지구 온난화의 영향 등으로 해외 및 국내의 재난 재해 발생빈도가 증가하고 있으며, 그와 비례하여 인명 및 재산 피해 규모도 높아지고 있다. 재난방송은 예상되는 재난 등의 위험을 미리 알림으로써 재난 등에 적극적으로 대비하여, 생명과 재산을 재난으로부터 지키게 하므로 그 중요성이 더욱 증가하고 있다. KBS는 재난방송 주관방송사로 신속하고 정확한 재난보도를 전달하기 위하여 노력하고 있으며, 그 일환으로 재난을 실시간으로 통보할 수 있는 재난자막 자동화 송출 시스템을 구축하여 운용하고 있다.

It was developing of portable hybrid water purification system for clean water production in the disaster area. because there are no way to supply a drinking water to the victims of calamity. currently, the government has been supplying bottled water to victims. but it is a limit to the reserves. It is composed of a filter, a feed pump, a solar-cell, a controller, and a case and is possible supplying a drinking water not to limit time and a place. Field test was carried out to developed portable water purification system and the purified water was satisfied a criterion for a drinking water.

The requirements of disaster prevention have been constantly increasing on highly disaster frequency by Global warming and environmental destruction. The damage occur more highly, especially when it's on the localized change of weather. It requires that we have methods of disaster prevention locally. In this paper, we design and implement a breakwater disaster prevention system integrated wireless sensor technique for the shore breakwater of East Sea that is raised anxiety about an accident occurrence due to stormy weather. The provided disaster prevention system perceive the seriousness of the situation that is chance of that happening by the information of realtime remote situation and a prediction system so that it could be of some help to reduce the damage of disaster and the cost of recovery.

'16년 9월 경주지역 지진 발생으로 현재까지 여진이 계속 이어지고 있으며 우리나라 국토도 지진 또는 각종 자연재해, 재난으로부터 안전한 곳이 아니라는 인식을 심어주게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 사람들이 많이 이용하는 다중이용시설의 재난 발생 시 상당한 인적, 물적 피해를 우려하고 있으며 피해를 예방하고 최소화 할 수 있는 현재 방재설비를 확인하고 유지관리 개선안에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

재해나 재난이 발생하면 물리적 피해는 지리적 지역을 중심으로 한정적으로 발생하나, 통신재난의 경우 일시적 트래픽 폭주 현상은 전국적인 피해를 입히기도 한다. 또한 이로 인하여 재난 대응체계에 치명적인 손상을 입혀 인명이나 재산상의 피해를 늘리기도 하고, 재난 복구에 차질을 빚게 하기도 한다. 본 고에서는 미국의 국가안전 및 비상대비 통신 프로그램에 대하여 정책적인 측면, 추진 조직 측면과 현재 운용중인 서비스 측면으로 나누어 운용 실태를 살펴보고자 한다.

최근 지구 온난화에 따른 이상 기후 변화로 인하여 지진, 쓰나미 등 각종 재해가 빈번히 발생 하고 있다. 특히, 2011년 일본 동북부 지역의 거대 지진과 쓰나미로 인하여 엄청난 재산손실 및 인명피해가 발생하였다. 이로 인하여, 전세계적으로 휴대 전화를 통한 재난문자 서비스의 필요성이 크게 부각되고 있는 상황이다. 본 고에서는 현재 3GPP 차세대 이동통신 (LTE) 망에서의 재난문자서비스 기술 및 표준화 동향에 대해서 알아본다. 또한, 일본, 미국, 유럽, 한국의 재난문자서비스 시스템 및 요구 사항들에 대해서 각각 설명하고 표준화 문서를 기반으로 현재까지 진행된 기술 내용에 대해서 알아본다.

Recently, natural and social disasters in Korea are increasing, and new disasters such as COVID 19 and sinkholes, and large-scale disasters that combine natural and social disasters are occurring frequently. In order to reduce damage caused by disasters and effectively respond to disasters, the importance of disaster safety education is emerging because it is necessary to understand the awareness of disaster situations and the functional response process. Ministry of Public Interior and Security is providing disaster safety education for emergency managers through 54 specialized disaster safety education institutions. There is also a lack of experience facilities. This has a problem in that it makes it difficult for disaster safety personnel to effectively respond to disasters due to lack of experience in actual disaster sites. Also, unlike other education fields, the connection between disaster safety education contents and new technologies such as AI is still lacking. In this study, focusing on natural disaster, the current status and problems of domestic disaster safety education institutions and their contents are investigated and analyzed, and based on this, this study suggested improvement plans for domestic disaster safety education contents such as establishment of a unified disaster safety standard curriculum, production and distribution of disaster safety education experience contents using virtual reality technology and infotainment technology, and development of mobile AI tutoring service.

본 논문에서는 발전공기업 재난관리담당자의 사업연속성관리 역량 내재화 방안을 연구하였다. 발전공기업은 2001년 전력산업구조개편특별법에 따라 한국전력공사에서 6개 회사로 분사되었다. 국가핵심기반시설인 발전공기업은 핵심업무 중단으로 인한 국민생활과 산업시설 기능 정지를 예방하기 위해 2014년 이후 사업연속성관리체계를 적용하고 있으며, ISO 22301 및 재해경감 우수기업 인증을 취득하였다. 그러나 사회적인 이슈와 국가정책 등으로 발전공기업의 강도 높은 재난관리가 요구되고 있어, 재난으로 인한 핵심업무 중단 발생의 예방, 대비, 대응 및 복구관리를 통한 사업연속성 확보를 위해 재난관리당당자의 역량 내재화가 필요하며, 내재화의 구체적인 추진방안은 사업연속성관리요소 업무반영, 사업연속성관리를 반영한 리더 육성 및 인사제도와 연계 등이다.

The more people and urban infrastructures are crowded in a society, the more possibilities of disasters are existed. Most of cities have a difficulty in coping with unpredictable disasters consisting of natural and human characteristics. As a proved before, theses disasters have serious effects on socio-economical, financial and physical damages, and human lives. Although we have prepared various types of disaster-protection programs, there are rooms to be desired in establishing advanced warning system towards safeguards of disasters. In this research, we propose semantic ideas of an advanced information system associated with automatic voicing mail linking to telephone. This conceptual model and its architecture is for not only predicting and analyzing disasters, but also recommending counter-measurements and solutions for risks and dangers in disastrous circumstances. However, there are little works with regard to definitions and conceptual models of automatic voicing mail system in the context of geographical information sciences. Therefore, this research focuses on scrutinizing the effect of possible natural vulnerability and human hazards in our present societies.

The flood or inundation that occur in high-density city can paralyze urban functions and cause a lot of casualties. In this study, to minimize the damage, the disaster mitigating urban design techniques for the divided basin as disaster occurring point, disaster vulnerable site, urban responding region are applied. First of all, to do this, it is necessary to verify the effectiveness of urban design techniques by simulating them. Therefore, in this paper, the applicability of urban runoff models used in domestic disaster reduction study was investigated to analyze the outflow decrease efficiency of urban design techniques. As the reviewing results, the limitations of the lumped models such as FFC2Q and XP-SWMM are presented.
