The objective of this study is to analyze and to shed light on the evolutions of factors with the wall structure and their relations with production mechanisms of urban form. this study based on followings; literature review of existing study and setting up of examination factors, analytical review of each wall's current situation and problems, analytical review of each wall's urban regeneration. The significance of this study is in that the study use a contemporary map showing the actual spatial arrangement in the period, instead of using the historical map. We understood the planning methods to interpret the site's historical urban trace and memory. Based on the results, this study presented the solution for the placeless and potential energy.

도심 재생은 다른 지역에 비해 상대적으로 낙후되어 있는 지역을 발전시키겠다는 의미보다 과거에 비해 쇠퇴한 지역을 재활성화시키겠다는 의도가 강하다. 과거 산업 혁명 이래 각종 제조업을 선도하며 영화를 누렸던 영국의 많은 도시들이 탈 산업화로 인해 쇠퇴를 거듭하면서 폐기됐던 공장 지대 등을 재활용하는 등 도심 재생이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다.

OTF9-63 (OTF9) and P19S1O1A1 (P19) embryonal carcinoma (EC) cells were examined for their ability to produce the readivation of inactive X chromosomes from somatic cells. They were hybridized with various somatic cells and resulting HATr EC-somatic cell clones were analysed for their morphology, chromosomal replication pafterns and expression proffies of X-linked and distantiy located genes, Hprt and Pgk-1. The results demonstrated that 0RF9 cells could reactivate the inactive X chromosome whereas P19 cells could not. In adition, EC-somatic cell hybrids tended to reduce the number of sex chromosomes in long-term culture, resulting m 1:2 ratio of sex chromosomes to autosomes The use of EC cell hybrids provides an experimental system for studying the mechanism(s) of the X-reactivatio that is initiated and maintained from meiotic prophase of oogenesis to early embryogenesis.

The purpose of this study is to discover the plans for Yangyeongsi in Daegu, one of the most traditional streets and a tourist spot in South Korea, by preserving the historical place, reviving the historical characteristics and identity, revitalizing the uniqueness of the location, and developing the environment. This paper also illustrates the problems of the place through a investigation into its current state in order to promote the district and conduct a fundamental research framework to suggest future development methods and directions based on the problem statements. Daegu Yangyeongsi was chosen through frequency analysis and a survey asking for a suitable location and local characteristics to be developed for the local promotion through the field investigation of 158 cultural assets registered in the local government. This survey was conducted through the development process of the Regional Design Innovation Center to revitalize the traditional streets and places of interest. Through this investigation, 19 sites and traditional streets, which can be cultural resources for sightseeing and contribute to the local promotion, were extracted. Yangyeongsi, was selected from the finalists. The research methodology will be 1) to identify things for improvement potentiality through an in-depth analysis of Yangyeongsi, 2)to examine the mutual relationship between the revitalization strategy of Yangyeongsi and the city promotion strategy, and 3) to integrate the problems and improvements based on the results of the analysis. The notion of SWOT analysis synthetically considering the elements of opportunity and intimidation, strength and weakness to come up with the development direction was introduced to discover the local characteristics of Yangyeongsi and deduce the problem statement through the state analysis. Based on these results, the future development method and direction will be suggested in this paper through the revitalization study of Yangyeongsi.

Radionuclide released from corroded container migrates through groundwater flow pathway in the underground rock. Therefore it is important to study the groundwater flow analysis for total system performance assessment of a HLW repository. In this study assuming a geological change of underground rock in future, the two dimensional groundwater flow analysis is done by the NAMMU, the assessment code for groundwater flow in porous media. Assuming the hypothetical repository with the reactivation of fault in the vicinity of it, the effect of change in aperture and permeability by reactivation of fault around a repository on groundwater pathway is studied.

Serratia marcescens ATCC 25419 protease was purified to homogeneity by ammonium sulfate treatment, and DEAE-cellulose anion exchange chromatography. The specific activity of the enzyme was increased 448-fold during purification with an overall yield of 43.0%. Metal reactivation on the purified protease from S. marcescens was studied. S. marcescens protease was a metalloenzyme to be completely inhibited its activity by EDTA and the enzyme outstandingly inhibited by Hg, Fe, Cu, but the activity was increased approximately 20% by Co. The reactivation of the apoenzyme was effective with Mn, Co, Zn in pH range from 6 to 8. Among metalloenzymes prepared to the addition of Mn, Co, Zn to restore the degree of activity of native enzyme, Zn-enzyme was similar to the native enzyme in respects with enzyme activity, alkali-inactivation, thermo-stability.

DongDaeMoon fashion retail market, or so-called the new western market, has been playing an important role in DongDaeMoon area's success from 1997 to early 2000's. However, the unique and successful fashion merchandising system of DongDeaMoon retail market has been seriously threatened by consumer need changes as well as by an increased competition from new types of retail stores such as discount stores and online shopping malls. Moreover, its performance has been deteriorated due to the increased number of undifferentiated, small and medium-sized retail stores within the area. In this paper, attempts are made in building revitalization strategies for DongDeaMoon fashion retail market on the basis of analyzing fast fashion and consumers. As results, we found that DongDaeMoon fashion retail market needs cooperated area management plan from related market members. This will help DongDaemoon's image change from deal-oriented market to relationship-oriented market with consumers. Through Focus Group interview, we found DongDeaMoon fashion retail market is confronted with insufficient shopping infrastructure and new challenge from global fast fashion brand. Moreover, to overcome this situation, consumers require repaired communication activities by DongDeaMoon fashion market members on consumer relationship management basis. At the end, this paper try to provide strategic implications for DongDeaMoon fashion retailers.

This study suggests the way of revitalization of strategic specialized industry from the perspective of design business model. In order to revitalize the regional strategic specialized industry, it is necessary to overcome traditional production-based industry structure. For the industry's side, companies should convert their traditional production-based business perspective into market-oriented or design-oriented one. For the designer's side, they need to lead the design-centered industry structure by suggesting active design sources to industries escaping from passive design development perspective. Namely, the revitalization of strategic specialized industry can be peformed by design-based and market-oriented business execution. The formation of market-oriented industry can be accomplished by designers who do their design development works with design-business perspective and play an active role in the industry system. For the suggestion of concept mentioned above, this study conceptualized the meaning of design business, and applied the concept of it to the case study for bamboo industry of Damyang province. The case study suggests the possibility that designers are able to create higher profit through various sources such as sales royalty, production royalty etc by playing an active role for design development, industry selection, business system establishment and so on. In addition, the study implies that industries can increase the possibility of business success through design-based business execution mentioned above.

많은 만성피로를 호소하는 환자들이 병원에 오나 진단기준에 일치하는 환자는 많지는 않다. 실제로 진단기준에 맞는 환자들도 여러 가지의 원인으로 오는 heterogenous 한 것으로 생각이 된다. CFS진단을 확실히 하는 검사는 아직 없다. 그리고 여러 가지의 복합적인 치료가 유효한 것으로 알려져 있다. 아직 이병의 pathophysiology는 잘 모르나 점점 증가하는 연구 결과로 보면 객관적인 biologic process에 이상이 있다는 것을 보여준다. 특히 중추신경계의 이상, 만성적인 면역항진현상 그리고 잠재성 바이러스의 재활성화이다.
