Analysis of Factors Influencing the Construction Business Management Success (건설기업 경영성과의 영향요인 중요도분석)

  • This research outlined the factors influencing the business management success via analyzing a survey of business principles. The research process has been tested in comparison of both financial factors, which come out of objective data and non-financial factors so relevantly prioritized by combining these factors. In order to specify the factors, a check-list and analyzed essential features of category have done with interviews and surveys. As consequently proceeding, the authors could deduce that non-financial but analytic factors such as business doable, technician workability, compensation and benefits etc. play major roles in construction sector. The outcomes consider a construction business as fundamental human labor job as opposed to a manufacture business. On reasoning necessarily more objective research works to be done as developing this research's outcome, it is meaningful in suggesting the pivotal factors influencing the construction business management. Therefore, this research is expected to guide the direction to induce the improvement of business management to be done by further exemplary researches.

Further Investigations on the Financial Characteristics of Cash Reserves for the Chaebol Firms in the Korean Capital Markets (국내 재벌기업들의 현금성자산 수준의 결정요인들에 대한 추가적 심층 분석)

  • This study examined one of the contemporary financial aspects, the level of corporate cash holdings for the firms belonging to the chaebols in the Korean capital markets. Being accompanied by various alternative econometric methodologies such as static and dynamic panel data model, stepwise OLS, and Fama-Macbeth modelm this research extended the preceding Kim's study (2015) in anticipation of validating the results to identify any financial factors which may significantly affect the chaebol firms' cash reserves. Several financial characteristics such as CASHFLOW, MVBV, REINVEST, and AGENCY, were found to be statistically significant factors on the level corporate liquidity, along with CCC as cash conversion cycle in the models. It may be plausible that any outcomes of this study may be applied to enhance the efficiency of financial strategies of the chaebol firms on cash holdings, thereby expediting the development of the domestic capital markets status quo toward the advanced one in the market classification.

  • Given the dynamics of the changing economic or financial conditions in Chungcheong province in the domestic capital market, foreign and domestic investments are expected to continually increase their investments in volume and size in this particular province. Considering the unprecedented business climate, it may be essential to examine the primary financial aspects, such as corporate profitability, growth rate, and capital structure, which may work as effective catalysts to enhance corporate value. Concerning the outcomes, five proposed variables, such as market-value based leverage ratio, growth rate, Tobin's Q, business risk, and R&D intensity, highlighted the significant effects to determine the current level of profitability. Moreover, two variables, such as profitability and firm size, shared commonalities to discriminate between firms in the Chungcheong province (96 firms) and their counterparts (746 firms) in the other domestic provinces in terms of the growth rate and financial leverage. In contrast, three variables, including the interaction effect and firm size, had pronounced effects on profitability. The results of the study are expected to help enhance the corporate value in Chungcheong province by controlling the level of each significant factor.

Effects of Internal Marketing Factors of Agricultural Enterprises on Corporate Performance : Focusing on Moderating Effect of SNS Utilization (농업경영체의 내부마케팅요인이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : SNS 활용의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the effect of internal marketing factors of agricultural enterprises on corporate performance by using SNS as a moderating variable for agricultural enterprises workers. Internal marketing factors were divided into education and training, communication and compensation system, and corporate performance was set as a sub-variable of financial performance and non-financial performance. 349 questionnaires collected from agricultural enterprises workers were used for empirical analysis. The results of the analysis using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.4 showed that first, communication and compensation systems had a significant effect on financial performance and education and training did not have a significant effect on financial performance. Second, communication has a significant effect on non-financial performance, and education and training has a negative effect on non-financial performance., and compensation system had no significant effect on non-financial performance. Third, SNS utilization significantly moderated the relationship between internal marketing factors and financial performance. Fourth, SNS utilization significantly moderated the relationship between internal marketing factors and non-financial aptitude. This study has significance that internal marketing factors that affect general companies are different due to the characteristics of agricultural management organizations, and that internal marketing factors that affect the performance of agricultural management organizations have been discovered. In particular, it was found that communication must be dealt with importantly to expand the performance of agricultural management. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to study the mediating model formed by the discovery of mediators and to study the moderated mediating analysis through the conditional process model in which the mediators are introduced.

  • In hospitality industry many firms choose the franchise system in order to enlarge their market share and to decrease risks. Small businessmen also accept the franchise contract as a good way of starting their business. With the contract franchisees take advantages of marketing, fiance, and operations from franchisers by paying several related fees or royalties. In this study factors influencing franchisees' satisfaction for the contract were identified. And the study also found that there was a significant difference in the degree of influencing among the factors.

  • Modern is the era of convergence. In the complex position of the company to survive in the rapid environmental changes it can not be a mandatory fusion rather than choice. Wind convergence also in the art can be said to castration. This phenomenon can be found in many real life. Most real-life contact with the service sector is no exception. In this study, based on the need for convergence of corporate businesses convergence factors examined through regression analysis on whether any impact on the financial aptitude. External environmental factors that make up the fusion research factors internal environmental factors, both core competencies were factors to affect financial performance.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyse the effects of a firm's financial and non-financial factors on the relationship formation with its main bank in the industry of parts and material in Pusan-Kyungnam region. The results, out of accordance with the relation-banking or regional financial market perspective, do not support the hypothesis that regional financial institutions would be useful for decreasing the financial difficulties of the small and medium firms in the region. The analyses about the effects of non-financial factors on the formation of main bank relations show that while Kookmin Bank and Industrial Bank play important roles as main banks of small businesses other national banks put emphasis on the transaction lending. And the analyses about the effects of financial factors show that firms having main bank relations with non-bank financial institutions and Kookmin bank are more profitable and stable than firms having main bank relations with other banks including local banks. On the whole it seems that local banks are not making a commitment to the regional economy and their operational grounds are not strong enough.

  • 기존의 웹 디자인은 웹이라는 매체의 특성 상 디자인적인 요소가 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 디자인은 위한 구체적인 방법론이 미약하다. 특히, 많은 소비자들을 유인하고 구매를 촉발시켜야 하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 경우에는 더욱 더 그럼하에도 불구하고 이를 위한 전략적인 방법론이 부족하다. 즉, 기존 연구들은 제품의 다양성, 서비스, 촉진, 항해량, 편리성, 사용자 인터페이스 등이 중요하다고 하였지만 실제 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인하는 입장에서는 활용하기가 상당히 애매하다. 그 이유는 이들 요인들은 서로 영향관계를 가지고 있어서 사용자 인터페이스가 복잡하면 항해량이 늘어나 편리성이 감소하고, 제품이 늘어나더라도 검색엔진을 사용하면 상대적으로 항해량이 감소하게 되어 편리성이 증가한다. 따라서, 이들 요인을 활용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 구축하려면 요인간의 영향관계를 면밀히 파악하고 이 영향요인이 소비자의 구매행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지가 충분히 검토되어야 한다.이에 본 연구에서는 퍼지인식도를 이용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰 상에서 소비자의 구매행동에 영향을 주는 요인을 추출하고 이들 요인간의 인과관계를 도출하여 보다 구체적이고 전략적으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인할 수 있는 방법으로 web-Cogmulator를 제시한다. Web-Cogmulator는 소비자의 쇼핑몰에 대한 암묵지식 형태의 구매행동을 형태지식화하여 지식베이스 형태로 가지고 있기 때문에 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 다양한 요인의 변화에 따른 소비자의 구매행동을 추론 시뮬레이션하는 것이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기본적인 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시나리오를 바탕으로 추론 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 Web-Cogmulator의 유용성을 검증하였다.를, 지지도(support), 신뢰도(confidence), 리프트(lift), 컨빅션(conviction)등의 관계를 통해 다양한 방법으로 모색해본다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 이러한 개념계층상의 흥미로운 부분의 탐색은, 전자 상거래에서의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)나 틈새시장(niche market) 마케팅 등에 적용가능하리라 여겨진다.선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. The Influence of Family Firms Succession Factors on Entrepreneurship and Business Performance (가족기업 승계요인이 기업가정신과 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • A successful succession of family businesses is a very important issue that greatly affects the sustainability of the business. Among the factors affecting successful succession, the successors of the family business were identified on the entrepreneurship held by small business owners and on the management performance of the business. This study was analyzed empirically by the managers who currently run the actual business through completion of or process of succession. Successive factors were established as a place for education and succession of heirs, and entrepreneurship was divided into innovativeness, risk-taking and pro-activeness, and management performance was divided into financial and non-financial achievements. The analysis shows that the education and training of successors among succession factors have significant implications for both managerial performance and entrepreneurship, and that the success of successors has no significant impact on non-financial performance, innovativeness and pro-activeness. In addition, while the risk-taking nature of entrepreneurship was concerned with the performance of management, innovativeness and pro-activeness were not all significant. According to this study, the education and training of successors and the determination of successors in succession family businesses have a significant impact on management performance and entrepreneurship.

국내 및 국제간 기업신용평가 비교연구

  • 신용평가제도는 오늘날 그 영향력이 강력해져 사실상 세계자본시장의 문지기역할을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 신용평가기관의 중요성과 영향력의 증대와 더불어 이들 평가기관의 활동에 대한 비판과 감시가 커지고 있는 이때에 아직 선진수준에 미치지 못하는 국내신용평가기관들의 현황과 평가체계를 살펴보고 선진국의 신용평가기관들과 비교해 봄으로써 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 모색해보고자 하였다. 국내 신용평가기관들의 현황을 살펴본 결과 신용평가절차에 있어서 기준이 경영상태, 성장성, 그리고 재무구조의 건전성에 있어야 함에도 불구하고 이러한 기본적인 요인들의 영향력은 미미한 반면, 비공개적이고 불투명하며 비경제적인 요인들이 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있었다. 이에 반하여 선진신용평가기관들의 분석결과는 그 신뢰도에 믿음을 가질 수 있고, 대내외적인 공신력을 인정받고 있으며, 평가과정이 매우 주관적이어서 그 내용을 모두 공개하지 않지만, 국내의 신용평가과정보다는 투명성을 인정받고 있다는 것도 사실이다. 따라서 국내신용평가기관들의 나아갈 바를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비재무적 요인의 평가기준에 대한 인식의 재정립이 요구되고 있다. 장기적인 시각으로 비재무적 요인에 대한 평가기준과 방법에 대한 체계의 정립이 요구되며, 전문적이고 객관적이면서도 뚜렷한 평가기관의 주관이 있는 평가가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, 신용평가방법과 기준의 강화로 대외적인 공신력을 얻도록 해야 한다. 이를 위한 방안의 하나로 성장성, 수익성, 그리고 안정성 비율 모두를 반영할 수 있는 신용평가모형을 개발하고, 자기자본비율의 대폭적인 상승이나 현금흐름의 양호여부, 경제적 부가가치(EVA), 고정장기적합률의 이행기준의 설정 등에 대한 평가기준의 재정립이 강구되어야 할 것이다.
