The purpose of this study was to find out correlation and predictors of posttraumatic growth of North Korean refugees in South Korea in 7years. This survey was conducted on 105 North Korean refugees in 7 years with questions on depression, anxiety, socio-demographic characteristics, personal & social variables, psychological trauma in North Korea, stress experience in South Korea. The influence of these variables was analysed. Result indicated that education in North Korea and living period in the 3rd country iwas associated with PTG. Date for escaping from North Korea, depression, acculturative stress in South Korea, hope for future, social support from South Korean, perceived satisfaction had correlation with PTG. And Date for escaping from North Korea, living period in the 3rd country, social support from South Korean, acculturative stress in South Korea predicted PTG of North Korean refugees. Finally, social political intervention and mental health service programs for North Korean refugees were discussed.

Flow is a concept closely related to intrinsic motivation and is considered a positive factor in sports performance in sports psychology. The purpose of this study was to confirm the addictive nature of Flow through previous studies and propose a new hypothesis that Flow may decrease intrinsic motivation in the long term, unlike previous studies. In line with adaptation level theory and the law of diminishing marginal utility, the satisfaction derived from Flow is continuously decreasing. At some point, the individual's progress is limited and they reach a point where they no longer experience FLOW. However, the individual will continue to try because the desire to experience FLOW again exists. However, failure to experience FLOW and repeated failure will lead to sadness, which will decrease intrinsic motivation.

This study sought to explore factors affecting the adjustment of children living in shelters for battered women. Specifically, the impact of domestic violence on children's internal and external adjustment was examined using data from two samples: children who were exposed to marital violence and those who did not have violent experience. Likewise, this study identified the variables that distinguished the "resilient" children from the maladjusted group. The pathways by which protective factors considerably affected children's adjustment were also investigated. A total of 72 children in a women's shelter and their mothers and 76 children in nonviolent homes and their mothers were considered. ANOVA, logistic regression models, and path analysis were employed to process the data. Results revealed that children of battered women demonstrated a high frequency of aggressive and delinquent behaviors and had poor academic achievement and depressive mood compared to children coming from nonviolent homes. Likewise, children who were exposed to marital violence and were physically abused themselves were more likely show aggressive or delinquent behaviors compared to those who only witnessed marital violence. In addition, social support was found to be a protective factor in academic achievement. Predictors of delinquent behavior included the mother's education and income as well as the children's age and social support. Factors related to children's self-esteem included the social support and the mother's self-esteem. Moreover, woman battering has a direct effect on children's adjustment as well as indirect effect through children's academic achievement and self-esteem. Finally, woman battering indirectly affected children's academic achievement through the mother's depression or the child's social support. Based on these findings, practical implications of enhancing children's adjustment were discussed.

This study attempted to describe the essential structure of lived experience of a students trans ferring into the nursing program. A study on the experience of students who have a major in this of health or who have experience in a medical institution is aimed at identifying the nature of incorporating nursing into each individual. The experiences were analyzed and the meaning of the experiences was understood by applying the phenomenolgical Analysis method of Colaizzi. The total number of people who majored in health care and five experienced medical institutions was nine, which resulted four themes and 14 central beauty. Based on the results of this study, it will provide basic materials for fostering professional nursing personnel at various nursing sites by understanding the nursing departments and experiences of students with experience in the health care system.

본 논문에서는 웹, 모바일 환경에 적응 가능하고, 다양한 서비스의 지원이 가능한 글로벌 Peer-to-Peer(P2P) 엔진에서 서비스 모듈, 네트워크 모듈, 레파지토리 모듈간에 발생되는 메시지를 처리하는 메시지 디스패쳐의 설계 경험을 기술한다. P2P엔진이 이 기종 네트워크환경에 적응 가능하고, 다양한 서비스들을 동시에 지원하기 위해서는 피어 간 또는 엔진 내부에서 발생하는 많은 메시지들을 원활히 처리하는 모듈이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 메시지 처리를 위한 글로벌 P2P 엔진의 메시지 디스패쳐를 제안한다. 메시지 디스패쳐는 글로벌 P2P엔진에서 지원하는 서비스 또는 다른 모듈에서 발생하는 메시지들을 우선순위와 마감시간을 이용하여 작업순서를 배열하는 Message Queue, Message Queue에 적재된 메시지들을 분석하여 처리하는 Message Processor, 메시지 디스패쳐와 서비스 또는 각 모듈간의 메시지의 전달을 위한 공유 버퍼인 Service Buffer로 구성되어져 있다. P2P 엔진에서 메시지 디스패쳐를 이용하게 되면 다양만 서비스에 적응가능하고, 모듈간의 투명성을 제공하고, 신속한 메시지의 처리가 가능하게 된다.

최근의 절삭가공 생산시스템은 무인자동화,고속화,정밀화로 대별되면서 생산성을 극대화시킬려는 방향으로 연구 가 진행되고 있다. 종래의 CNC화된 기계가공시스템에서는 절삭속도,이송속도 그리고 절삭깊이 등과 같은 절삭 조건은 On-line으로 조절되는 장치를 갖지 않고 Off-line으로 프로그래머의 경험이나 절삭가공의 데이터 핸드북을 통하여 결정되어진다. 이러한 절삭조건은 절삭률 즉 생산성의 측면에서 최적의 값이 될 수가 없다. 이는 프로그래머가 측면에서 최적의 값이 될 수가 없다. 이는 프로그래머가 공구의 마모나 표면거칠기, 또는 공작기계의 부하 등을 고려하여 극적으로 NC프로그램을 짜기 때문이다. 이러한 문제점 때문에 현재 개발되어지고 있는 대부분의 적응제어시스템은 실용화가 되지못하고 있는 실정이어서 효휼적인 적응시스템의 개발은 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 무인자동화 가공시스템에서 생산성을 최대화하기 위하여 사용하는 ACO 시스템에서 발생하는 상기의 문제를 해결하여 실용화할 수 있는 가공 최적화 시스템을 개발함을 연구의 목적으로 하고 있다.

로봇이나 가상 캐릭터와 같은 지능형 에이전트가 자율적으로 살아가기 위해서는 주어진 환경을 인식하고, 그에 맞는 최적의 행동을 선택하는 능력을 가지고 있어야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 지능형 에이전트를 구현하기 위하여, 외부 환경에 적응하면서 최적의 행동을 배우고 선택하는 방법을 연구하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방식은 강화 학습을 이용한 행동기반 학습 방법과 기호 학습을 이용한 인지 학습 방법을 통합한 방식으로 다음과 같은 특징을 가진다. 첫째, 외부 환경의 적응성을 수행하기 위하여 강화 학습을 이용하였으며. 이는 지능형 에이전트가 변화하는 환경에 대한 유연성을 가지도록 하였다. 둘째. 경험들에서 귀납적 기계학습과 연관 규칙을 이용하여 규칙을 추출하여 에이전트의 목적에 맞는 환경 요인을 학습함으로 주어진 환경에서 보다 빠르게, 확장된 환경에서 보다 효율적으로 행동을 선택을 하도록 하였다. 제안한 통합방식은 기존의 강화 학습만을 고려한 학습 알고리즘에 비하여 학습 속도를 향상 시킬수 있으며, 기호 학습만을 고려한 학습 알고리즘에 비하여 환경에 유연성을 가지고 행동을 적용할 수 있는 장점을 가진다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the concurrent and lagged effects of parental neglect and abuse on longitudinal changes in late childhood school adjustment. This study utilized survey data from the fourth through seventh iterations of the Korean Child Youth Panel Study conducted on fourth-year elementary school students through first-year middle school students. The data was analyzed using latent growth modeling. The results were as follows. First, the level of school adjustment decreased gradually. Second, both neglect and abuse had concurrent effects on school adjustment. Third, neglect had lagged effects on school adjustment but abuse did not. The paper discusses the implications of these results. The results of this study can be used to better understand and support children who have suffered neglect or abuse adjust to school during late childhood.

대부분의 사람들에게 변화는 어렵거나 불편한 것이다. 익숙하지 않다는 것이 사람을 불안하게 하며 아무도 이런 불안감을 좋아하지 않는다. 새로운 환경과 새로운 경험은 매우 흥미로울수도 있지만 모르는 것을 접하게 되면 어느 정도 불안감을 느끼게 된다. 현재 게임 산업은 보다 큰 타 산업시장과 마찬가지로 다소 불안정하다. 대부분 직업은 불안정하며 능력 향상을 원하거나 프로젝트가 종료되었을 때 어떤 경우에는 직업을 불가피하게 변경해야 한다.
