스테인레스강 저주기 피로 수명 분포의 추계적 모델링

  • In present study, a stochastic model is developed for the low cycle fatigue life prediction and reliability assessment of 316L stainless steel under variable multiaxial loading. In the proposed model, fatigue phenomenon is considered as a Markov process, and damage vector and reliability are defined on every plane. Any low cycle fatigue damage evaluating method can be included in the proposed model. The model enables calculation of statistical reliability and crack initiation direction under variable multiaxial loading, which are generally not available. In present study, a critical plane method proposed by Kandil et al., maximum tensile strain range, and von Mises equivalent strain range are used to calculate fatigue damage. When the critical plane method is chosen, the effect of multiple critical planes is also included in the proposed model. Maximum tensile strain and von Mises strain methods are used for the demonstration of the generality of the proposed model. The material properties and the stochastic model parameters are obtained from uniaxial tests only. The stochastic model made of the parameters obtained from the uniaxial tests is applied to the life prediction and reliability assessment of 316L stainless steel under variable multiaxial loading. The predicted results show good accordance with experimental results.

  • A design process and an axisymmetric boundary integral equation method for precise structural analysis of the aircraft gas turbine rotor disk were developed. This axisymmetric boundary integral equation method for stress and steady-state thermal analysis was improved in solution accuracy by appling an implicit technique for Cauchy principal value evaluation, a subelement technique for weak singular integral evaluation and a double exponentical integral technoque for internal point solution near boundary surfaces. Stresses, temperatures, low cycle fatigue lifes and critical speeds for the turbine rotor disk of the thrust 1421 N class turbojet engine were analysed in a pratical calculation model problem.

  • 본 논문에서는 전기자동차용 충전기를 위한 전해커패시터가 없는 단일단 브리지리스 AC-DC 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안하는 컨버터는 넓은 동작영역에서 스위치의 ZVS 턴온 및 다이오드의 ZCS 턴오프를 성취한다. 또한 시스템 수명에 장애가 되는 전해커패시터를 사용하지 않고, 필름커패시터를 사용함으로써 높은 내구성을 달성할 수 있으며 또한 제안하는 결선 방식으로 변압기에 저주파리플이 상쇄되어 코어부피를 최적화하여 시스템 소형화를 달성할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 컨버터의 동작원리를 제시하고 시작품을 통해 본 논문의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • Meta! Halide Discharge(]\1HD) Iamps have good color rendition, long life and good focusing capability but h have flickers bv acoustic resonances. We have designed the electronic ballast for reducing acoustic resonances in high pressure discharge tube. The ballast consists of main two parts, the first part is a half-bridge inverter to make a square wave form a and the st'Cond part is a flyback converter to combine the low frequency and high frequency component. As a r result of this study, we conclude that MHD lamps of 70 watt 따c very well light(D without acoustic resonance p phenomena by the elestronic ballast.

  • In this study an active RFID system of low power consumption is proposed, for which we improved the tag collection algorithm of ISO/IEC 18000-7 standard and significantly reduced the tag collection time. We classified the type of power consumption according to the operating mode of active RFID and proposed the method which can accurately estimate battery life time. By calculating the power consumptions of proposed and current methods, we can compare the battery life times of both methods. Through this analysis we can demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method in battery life time.

  • 전자식 안정기는 최근 에너지 절약 정책과 관련하여 조명기기분야의 관심의 대상이 되었고, 절전 효율이 높은 고품질의 전자식 안정기에 대한 연구 개발 및 보급이 점점 더 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 일반적으로 전자식 안정기는 수십 KHz의 고주파에서 형광등을 구동시킴으로써 빛의 깜박거림과 가청잡음이 없으며, 저주파(60Hz)에서 사용하는 재래식 안정기(choke coil 방식)에 비해 높은 절전 효과를 얻을 수 있다[1-4]. 특히, 빌딩 사무실의 경우 낮에도 창가의 형광등이 켜져 있어서 막대한 전력을 낭비하고 있는 실정이므로, 일조량에 따른 자동 전력 조절이 가능한 전자식 형광등의 출현이 기대되고 있다. 전자식 안정기의 보급 확대를 위해서는 절전 효과 뿐만 아니라, 품질 문제, 수명 문제등을 고려하여야 하는 바, 예를 들면 순간 점등으로 방전초기의 sputtering 현상에 의한 lamp의 수명 단축, 미소 입력전압 변동에 따른 급격한 광출력의 변화로 절전 효과의 상실과 이상동작에 의한 스위칭 소자의 파괴 현상, 고주파 스위칭시 발생되는 전력손실과 noise등에 대한 대책이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 점을 개선하기 위해 추가되는 회로는 전자식 안정기 시스템을 더욱 복잡하게 만들고, 경제적으로 원가 부담을 주기 때문ㅇ 고품질의 전자식 안정기를 보급하는데 어려운 점으로 부각되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 조광기능을 포함한 다양한 제어회로와 보호회로를 조광기능을 포함한 다양한 제어회로와 보호회로를 1 chip에 수용하는 고품질의 전자식 안정기 제어용 집적회로에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.되어 나아갈 기술의 조류에도 부합하는 형태라 하겠다. 그러나 이 방식은 기 언급한 바와 같이 분산처리를 관장하는 운영체계의 개발에 상당한 고전이 따르리라 보여지며, 또한 보다 상세한 연구가 선행되어야 하겠지만 개발된 상용의 통신 프로토콜로서는 병렬처리의 성능을 극대화 하기에는 여러가지 제약이 있을 것으로 예측된다.기기들이 어떻게 응용되고 있는지 살펴보기로 하자. real informations would be available.   • Fatigue has been known as a major degradation mechanism of ASME class 1 components in nuclear power plants. Fatigue damage could be accelerated by combined interaction of several loads and environmental factors. However, the environmental effect is not explicitly addressed in the ASME S-N curve which is based on air at room temperature. Therefore many studies have been performed to understand the environmental effects on fatigue behavior of materials used in nuclear power plants. As a part of efforts, we performed low cycle fatigue tests under various environmental conditions and analyzed the environmental effects on the fatigue life of SA508 Gr. 1a low alloy steel by comparing with higuchi's model. Test results show that the fatigue life depends on water temperature, dissolved oxygen and strain rate. But strain rate over 0.4%/s has little effect on the fatigue life. To find the cause of different fatigue life with ANL's and higuchi's model, another test performed with different heat numbered and heat treated materials of SA508 Gr. 1a. On a metallurgical point of view, the material with bainite microstructure shows much longer fatigue life than that with ferrite/pearlite microstructure. And the characteristics of crack propagation as different microstructure seem to be the main cause of different fatigue life.

  • Hot forming using boron steel is currently used for manufacturing low-weight automobile body parts, and a high tensile strength of about 1,500 MPa is obtained after hot forming. However, a high fatigue life is a more important factor than high strength when it is used for automobile suspension parts. A tubular torsion beam axle (TTBA) is one of these suspension parts, and this research deals with the fatigue characteristic of TTBA using hot forming. The low cyclic fatigue life of boron steel is investigated according to the cooling method. In addition, a structural and fatigue analysis of TTBA is performed to predict the fatigue life. The stress concentration that occurs in the tubular torsion beam is found, and the longest fatigue life occurs when rapid cooling is utilized in the TTBA fabrication.

  • The influence of pre-strain on low cycle fatigue behavior of Fe-18Mn-0.05Al-0.6C TWIP steel was studied by conducting axial strain-controlled tests. As-received plates were deformed by rolling with reduction ratios of 10 and 30%, respectively. A triangular waveform with a constant frequency of 1 Hz was employed for low cycle fatigue test at the total strain amplitudes in the range of ${\pm}0.4\;{\sim}\;{\pm}0.6$ pct. The results showed that low-cycle fatigue life was strongly dependent on the amount of pre-strain as well as the strain amplitude. Increasing the amount of prestrain, the number of reversals to failure was significantly decreased at high strain amplitudes, but the effect was negligible at low strain amplitudes. A new model for predicting fatigue life of pre-strained body has been suggested by adding ${\Delta}E_{pre-strain}$ to the energy-based fatigue damage parameter. Also, high-cycle fatigue lives predicted using the low-cycle fatigue data well agreed with the experimental ones.

  • Structures under high temperature may have creep behavior and fatigue behavior. Durability study of the structures need the damage analysis with the creep-fatigue effects. In this paper, the damage analysis is studied for a turbine blade in the turbopump for a liquid rocket engine which is operated under high temperature condition. First of all, the load cycle is required for defining the operational characteristics of turbopump. The thermal stress analysis is done for a turbine blade of the turbopump. The stress analysis results are used to judge damage due to the creep and the fatigue. The strain-life method with miner rule is used for fatigue damage analysis. The Larson-Miller parameter master curve and robinson rule are used for the creep damage analysis. The linear damage summation method is used to consider creep-fatigue effects of turbopump turbine. Finally, the analysis results for fatigue and the influence are compared to figure out the damage phenomenon of the turbopump turbine.
