Corna Virus is being widely spreaded across the world and accelerating working environments to home-based telecommuting environments rapidly. Many companies, however, are afraid of decrease in productivities due to insufficient technology readiness by new technology environments. Therefore, finding out the influencing factors which improve the productivities in home-based telecommuting environments is a very important research issue. This study suggests several influencing factors such as technology readiness, technostress, and control behavior and a research model by literature review. To verify the model a total of 204 questionnaires are collected from office workers who are currently utilizing home-based telecommuting. The statistical analysis show that technostress influences negatively to productivities. In addition, moderating effect analysis show that control behavior affects negatively and technostress positively to alleviate the technostress. The result is expected to provide a theocratical framework for further related research and practical guidelines for improving productivities in home-based telecommuting environments.

According to spread of Smart Work introduction to public organizations & commercial enterprises, its being more focused on how to implement Smart Work effectively. So far current Smart Work, mainly Mobile Office has emphasized the speed & efficiency of management. But future Smart Work, Smart Work 2.0 must focus on the creativity & innovation of companies & people. In order to do that, the new technology like Social networking & Cloud computing should be applied. This study suggests Smart Work 2.0 implementation methodology including critical successful factors & solutions of Smart Work implementation through referencing existing implementation methodology and case study.

This paper was studied on change for Marine Administration of telecommunications. Analysis method was studied of Policy Delphi. The three kinds of telecommunications network influence on Marine administration is National Information Infrastructure Network, Integrated Services Digital Network and Local Area Network. The five kinds of telecommunications service influence on Marine administration is Telecommuting Service, Electronic Approval Service, Teleconference Service, Electronic Data Interchange Service, and Internet Service. The results of this as follow: First, all Marine agency must be innovation. Second, Marine Administration must be use Telecommunications. Marine Administration must be for customer.

LMS is software that automatically manages educational and learning activities, and is being used in most educational institutions these days when online education is increasing due to the spread of Corona. LMS covers a wide range of methods that are so versatile that they can be used in connection with offline classes as well as online classes. Therefore, it was confirmed that the software is useful not only for educational institutions but also for office workers who want to do online work such as telecommuting during the period of social distancing. This LMS function will be of great help to the development of the education market and online classes in the future.

코로나 팬데믹 사태로 인해 업무환경이 재택근무를 하는 환경으로 바뀌고 악성코드의 변종 또한 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 악성코드를 분석하고 백신 프로그램을 만들면 새로운 변종 악성코드가 생기고 변종에 대한 백신프로그램이 만들어 질 때까지 변종된 악성코드는 사용자에게 위협이 된다. 본 연구에서는 머신러닝 알고리즘을 사용하여 악성파일 여부를 예측하는 방법을 제시하였다. 일반적인 악성코드의 구조를 갖는 Portable Executable 구조 파일을 파이썬의 LIEF 라이브러리를 사용하여 Certificate, Imports, Opcode 등 3가지 feature에 대해 정적분석을 하였다. 학습 데이터로는 정상파일 320개와 악성파일 530개를 사용하였다. Certificate는 hasSignature(디지털 서명정보), isValidcertificate(디지털 서명의 유효성), isNotExpired(인증서의 유효성)의 feature set을 사용하고, Imports는 Import Address Table의 function 빈도수를 비교하여 feature set을 구축하였다. Opcode는 tri-gram으로 추출하여 빈도수를 비교하여 feature set을 구축하였다. 테스트 데이터로는 정상파일 360개 악성파일 610개를 사용하였으며 Feature set을 사용하여 random forest, decision tree, bagging, adaboost 등 4가지 머신러닝 알고리즘을 대상으로 성능을 비교하였고, bagging 알고리즘에서 약 0.98의 정확도를 보였다.

Smart work, which is defined as work performed at home, satellite offices or with the smart devices to continually collaborate with the co-workers in anytime, anywhere using IT, is attracting much attention as an alternative work way to cope with the demographical changes of the low fertility and aging. Whereas some implementation cases of smart work have been considered as the success, the other cases have been reported as the failure to implement smart work practices. Nevertheless, there are few researches to identify the reasons of successful ways to adopting smart work. This study integrated the IT-based changes with the smart work practices to identify the critical success factors of smart work in individual, organization and industry levels. As the results, we found out the expected values of introduction, core elements of implementation, and industry characteristics to efficient adoption for smart work. Also, this study compared these evidences with the incumbent smart work policies. The contributions of this study is to develop the guideline to adopting smart work, the smart work implementation strategy and the improvement on the business process.

Smartwork technology, using teleworking, smartwork centers and mobile terminal, provides a flexible work environments without constraints of time and space. Smartwork system to increase the work efficiency has the information protection threats according to their convenience. Thus, in order to build smartwork, it is proper to provide information protection audit to help ensure the information protection. In this paper, we have proposed an infortaion protection audit model at the practical and technical level for building a smartwork environment. We were classified as a terminal, network and server area for information protection, and derived a professional information protection check items. Further, by establishing a smartwork information protection audit time to map ISMS control items, we have proposed an audit model so that it is possible to improve the security and efficiency. It also verified whether the proposed model is suitable or not by doing a survey if deduced audit domain and check items correspond with the purpose of the smartwork information protection audit to auditors and IT specialists. As the result, this study was 97% satisfaction out of 13 check items.

Recently with the wide spread smart devices and the flexible forms of work such as working from home due to changes in work practices, people are getting various information easily. Many women with a baby get to be interested in foods, health, and growth of their baby and the new task of raising a baby comes with a new burden added to taking care of their family and can develop into obsessive compulsive disorder to be a great mother. So many mothers suffer from child-rearing stress. Also, as the balance of work and life in mobile environment emerged as an important issue, the need for integrated information management applications that give infant care assistance to new mothers was increased. This study analyzed preferences on infant care information apps and developed prototype apps for infant care information management that can provide integrated customized infant care information that is actually needed.

In smart work environment, a company provides employees a flexible work environment for tele-working using mobile phone or portable devices. On the other hand, such environment are exposed to the risks which the attacker can intrude into computer systems or leak personal information of smart-workers' and gain a company's sensitive information. To reduce these risks, the security administrator needs to analyze the usage patterns of employees and detect abnormal behaviors by monitoring VPN(Virtual Private Network) access log. This paper proposes a decision support system that can notify the status by using visualization and similarity measure through clustering analysis. On average, 88.7% of abnormal event can be detected by this proposed method. With this proposed system, the security administrator can detect abnormal behaviors of the employees and prevent account theft.
