A Qualitative Study on the Meaning of Economic Life of Immigrant Women (결혼이주여성이 경험한 경제생활의 의미에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 질적 연구방법 중 현상학적 연구방법으로 결혼이주여성들의 경제생활에 대한 생생한 이야기에 귀울이고, 경제생활 경험의 역동성을 심층적인 면담을 통해 그 의미를 분석하고자 한다. 연구질문은 "결혼이주여성이 경험하는 경제생활의 의미는 무엇인가"이다. 연구결과, 의미 있는 진술 67개를 추출하였고, 15개의 중심 의미를 조직하였다. 15개의 중심 의미는 '팍팍한 삶', '자녀교육비, 보험료가 걱정', '적응을 위한 생활방식의 변화 도모', '일자리를 통한 경제안정 추구', '친정가족에 대한 지원과 회귀 기대'라는 5개의 주제 묶음으로 범주화하였다.

지식학습 능력을 갖는 전문가 시스템

  • 전문가 시스템 개발과정에서 완전한 경험적 규칙들을 얻는 것은 극히 어려운 작업이다. 전문가들이 확고한 경험적 규칙들을 얻기위해서는 오랜 시간이 걸리며, 그 얻어진 지식조차 확신할 수 없다. 또한 같은 분야 지식도 전문가들 사이에서 큰 차이를 보일 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 전문가 시스템이 보다 완전한 지식베이스를 얻어, 주어진 영역에서 기존의 고도 전문가 수준의 전문성을 갖는 완전한 전문가로 활약하기 위해서는 지식 배제, 둘째 기존의 경험적 탐색 공간은 물론 보다 다양한 문제 해결 전략이 가능한 심층적 탐색공간을 제공하여 그로부터 새로운 문제 해결 지식을 학습하는 자기 학습기능이 필요하다. 본지에서는 이러한 자기학습 기능을 갖는 전문가 시스템의 알고리즘을 검토하였다. 그리고 끝으로 전력계통에 대한 적용예로서 전압제어 전문가 시스템을 설명하였다. 아직 전문가 시스템의 자기학습 기능의 구현은 초보적 연구에 머물고 있으며, 그들의 학습 능력조차 낮은 수준에 불과하다. 그러나 전문가 시스템 연구자들은 기존 전문가 시스템의 문제점과 그 적응능력의 중요성을 인식하고 있기 때문에 보다 진보된 개념(데이타들로부터 이론과 원리를 학습하는)이 도입된 자기학습 전문가 시스템의 적용연구는 앞으로 여러분야에서 폭넓게 이루어 질 것으로 기대된다.

  • 생애 초기 특정기간(critical period) 동안의 경험이 나중에 경험하여 인지하는 과정에 영향을 미치는 이론에 근거하여 지구환경의 영향에 의존하여 특징 되어 가는 풍토색 기반 인간의 기질을 고찰하였고, 이러한 기질의 차이에 따라 동일한 제품환경에 대하여도 서로 다른 감성이 유발될 수 있음을 추론하였다. 인간은 생존하기 위하여 자신이 속한 지역의 자연환경에 알맞게 자신의 생체시스템을 적응시켜간다. 동일한 환경자극을 제시하고 피험자의 생리적 입력조건을 같도록 통제하더라도 피험자들간의 체질, 즉, 생체시스템이 다르면 서로 다른 감성을 느끼게 되고 그 결과 심리적/생리적 감성평가 결과는 피험자에 의존하여 서로 다르게 나타난다. 그러므로 감성평가를 하기에 앞서 우선적으로 체질분류를 하여 피험자들간의 생체시스템에 대한 균질성을 높이면 동류의 체질에 대하여는 감성편차가 감소될 것이며 체질에 따른 감성평가 결과는 실용성이 높아질 것이다.

An Automated Code Generation for Both Improving Performance and Detecting Error in Self-Adaptive Modules (자가 적응 모듈의 성능 개선과 오류 탐지를 위한 코드 자동 생성 기법)

  • It has limits that system administrator deals with many problems occurred in systems because computing environments are increasingly complex. It is issued that systems have an ability to recognize system's situations and adapt them by itself in order to resolve these limits. But it requires much experiences and knowledge to build the Self-Adaptive System. The difficulty that builds the Self-Adaptive System has been problems. This paper proposes a technique that generates automatically the codes of the Self-Adaptive System in order to make the system to be built more easily. This Self-Adaptive System resolves partially the problems about ineffectiveness of the exceeded usage of the system resource that was previous research's problem and incorrect operation that is occurred by external factors such as virus. In this paper, we applied the proposed approach to the file transfer module that is in the video conferencing system in order to evaluate it. We compared the length of the codes, the number of Classes that are created by the developers, and development time. We have confirmed this approach to have the effectiveness.

Music Psychotherapy Program on Acculturative Stress for North Korean Child Defectors (새터민 아동의 문화적응 스트레스 감소를 위한 음악심리치료 적용 연구)

  • This study aims to conduct a music psychotherapy program on North Korean child defectors, who are experiencing acculturative stress, and to discover the effects of the program on the participants' acculturative stress. This study targeted four North Korean child defectors, who belonged to an H afterschool class in Seoul and performed the program in individual sessions for about 40 minutes per session, totaling 14 sessions. The research results include the following. First, after comparing the results of acculturative stress score that measured before and after the execution of the music psychotherapy program, the mean of the score was significantly decreased from 32.75 to 23 average. Furthermore, as a result of conducting a qualitative analysis of the lingual responses that the participants demonstrated in musical activity, in relation to acculturative stress, the participants were found to experience a positive change. These results imply that the music psychotherapy program offers consistent support through music to North Korean Child Defectors, who are cowering psychologically and experiencing difficulty in adaptation, and reinforces inner resources through their positive self-perception, which indicates that it can be an effective mediation in reducing their acculturative stress.

North Koreans' Lives in the United States (미국으로 간 탈북자들의 정착과 적응에 관한 질적 연구)

  • Since the U.S. government officially accepted North Korean(NK) as refugees starting in 2006, about 120 North Koreans have come to and been living in the United States. However, little is known in regard to what the North Korean refugees need for a qualify life. This study aims to explore the essential experiences of North Korean defectors who have settled in the United States after escaping North Korea. Research inquiries are why North Korean refugees have chosen the United States for their settlement, and how they are living in the United States. Data were collected from in-depth interviews with eight NK refugees. For data analysis, grounded theory approach by Strauss and Corbin(1998) was employed. The data analysis identified the central phenomenon, protective and risk factors, and core actions and consequences of NK refugees' adjustment in the U.S. The central phenomenon was "voluntary choose to come to the U.S." The core action and consequences in the process of their adjustment were 'searching for the meaning of life,' and 'achieving acculturation.' The findings may provide deeper understanding on the situation of North Korean refugees in the U.S. and implications for how to help them adjust well in the society.

Effect of Radiology Department Students' Motivation for Major Selection and Satisfaction on University Life Adjustment (방사선(학)과 학생들의 전공 선택 동기 및 전공 만족도가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to understand the motivation for major selection and degree of satisfaction with major for university students in the department of Radiology, and to analyze the effect university life adjustment in COVID-19. From Jung 20 to July 20, 2021, 308 students in grades 1~4 were enrolled at universities in Busan and Gyeongnam. Factors influencing university life adjustment were found to have a good adjustment when majoring was selected with personal motive rather than social motive. Among the sub-factors of major satisfaction, general satisfaction and satisfaction with surrounding relationships had a positive effect on university life adjustment. Therefore, in order to adapt to healthy university life, it is necessary to secure closeness between school, professor, and students, and it is desirable to provide students with opportunities to experience various education by recognizing the rapidly changing policy changes in education to increase major satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data for successful university life of students in the department of radiology.

The Effects of the Acculturation Stress and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment among dispatched hospital-workers in United Arab Emirates (해외파견 병원근로자의 문화적응 스트레스와 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 -아랍에미리트 중심으로-)

  • This study was examined the impact of acculturation stress and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment among dispatched hospital-workers in UAE. Data were collected with a convenience sample of 107 from March 1 to August 30, 2016. Analysis was conducted using t-test, ANOVA, Spearman rank-order correlation coefficient and Hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study showed that first, the lower the acculturation stress, the higher the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the organizational commitment. Second, job satisfaction was significant to predict the level of organizational commitment among dispatched hospital-workers in UAE. Therefore, it is important not only to enhance the job satisfaction but also to reduce the acculturation stress before dispatch in order to improve the organizational commitment of dispatched hospital-workers, and various programs need to be developed for such education.

The Effect of the Career Development System on Career Success: Mediated Moderating Effects of Career Adaptability and Fairness in Personnel System (경력개발제도가 경력성공에 미치는 영향: 경력적응성 및 인사제도 공정성의 매개된 조절효과)

  • This study analyzed the effect of career development system and personnel management equity on career success for workers who experienced various career change environments. The results of empirical study were as follows: First, it was found that career adaptation partially mediated career development system and career success relationship. Second, it was found that the moderating effects of personnel management equity on career success and career adaptation respectively. Third, it was found that the moderating effect of personnel system fairness was mediated by career adaptability in the relationship between career development system and career success. The analysis results confirm the importance of career adaptability and personnel system fairness for individual career success and suggest that the effectiveness of the career development system can be increased when the characteristics of career development and the personnel system are combined.

A Study on the Children's Adaptation in the Foster Care : An Approach based on Grounded Theory (일반위탁가정 아동의 적응에 대한 연구: 근거이론적 접근)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the adaptation experience of foster children. This qualitative research was conducted through in-depth interview of 8 foster children in and over 4th grade. In data analysis of this qualitative study, the grounded theory suggested by Strauss and Corbin(1998) was used. The raw data collected from in-depth interview with the participants were analyzed in open coding, through theoretically sensitive and constant comparisons method. As a result, total 11 categories, 30 subcategories and 96 concepts were generated. In summary, the casual condition that caused the core phenomenon was 'family stability collapse'. The core phenomenon that foster children experience during the process of adaptation was 'marginalization'. The contextual condition that affected the outcome was 'cultural shock' and 'loyalty conflict.' The intervening condition that promote or restrain the action/interaction on core phenomenon were, 'support system', 'resilience menifestation', 'negative predestination'. The action/interaction strategy on core phenomenon were 'will to power' and 'pursuing moral superiority'. As a result, two concepts, 'mechanical adaptation to foster care environment' and 'active formation' of foster care environment' were assumed.
