The mediating effect of Interpersonal competence between Nursing student's Adult attachment and Adjustment to College life (간호대학생의 성인애착과 대학생활적응에서 대인관계능력의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between adult attachment, adjustment to college life, and interpersonal competence in nursing college students and investigate whether or not interpersonal competence mediates the relationship between adult attachment and adjustment to college life. The subjects of this study were 685 college students located in J-si and M-si, and data were collected for 25 days from November 1 through 25, 2015. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients, Hierarchical regression, and Sobel test using SPSS 23.0. As adult attachment increased, adjustment to college life was enhanced (B=.225, p=.027); as interpersonal competence increased, adjustment to college life improved (B=.145, p=.040); and as adult attachment increased, interpersonal competence increased (B=.396, p=.021). In addition, interpersonal competence significantly mediated the relationship between adult attachment and adjustment to college life (Z=3.560, p<.001). To enhance adjustment to college life in nursing college students, adult attachment and interpersonal competence need to be improved.

  • 충청남도는 2015년에 극심한 가뭄을 겪으며 보령댐은 역대 최저 저수율을 기록하고 128일간 제한급수를 시행한 바 있다. 가뭄은 농작물 피해, 인적 피해뿐 아니라 사회경제적인 피해 또한 야기하지만 강수량과 가용수자원양만을 고려하는 기존의 가뭄 위험 지수들은 물리적인 피해만 반영한다는 한계점을 갖는다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 기존 가뭄 지수에 지역적 특성을 반영할 수 있는 사회경제적 인자와 가뭄 적응능력 인자들을 함께 반영하는 가뭄 위험 지수를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 위험을 산정하기 위해 International Panel on Climate Change(IPCC)는 재해, 노출, 취약성으로 구분하였고, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)는 인과관계 구성의 체제를 강조하며 Pressure-State-Response(P-S-R) 프레임워크를 개발한 바 있으며, World Risk Index(WRI)는 노출과 취약성으로 산출하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 가뭄 위험 지수는 P-S-R 체제의 인과관계 구조를 참고하여 재해(hazard), 노출(exposure), 적응능력(capacity)으로 구분하였다. 재해는 기상학적 가뭄을 평가하기 위한 요소로서 SPI 기법을 통해 산정되고 노출은 가뭄의 피해 대상을 의미하여 지역별 용수 수요량을 사용하였다. 적응능력은 가뭄 피해를 줄일 수 있는 지역적 특성을 나타내며 사회적 능력과 공학적 능력으로 구분하여 산정하였다. 사회적 능력은 개인의 재정능력, 공무원 수 등이 포함되며 공학적 능력은 댐 현황, 지하수 이용현황, 하천시설 현황이 포함된다. 본 연구 결과와 2015년 가뭄을 비교함으로써 개발된 가뭄 위험 지수의 적합성을 확인하였으며 이를 통해 지역별 취약성 평가를 할 수 있었다.

Differential Effects of Subjective Evaluation for Attention and Situation Adaptability on Driving Mobility as a Function of Driver's Age: Moderating Effect of Motivation (연령대에 따른 주관적 주의능력과 외부환경 적응능력이 운전이동성에 미치는 영향에서의 차이: 동기특성의 조절효과)

  • This study investigated the differential effects of subjective evaluation for attention and situation adaptability, and motivation on driving mobility as a function of driver's age. The results can be summarized as followings. First, subjective capability evaluation tended to decrease as the drivers' age increased, and lower evaluation for situation adaptability seemed to be recognized earlier than attentional ability in middle-aged drivers. Second, although subjective evaluation for attentional ability predicted positively driving mobility of all age groups, but only subjective evaluation for situation adaptability predicted positively driving mobility of older drivers. Third, among motivational elements, BAS predicted positively driving mobility of young and middle-aged driviers, whereas BIS predicted positively driving mobility of older drivers. Finally, middle-aged drivers tended show increased driving mobility when their attentional ability score and BAS were high, whereas older drivers showed lowest level of driving mobility when their situation adaptability score and BIS were low. These results suggest importance of integrated consideration for drivers' subjective evaluation for attention and situation adaptability, and motivation to understand characteristics of driving mobility in different age groups.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of interpersonal relationship skills in adapting military life and stress in the army. For this purpose, 453 soldiers in Chungnam and Daejeon were surveyed. First, the main result of this study is the difference in interpersonal skills and group life adjustment in accordance with the rank and class of the soldiers. Second, too much stress can cause difficulty to adapt military life and interpersonal skills. Also high interpersonal skills can help to adjust well to military life. Third, according to the survey, it was confirmed that the openness in the sub-factors of military life and military life stress was effective. This study suggests that it is important to help control the stress of military life to improve the ability of the openness of interpersonal skills in order to increase the adaptability military life.

Relationship between the perceived Stress and College Life Adjustment in Nursing Students : Interpersonal Relationship Ability (간호대학생의 지각된 스트레스와 대학생활적응의 관계: 대인관계능력의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between perceived stress, college life adjustment, and interpersonal relationship ability in nursing college students and investigate whether or not interpersonal relationship ability mediate the relationship between perceived stress and college life adjustment. Data were collected from 281 nursing students in B city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression, and sobel test using SPSS/WIN 23.0. The degree of college life adjustment in nursing students was 3.38±0.58. There was negative correlation between college life adjustment and perceived stress(r=-.478, p<.001), positive correlation between college life adaptation and interpersonal relationship ability(r=.617, p<.001). The interpersonal relationship ability had partial mediating(β=.629, p<.001) effect between perceived stress and college life adjustment among nursing students. Therefore, in order to promote college life adjustment of nursing students, and decrease perceived stress, it is necessary to development education and program that to improve interpersonal relationship ability.

Influence of Interpersonal Ability on College Life Adjustment in Freshman in Nursing College: Mediation Effect of Empathy Ability (간호대학 신입생의 대인관계 능력이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향: 공감 능력의 매개효과)

  • This study is a descriptive research study aimed at confirming the mediating effect of empathy ability in the relationship between interpersonal ability and adjustment to college life for freshman in nursing college. The study subjects were 179 freshman from the nursing department of four universities. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from June 11 to June 18, 2018. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the interpersonal ability and empathy ability of the nursing college freshman were factors influencing the adjustment to college life, and that the empathy ability had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the interpersonal ability and the adjustment to college life. These results suggest that it is necessary to develop and apply curriculum and extra-curricular programs that can enhance students' empathy ability as a way to improve the adjustment to college life in the freshman. Therefore, repeated studies including various variables related to college life adjustmente of freshmen in nursing colleges are needed in the future.

  • 운전자지원시스템과 같은 자동화 시스템은 필연적으로 시스템에 대한 운영자의 신뢰와 적응을 초래하는 데, 이는 결국 동시에 긍정적인 효과와 부정적인 효과를 가져온다. 적응순항제어시스템은 대표적인 운전자지원시스템으로서 앞 차량과의 안전 거리와 속도를 자동적으로 제어하여 운전자의 편의성과 안전성을 향상시킨다. 본 연구에서는 적응순항제어시스템에 대한 운전자의 신뢰와 방심 효과를 조사하였다. 차량 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 왕복 2차선과 4차선이 혼합된 자동차 전용도로의 가상 주행 환경을 구축하고, 다양한 주행 상황하에서 운전자의 조종 능력과 대처 능력을 파악하였다. 연구 결과, 적응순항제어시스템에 대한 운전자의 신뢰와 적응은 운전자의 성향에 관계없이 일관된 차간 거리 시간, 가감속값 등을 설정하도록 유도하였고, 결과적으로 안전도와 편의성을 향상시킴을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 맹목적인 신뢰와 적응은 돌발 상황에 대한 대처 능력의 저하, 주의 산만, 방심 등을 초래하였고, 결과적으로 안전도를 저하시킴도 확인할 수 있었다. 운전자지원시스템의 이러한 부정적인 효과를 방지하고, 보다 견실하게 운전자의 편의성과 안전도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이 요구된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the effects of a bibliotheraphy program using picture books on school adaptation of maladjusted high school students. The first and second year students of P High School that is located in Yongin city of Gyeonggi Do, bibliotherapy research using picture books has been carried out with 11 maladjusted students in school life. According to the analysis results is as follows. The bibliotherapy program using picture books turned out to be effective in adaptation ability ane sub-domains of adaptation ability such as teacher relationship, peer relationship, school class and school regulation of maladjusted students in school life.

  • 가뭄위험도(Drought Risk)는 위해성(Hazard), 취약성(Vulnerability), 민감도(Sensitivity) 및 적응능력(Adaptive Capacity) 등 여러 가지의 지표를 활용하여 평가가 가능하다. 가용한 자료와 분석기법에 따라서 위해성과 취약성만으로도 평가가 가능하며, 유역내의 가용한 수자원인프라에 의한 적응능력을 포함하여 평가할 수도 있다. 본 연구에서는 미래 가뭄위험도를 평가하기 위하여 기후학적 인자인 가뭄 위해성과 사회 경제적 인자인 취약성 인자 그리고 유역내의 수자원 인프라시설(용수공급 시설)에 의한 적응능력과 관련된 지표를 조합하였다. 특히, 물수요와 공급가능량을 고려한 물수지분석을 통하여 미래 용수공급 안정성을 평가하였으며 다양한 기후변화 시나리오 기반 가뭄 위해성 인자를 Rating 기법을 활용하여 산정하였으며, 취약성의 경우 인구밀도, 농경지 면적 등의 민감도와 적응능력을 동시에 고려할 수 있는 용수 부족량을 시나리오별로 산정하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 한반도의 미래 가뭄위험도 평가 결과는 유역별 가뭄대책을 수립하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Effects of Empathy, Communication skills and Resilience on the Adaptation of Clinical Practice in Nursing College Student (간호대학생의 공감능력과 의사소통능력, 회복탄력성이 임상실습적응에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was attempted to provide basic data for preparing a learning strategy for effective clinical practice education by examining the effects of empathy, communication ability, and resilience on adaptation to clinical practice for nursing students. Participants in this study were 244 nursing students from 3 universities in B city. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 program with real number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The subjects' empathy ability was 3.49±.44 points, communication ability 3.86±.85 points, resilience 3.63±.56 points, and clinical practice adaptation 3.63±.52 points. Factors affecting adaptation to clinical practice were empathy, communication ability, and resilience, and the explanation power was 39.9%. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to prepare an educational program to improve empathy, communication ability and resilience that affect the adaptation to clinical practice of nursing students.
