzziness for buckling load is investigated, and the sensitivity for the end constraints is analyzed.

  • 기계학습 방법에 기반한 자연어 분석은 학습 데이터가 필요하다. 학습 데이터가 구축된 소스 도메인이 아닌 다른 도메인에 적용할 경우 한국어 의미역 인식 기술은 10% 정도 성능 하락이 발생한다. 본 논문은 기존 도메인 적응 기술을 이용하여 도메인이 다르고, 문장의 형태도 다를 경우에 도메인 적응 알고리즘을 적용하여, 질의응답 시스템에서 필요한 질문 문장 의미역 인식을 위해, 소규모의 질문 문장에 대한 학습 데이터 구축만으로도 한국어 질문 문장에 대해 성능을 향상시키기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 한국어 의미역 인식 기술에 prior 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 실험결과 소스 도메인 데이터만 사용한 실험보다 9.42, 소스와 타겟 도메인 데이터를 단순 합하여 학습한 경우보다 2.64의 성능향상을 보였다.

  • 구조 적응형 자기구성 지도는 일반적으로 자기구성 지도의 구조가 초기에 결정되어 학습이 끝날 때까지 변하지 않기 때문에 발생하는 문제를 해결하기 위해 지도의 구조를 학습 중에 적절하게 변경시킨다. 이때, 변화된 구조의 가중치를 어떻게 초기화시킬 것인가 하는 것이 중요한 문제이다. 이 논문에서는 기존의 비교사 학습방법에 LVQ 알고리즘을 이용한 교사 학습방법을 결합한 구조 적응형 자기구성 지도 모델에서 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 분화된 노드의 가중치를 결정하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존의 구조 적응형 자기구성 지도 알고리즘보다 빠르게 학습되었고, 인식률 면에서도 기존의 방법보다 높은 값을 나타내었으며, 자기구성 지도의 특성인 위상 보존도 잘 이루어졌다. 오프라인 필기 숫자 데이터로 실험한 결과, 제안한 방법이 유용함을 알 수 있었다.

Reconceptualizing the Dynamic Evolution of the Firm : On Learning and Restructuring in Adaptation (기업의 동태적 진화 및 적응 이론에 대한 비판적 고찰 : 적응에 있어 조직학습과 재구조화 관점을 중심으로)

  • This paper debates on two different theoretical positions in explaining corporate adaptation. Until the 1980s, a restructuring perspective had dominated in explaining corporate success and adaptation. However, this perspective pays little attention to how firms adapt to environmental change and why some firms adapt successfully, while some others fail to adapt. Thus a restructuring perspective does not give insights into a context-specific explanation of corporate learning and adaptation. More recently, especially since the 1990s, academic focus on corporate adaptation and evolution has shifted towards exploring the nature of learning that leads to the dynamic competitiveness. A learning perspective emphasizes the influence of knowledge, learning and competence on corporate evolution. However, it reveals that this view is also less appropriate for explaining corporate adaptation in radical shifts in environment. In this context, the evolutionary theories of the firm need to seek to maintain a balance between two theoretical positions in order to understand more effectively the dynamic evolution and adaptation of the firm. This paper shows that the dynamics of corporate adaptation and evolution are an outcome of the mixture of perpetual processes of restructuring and learning, both continuous and discontinuous.

  • 본 논문에서는 적응적 이러닝 시스템을 구현하기에 다소 미흡하였던 SCORM 2004 국제표준을 수정한 새로운 표준을 제안한다. 학습자가 선택하는 과목과 학습객체에 대한 데이터 모델을 분리하였고, 이것을 이용한 API 메소드를 추가하였다. 또한 학습객체정보, 그것들의 관계와 과목을 구성하는 학습객체들의 경로에 대한 정보를 설명하는 섹션을 Manifest 파일에 추가하였다. 기존 SCORM 2004 를 수정한 새로운 표준을 따르면 학습자가 과목을 선택하는 시점과 학습 객체가 선택되는 시점을 분리할 수 있고, 기존 학습객체 단위보다 상위 단위의 학습객체 시퀀싱이 가능하게 되어 효율적인 적응적 이러닝 시스템을 구현할 수 있게 된다.
