조종사가 수행하는 조종 업무는 여러 정보를 동시에 지각하여 처리하여 야 하는 복잡한 작업으로 구성되어 있어, 조종사에게는 고도의 인간성능이 요구되고 있다. 또한 조종기술을 습득하기 위해서는 많은 훈련시간과 비용 이 소요되며, 조종사의 실수는 치명적인 사고를 초래한다. 따라서 조기에 비행 부적격자를 판별하고, 미흡한 조종 적성을 함양시킬 수 있는 교육 . 훈련 프로그램을 조종 후보생에게 적용시키는 분석적 조종적성 진단 체계 개발은 조 종사의 도태율 감소, 효율적인 비행훈련, 비행 안전사고 감소 등의 측면에서 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조종 업무 수행시 요구되는 여러 인간 기능의 중요도 차이를 조종 적성 평가 체제에 적용하기 위해서, 각 적성 검사 항목들의 상대적 중요도를 분석하고 이의 타당성을 평가하였다. 적성검사 항목의 상대적 중요도 분석은 조종적성검사 계층구조의 각 수준별 쌍체 비교 평가와 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석에 의한 상대적 중요도 산출 및 평가, 그리고 일관성 지수(Consistency Index)에 의한 분석 결과의 조정을 통해 이루어 졌다. 적성검사 항목의 쌍체 비교 평가는 심리기능검사, 비행자질 검사 등 총 29개 적성검사 항목에 대해 검사를 받았고 또한 초등비행 훈련과정을 수료한 조종 학생들에 의해 이루어 졌다. 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과 심리기능 검사(W=0.30)가 다른 검사에 비하여 조종적성 평가에 중요한 검사로 나타났으며, 세부 항목으로는 주의 분배력(W=0.13), 추적능력(0.06) 등이 상대적으로 중요한 검사 항목으로 나타났다. 또한 상대적 중요도 결과를 적용한 적성검사 성적이 적용하지 않은 적성검사 성적에 비해 비행성적에 대한 예측 능력이 좋은 것으로 평가되었다.al age)가 있다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 한편, 생산현장에서는 자동화, 기계화가 진보되어 육체적인 노동이 경감된 결과, 중고령자라도 할 수 있는 작업이 많아지고 있다. 또, VDT (Visual Dislay Terminal) 작업과 같은 정보처리 작업의 수요가 증가하여 그 인재의 부족이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 중고령자의 기능을 조사하여 어떠한 작업에 적합한가를 판단하는 것이 중요한 과제로 되었다. 그러나 노동에는 많은 기능이 관여 하고, 그 내용에 따라서 요구되는 기능이 서로 다르기 때문에 노동적응능력의 기본적인 기능으로 보여지는 것에 좁혀서 작업능력의 연령증가 변화에 대하여다원적 평가를 하는 것이 실제적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간이 가지고 있는 다수의 기능중에서 수지교 치성과 연령증가와의 관계를 조사한다. 만약 연령증가 만으로 수지교치성을 평가 할 수 없는 경우에는 어떠한 요인이 수지기민성의 변화에 영향을 미치는가를 검토한다.t list)에서 자동적으로 사건들의 순서가 결정되도록 확장하였으며, 설비 제어방식에 있어서도 FIFO, LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다. Around two years have passed since the beginning of aptitude test required by 2006 Rail Safety Act. At this point, it is necessary to evaluate the validity of the aptitude test. Through this study, the structural system for all the tests would be overviewed, which will show the correlation among each tests or its importance. Also, although it is rough, reliability and validity of the tests would be overviewed by their retest and education materials. This would contribute, in the future, to setting up for the standard of upgrading or integrating the tests.

Even if Internet has been used very much, there is no method of music aptitude test for children. We develop the music aptitude test in the internet to make music aptitude test easily. We test children for music aptitude early. We provide children the learning and instruction environment. This research makes children improve the ability of music. We develop the music aptitude test system for children in the WWW for children to use it. This system is expected to be a great help for children to test music aptitude easily. This system establish a well-understood and maintenance through this system for replacing the data files of their children in a effective way.

Since 1971, the aptitude test for domestic train drivers has long been maintained without any overall change. With the revision of the Railroad Safety Act in 2006. the aptitude test was changed from the type of written and skill test into the type of question-and-answer and reaction test. However, the main structure of the test is being maintained unchanged. In this paper, we focus our attention on the improvement of the present aptitude test. We surveyed on two groups, one is the railroad expert group and another is train driver's group, questioning about the importance of the domestic and foreign aptitude test items. Based on the analysis, we suggest desirable aptitude test system for the railroad safety.

교원의 핵심 역량 중 지식 역량이나 수행 역량 등은 교직과정 이수 결과의 확인이나 지필 시험 또는 실기 시연 등을 통해 확인 또는 평가할 수 있다. 그러나 태도 역량이나 전문성 개발역량의 일부 요소들은 별도의 도구나 평가로 심사해야 된다. 전문성 개발 역량 가운데 자기반성 노력, 지속적 학습 노력, 교육 공동체 간 의사소통 및 협력 등의 요소들은 기존의 평가 방식으로 파악하기 어렵다. 따라서 교원의 핵심 역량을 평가하기 위해서는 교직 적성 및 인성 검사와 같은 별도의 도구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 교원자격을 강화하기 위한 교직 적성 및 인성 검사를 효율적으로 실시하기 위한 온라인 웹 검정 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

동일한 작업환경과 작업조건을 가정하였을 때, 사고가 발생할 확률은 작업장에서 일하는 모든 사람들에게 거의 균등하다. 그러나 현실은 다른 사람들과 달리 특정하게 사고를 많이 발생시키는 사고 빈발자가 존재한다. 본 연구는 항해사 인 적성 평가도구를 개발하기 위한 기초단계로 항해사의 운항적성 중 지각 운동 영역에서의 운항적성을 평가하고자 하였다. 항해사의 지각 운동 영역에서의 운항적성 평가를 위해 CBT(Computer-Based Test)의 형태로 항해사의 지각 운동 영역을 측정하고자 하였으며, 지각 운동적 기능이 복합적으로 작용되는 항해의 특성 상 복합적인 측정이 가능한 형태로 검사를 구성하고자 하였다.

Vocational rehabilitation is defined as a process which helps people with disabilities to maintain life of non-disabled people and vocational assessment is a part of it. Traditionally, vocational assessment is performed through using of assessment tools, vocational counseling and so on. It is very efficient to apply vocational assessment to people with disabilities using the internet, but we should provide them with web accessibility. In this paper, we design and implement the aptitude test system for people with visual impairment supporting web accessibility. We develop the aptitude test system using the Holland Test which is the assessment tool of career guidance and counseling. We also show that the aptitude test system for people with visual impairment supports web accessibility more than previous Holland Test which is served in the internet.

해상교통사고의 가장 큰 책임은 사람에게 있기에 사람이 발생시킬 수 있는 사고의 요인을 명확하게 파악하고 선별할 수 있는 대책을 마련할 필요가 있다. 특히 사고를 발생시키는 근본적인 원인은 개인 스스로도 지각하지 못하는 적성상의 결함요인에 의해 발생할 가능성이 높다. 따라서 사고의 예방을 위해 개인의 적성에 대해 명확히 개념화 하고 측정하여 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 항해사의 적성검사도구 개발을 위한 기초연구로서, 항해사 개인특성에 대한 사전연구 분석, 전문가 회의 및 설문조사 결과를 종합하여 항해사의 사고경향성 평가요인을 선정하고자 하였으며, 이를 기반으로 항해사의 사고경향성을 평가할 수 있는 항해사 적성검사도구의 프로토타입을 개발하고자 하였다.

It is important to select the personnel with ideal pilot aptitude considering dramatically advancing aircraft performance and complexity of military operations as a consequence to the highly developed science and technology. The opportunity cost lost from dropouts and human error being the first cause of aviation accidents are the realistic reasons for the significance of personnel selection based on their aptitude. This study analyses the ROKAF pilot aptitude test that was improved in 2004, using various classification models. This study discusses the significance of the selected variables along with the direction of ROKAF pilot aptitude test for its development in the future. The accuracy of the classification models was improved by taking into account differing personnel characteristics of individuals on the test.
