The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation among father's child-rearing involvement, father-child communication style, children's achievement motivation and school adjustment. The subjects were 236 - 5th and 6th graders of elementary schools in Daegu. The major findings were as follows: first, children's achievement motivation was affected by father's child-rearing involvement. Second, children's achievement motivation was affected by father-child communication style. Third, children's school adjustment was affected by father's child-rearing involvement. Fourth, children's school adjustment was affected by father-child communication style. Fifth, children's school adjustment was affected by achievement motivation. Sixth, father's open communication style was the most important variable to teacher adjustment compared to other variable. Children's achievement motivation was the most important variable to peer adjustment compared to other variable. Father's leisure activity involvement was the most important variable to school education adjustment compared to other variable. Children's achievement motivation was the most important variable to school rule adjustment compared to other variable.

Educational programming languages help learners to easily understand and use computer system itself. They also enhance the reasoning power and the contemplative faculty of learners. However, in spite of the importance of educational programming languages in education, there has not been much research and development on them compared with general purpose programming languages. In this paper, we propose and examine a new educational programming environment TWo (Turtle World) which is designed for learners to utilize the recent information technologies. Aimed at being used as a learning and working tool for multimedia programming and processing, TWo is a web-based reflective object-oriented Hangul programming environment which provides each learner with the learning environment according to his intellectual ability to learn.

Existing web based learning system provides various instruction paths. However, learners are provided with the same instruction content with little consideration of each learner's learning style. Therefore, Current Web based learning is lacking as a system that encourages individual learning, by failing to provide for proper instruction methods for each learner. This prototype system can find the most effective way of learning for each learner by analyzing a learner's learning. It also provides content based on the most effective instruction method for the learner taking into consideration learning style. Especially, this proposed adaptive learning system supporting dynamic link by learning style by evaluation for each steps of leaning process.

The purpose of this study is to research on how the types of father's communication were perceived by the adolescents and how the school adjustment of the adolescents according to the communication between father's and adolescents appear. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the school adjustment showed difference according to the general characteristics (adolescent's age, father's jobs) of the students surveyed. Second, the statistic correlation appeared in the relationship of the style of communication between father and adolescents and the school adjustment of the adolescents.

현대 사회는 정보화 사회이다. 이러한 흐름은 사회 모든 분야에 응용되어 사용되고 있다. 특히 컴퓨터를 이용한 교육분야에 있어서는 Text 에 의존된 교육에서 멀티미디어를 이용, 실제 상황에 근접한 상황학습을 통한 시스템이 개발 사용되고 있다. 장애인 재활 교육에 있어서도 멀티미디어를 이용한 상황학습은 장애인의 교육에 많은 도움을 줄 것이다. 이 논문은 장애인의 사회 적응을 위한 재활 교육 시스템에서 장애인들에게 어떠한 교육을 할 것인지를 결정하고 실행하는 Tutoring Module이다.

실사 영상 기반의 메타버스 환경을 구축하기 위한 다수의 카메라를 통한 영상 취득 및 부호화, 전송 기술이 활발히 연구되고 있고, 이를 위해 영상 압축 표준화 단체인 moving picture experts group (MPEG) 에서는 MPEG immersive video (MIV) 표준을 개발하였다. 하지만, 현재 널리 사용되는 가상 현실 영상을 스트리밍 가능한 장비의 연산 능력으로는 MIV 기반 몰입형 영상을 스트리밍 시 복호기 동기화 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 저사양 및 고사양 장비에서 적응적으로 복호기 개수를 조절 가능한 geometry packing 기법을 MIV 의 참조 소프트웨어인 test model for immersive video (TMIV)에서 구현한다. 제안하는 패킹 기법은 지오메트리 영상을 패킹하여 텍스쳐 영상과 같은 높이를 가지도록 한 후 각각 단일 서브픽쳐 (subpicture) 로 부호화한다. 이후 부호화된 서브픽쳐들에 적응적으로 비트스트림 병합이 적용되어 장비의 복호기 사양에 대응한다.

사이버 가정학습은 오늘날 학교교육에서 발생하는 많은 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 새로운 교육방법으로서의 잠재력을 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서의 평가시스템은 사이버 가정학습 체제에서 학습자의 수준에 반응하는 즉, 학습자의 성취도를 가장 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 문제를 추출하고 피험자의 수준에 알맞게 평가의 길이, 내용을 제시하며 평가 결과에 따라 난이도를 조절 할 수 있는 평가시스템이다. 그리고 IRT 기법을 사용하여 피험자의 능력 수준을 알기 위하여 준비된 모든 문항을 해결하지 않고 피험자의 능력 수준에 의해 선택된 몇 개의 문항만으로 피험자의 능력 수준을 측정할 수 있도록 하였다.

다수의 색상 및 거리 정보로 구성된 몰입형 영상 부호화를 위한 MPEG immersive video (MIV) 표준은 각 시점의 영상 간 중복성 제거 및 잔여 영상 병합을 통한 압축률 향상을 목표로 한다. 시점에 따른 카메라 그룹핑을 통해 압축률 향상이 가능하나, 그룹 기반 MIV 부호화 기술은 최근 활발히 논의되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문은 최신 버전의 MIV 참조 소프트웨어에 그룹 기반 부호화 기술을 이식하고 적응적 스트리밍을 위한 그룹 기반 부호화 기술의 효율을 검증하였다.

With the advance of information communication technology, specifically the Internet technology, most schools have developed their own Web sites for the communication of diverse parties such as students, their parents, teachers, and others. In spite of the wide spread of school Web sites, their bulletin board systems are usually developed under the Web-boards for developing ordinary sites without reflecting educational environments. The purpose of this research is to develop the Web-board system for schools, which can be applied to construct adaptive school Web sites. This Web-board system is designed to reflect the educational environments as well as the user characteristics under the idea of customization and optimization. The main advantage of this Web-board system is that it can allow easy access to the system through user-friendly interface, and also promote interactions among users through their personalized Web pages.

The purpose of this study is to design and implementation of the Web-based Individual Computerized Adaptive Testing(CAT) system. The Web-based Individual CAT is a kind of test system to present a set of the problems divided into basic level, intermediate level and advanced level according to the saved results after doing a diagnostic test related to each unit. The diagnostic test is done to pull out the necessary items which learners have to study. The strong points of the web-based computerized adaptive testing system are to reduce the problems of distributed teachers and to have the effect of individual learning by using this system.
