Feasibility study on large scale projects like an investment on infrastructure development is very important because it provides fundamental data which determine the total investment size and duration. However, previous feasibility studies have a few problems of ambiguous estimation standards, unsystematical estimation methods, and so on. Accordingly, this study intends to regulate tile problems on economic feasibility as well as financial feasibility study which have been considered more critical in recent time, subsequently presents a reform measure. Also, this study identifies predictable risks during the feasibility study, presents a scheme which lets investor and owner control the risk themselves through a process which uses theoretical and political management plans.

Construction development work invents profit as those finalize object, and a make or break success of project depends on correct analysis and forecast business feasibility at project early. Business feasibility study would be decision-making under precarious situation because is connoting uncertainty that is future. estimate at present visual point essentially. Under uncertainty, a decision-making method is based on probability theory of statistics, but business feasibility study had applied with not feasibility study by probabilistic decision method but it by determinism derision method so far. Therefore in this study doing decision-making by a probability theory method for successful project at early business feasibility study, it present a probabilistic study method that use simulation that can supply a little more correct and reliable data to decision-maker As result, a probabilistic study method is more suitable than deterministic study method as technique for a financial feasibility study of construction development work. Making good use of this probabilistic study method at important business or careful decision-making, because efficient Judgment that is based accuracy and authoritativeness may become available.

연구에서는 기존의 업종구분 없이 창업보육센터의 서비스와 입주기업의 성과와의 상관관계 분석과 관련된 연구들을 문화콘텐츠 분야의 기업 관점에서도 유의미한지 재 검증해보고, 또한 문화콘텐츠 기업의 특성상 아이템의 사업성이 입주기업의 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증하고자 한다. 그래서 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육 시 필요한 서비스를 발굴하고 빠르게 변화하는 문화콘텐츠 시장의 성장에 따른 아이템의 사업성 평가에 따른 차별화된 창업보육 서비스를 통해 성과가 도출될 수 있도록 체계적이고 합리적인 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육시스템 구축의 중요성에 대해서 논의하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위하여 설문조사는 경기도 문화콘텐츠분야 창업보육센터 입주기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 설문 데이터의 실증분석 방법으로는 SmartPLS 2.0를 이용해 빈도분석(頻度分析), 신뢰도분석(信賴度分析), 그리고 구조모형을 통하여 가설검증을 실시하였다. 가설검증을 통해 분석한 결과를 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 창업아이템의 사업타당성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원서비스, 경영지원서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 창업아이템의 사업타당성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅 지원 서비스는 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나, 경영지원 서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 경영지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나. 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 미치는 것을 분석한 결과 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과(재무적,비재무적) 성과에 모두 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this paper is to verify the financial validity of dredging the port of Busan with the change of global port logistics circumstances. In order to do so, NPV, IRR, B/C ratio, DPP techniques are adopted. The whole dredging at Northern port area is supposed to be negative at the depth of 16m water. Based upon its financial validity, however, the priority is Shinsundae (option 1) followed by Shinsundae (option 1) and Gamman (option 1), Shinsundae (option 1) and Gamman (option 2), Shinsundae (option 2) and Gamman (option 2), Shinsundae (option 2) and Gamman (option 2) and ShinGamman in sequence. In addition to this, Busan New port is considered to be the positive financial validity at the dredging of 16m water depth. This is because the ultra containerships of over 8,000TEU are trying to call at the port and Hanjin shipping and Hyundai Merchant shipping companies which are now the most significant customers in Northern port are scheduled to divert it.

It is evident that a financial feasibility study based on the economic analysis has been theoretically and practically accepted in the aspect of its adequacy. However, it is not easy to apply in the practical business affairs since there exist some difficulties on the economic analysis and the interpretation of the result because of the difficulty of the estimation of the discount rate. This study aims to suggest a method of the financial feasibility study based on the economic analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, this study can increase the reliance and adequacy of the economic analysis result by suggesting a method of estimating the discount rate by means of the proxy ${\beta}$ method in the practical way. Second, this study can provide the overall frame of the financial feasibility study based on the economic analysis method (namely, Net Present Value Method internal rate of return, profit index method and payback period method)which use discount rate and cash flow. Third, this study can suggest an practical analysis skill required in each step of the financial feasibility study.

본 논문은 공공부문에서 정보화사업의 타당성 검토 방법론을 비교분석하고 문제점을 도출하여 문제점 극복방안을 제시한다. 기존의 방법론이 재무적 성과에 중점을 두고 있는 반면에 가치 중심의 평가를 제안하고 특히 EA 기반의 타당성 검토방법이 더욱 합리적이고 포괄적인 방법임을 제시한다.

2011년 RPS(신재생에너지 공급의무화제도)의 본격적인 시행을 앞두고 국내 신재생에너지 산업의 많은 변화가 예상된다. 사업을 추진함에 있어 재무적 타당성을 분석하여 사업을 결정하는 것은 가장 기본적인 절차이다. 이러한 과정에서 비용과 편익에 대한 분석이 이루어지며 이에 대한 신뢰도의 정도에 따라 사업의 성공여부가 좌우된다고 할 수 있다. 통상 재무적 타당성분석은 유형적인 요소를 분석하여 사업성을 결정하지만, 무형적인 비용과 편익도 간과할 수는 없다. 유형적인 요소는 명확한 재무적인 수치로 나타나지만 무형적인 요소를 재무적인 수치로 평가하는 것은 쉬운 일 아니다. 무형적인 비용과 편익에 대한 정형화된 산정모델이 없고, 주관적인 의견에 의존하는 경향이 크므로, 해당 업체의 환경과 특성에 따라 평가방법 및 평가액이 상이하며 평가에 대한 신뢰도 또한 전문가에 따라 차이가 발생한다. 하지만, 이러한 무형적인 요소에 대한 평가는 사업추진 여부에 대해 중요한 변수로 작용할 수 있다. 실례로, 2002 월드컵 유치에 대한 무형효과에 대한 평가액은 가지각색이지만, 월드컵 유치로 인한 국가의 인지도 상승 및 경제적 효과는 누구도 부인하지 못할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 무형효과 산출에 대한 대표적인 사업의 사례 조사를 통해 무형효과 평가모델에 대한 기본 방식을 연구함으로써, 신재생에너지 개발사업에 적용할 수 있는 무형효과 산출 모델의 기본안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to make a database model for financial feasibility study of buildings offered for sale which is helpful for improvement of business ability in construction and confidence of a project from a related participant. At first, we studied several thesis and met some professionalist which work for construction and did a first survey for examining latest situation of a feasibility study in construction. As a result, even though feasibility study is important, factors for information management wasn't systemized. So we did a second survey for fixing Factors of the database model. The database model was composed of the factors that we got from the second survey. ER(Entity-Relationship) analysis was used to making it. We expect thar we can get more reasonable information to study financial feasibility study and can diminish risks of project through the database model. So the result of this study was to make a database model for more reasonable financial feasibility study of building offered for sale.

It is difficult to justify an IT investment unless the investment is expected to have a direct impact on a corporation's performance under rapidly changing business environment. It is important to demonstrate the benefit of the investment through a pre-investment assessment process to induce the executive's decision. This paper presents a methodology to assess the investment by analyzing cost and benefit of the investment. This methodology shows tangible cost as well as hidden cost by analyzing total cost of ownership. The methodology also produces ROI by performing cost benefit analysis including financial and non-financial factors. This paper suggests a systematic way to support If investment decision marking process by evaluating the investment objectively.

Recently, ubiquitous computing technology becomes available to develop advanced electronic commerce：u-commerce. Hence, it is the very time to perform feasibility analysis in applying ubiquitous computing technology, especially estimating economical value of the on-going technology. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to propose a financial value estimating methodology in performing feasibility test on ubiquitous computing technology. To do so, Black and Scholes model is basically adopted. To show the feasibility if the idea proposed in this paper, actual case study through focused group interview with those who are actually performing on-going ubiquitous computing projects. As the result, we validated the possibility of applying Black-Sholes model to assessing feasibility analysis for ubiquitous technology development with the price of call option, volatility, and the comparison with other similar technologies.
