The purpose of this study was twofold; one was to investigate the elderly people's educational needs on successful aging(Study 1), and the other was to construct the educational program for successful aging and evaluate its effectiveness(Study 2). For Study 1, data were collected with structured questionnaires from the 166 elderly people participating in the government job creation projects for the aged in Gwangju and analyzed using frequency analysis and means-of-different tests. It was found that most of the elderly people strongly desired the education successful aging in terms of health care, finance, social participation, leasure, social network and self acceptance. In Study 2, the educational program for successful aging was constructed based on the results of Study 1 and the effectiveness of the program was evaluated using one-group pretest-posttest experimental design. Data were collected from 34 voluntary participants in the program before and after the implementation of the program and analyzed using the paired samples t-test technique. It was found that the program had a positive effect on the improvement of the elderly people's understanding of successful aging in terms of health care, finance, social participation, leasure, social network and self acceptance. Based on these results, the implementation of the educational program designed in this study was recommended to improve the elderly people's quality of life and the directions for future research were advanced. successful aging, educational needs, educational program, effectiveness.

본 연구는 부산지역 청년 창업교육의 활성화와 예비 청년 로컬창업자의 맞춤형 창업역량개발을 위해 부산지역 대학생들을 대상으로 한 현장 실무중심 창업교육이 지역 대학생들의 창업동기와 창업역량에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 창업동기의 구성요인을 경제적동기와 자아실현동기로 구분하였으며 창업역량은 로컬창업에 필요한 실무역량, 로컬 브랜드개발역량, 재무분석역량이 창업교육 수료 후 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는 실증분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 부산지역 K대학교 창업관련 교과 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

This study is to prove the effect of raising the value of the expert knowledge of technical experts or researchers that obtained systematic education on finance and management, on the individual's performance, and to do so, BSC(Balanced ScoreCard) is to be used to analyze how the individual's performance was affected. The results indicates that development and management of substantial programs on finance and management-related educations, with the purpose of inspiring management mind on professional employees, are demanded.

Modern society is rapidly going digital as blowing hot air about it Convergence castration. In addition, the company is to survive through the creation and unceasing. Performance of firms in contemporary globalization, which is still more sensitive. In this study, based on the fusion needs of the enterprise and explores how this convergence competencies affect to business performance. Results showed that the fusion capacity is affecting the financial performance and non-financial performance. That fusion technology education learning capability and convergence capabilities appeared to affect the financial performance and non-financial performance.

This study aims at analyzing the management strategy and performance of companies that have been pursuing Generational Diversity. The management strategies were examined in terms of production, organizational structure and skill development. Performance was then evaluated using Balanced Scorecard (BSC). We selected four Japanese companies that practice Generational Diversity between the younger(age less then 34) and older generation(age older then 65). Our findings suggest the following. The common management strategies of the four companies include 1) creating generation-diverse teams 2) ensuring flexible work arrangements and 3) providing skill training programs. These strategies have yield positive outcomes such as sales increase, cost reduction (financial perspective) and expansion of the market share (customer perspective). Non-financial performance includes improvement of product and service quality (internal business perspective) and skill improvement of both the young and the old workers (learning and growth perspective). This study provides practical implications to domestic companies for their successful management of generational diversity in workplace.

Real option thinking can provide a strategic agility, especially when IT managers consider ERP investment projects. Managing financial and IT risks is critical for the success of ERP investment projects. We examine whether Korean IT managers apply the real option thinking when considering ERP investment projects. On the basis of a survey data collection, we validate hypotheses based on existing literature in IT and finance. Notably, Korean IT managers consider only volatility among financial risk variables and two important IT risk variables, namely, requirement changes and continuous training costs.

BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무적 성과지표의 한계를 지양하고 고객관점, 내부 프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 다양한 관점에서 성과측정시스템으로 상용 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전략의 해석, 전략적 캐스케이딩(cascading), 전략적 자원분배, 전략적 학습도구를 위한 전략관리시스템으로 또한 의사소통도구로서 사용된다. 분 논문에서는 대학내의 학과들이 각각 개별적인 특성이 존재하고 학과의 제한된 자원과 역량하에서의 효율적인 운영과 이에 대한 조직적인 접근방법이 필요하기 때문에 학과조직에 BSC를 적용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 학과 BSC는 대학 전체 또는 그 상위조직의 BSC를 위한 토대로 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교육에 관련한 다양한 인증 및 평가와 연계할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 논문에서는 최소한의 프로그래밍과 이해하기 용이한 수행규칙, 그리고 유연한 개정을 위하여 비즈니스 규칙(Business Rule)으로 이루어지는 BRMS(Business Rule Management System)로 학과 BSC를 설계할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

본 연구는 스타트업 투자성과와 연계된 창업가 역량, 재무정보 등 정량데이터를 기반으로 스타트업 투자자들의 투자결정요인을 분석하였다. 주요 실증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업 초기 종업원 수가 많고, 최고경영자의 지분비율이 높을수록 투자승인 확률이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 재무적 특성에서는 기업의 매출액 규모가 작을수록 투자승인 확률이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 스타트업의 경우, 기업의 단기성과보다는 투자 결정에 있어 미래가치 혹은 다른 정성적인 요인이 더 고려된다는 점을 보여준다. 셋째, 창업가 특성에서는 CEO 교육수준(학력)이 높을수록 투자승인 확률이 높게 나타났다. 즉, 창업자의 학력은 성공적인 투자 여부에 핵심적인 변수이고 이것은 선행연구의 결과와 다르지 않았다. 또한, 학력과 투자유치의 연관성은 창업 3년 미만 스타트업에서 상대적으로 강하게 나타났다. 선행연구에서 투자정보공개, 관련 데이터 확보의 어려움으로 스타트업 투자에 관한 정량적 실증연구가 거의 진행되지 못한 점을 고려한다면, 본 연구는 설문조사 방식을 뛰어넘어 국내 초기 창업기업만을 대상으로 성공적인 투자유치와 연계된 스타트업의 평가요인을 정량적으로 분석했다는 점에서 중요한 의의를 갖는다.

This study aims to observe the impacts of entrepreneurship and market orientation of Seoul's business incubator (BI) CEO's on business performance, as well as investigate the moderating effects of BI supporting services. The main objectives of this study are as follows: first, to observe how the entrepreneurship of CEO's affects business performance; second, to observe how CEO's market orientation as a cultural factor attributes to business performance; third, to verify whether the utilization level of BI supporting services shows moderating effects between entrepreneurship and business performance, and finally to verify whether the utilization level of BI supporting services shows moderating effects between market orientation and business performance. Business incubators in Seoul registered with the Business Incubator Association were surveyed both online and offline to receive 127 responses out of 320 circulations. By filtering out insincere reponses, 117 were used for statistical analysis. Our results assert that the utilization level of physical BI supporting services does indeed strengthen the relation between initiative and financial performance. Also, it is interesting to note that the utilization level of physical BI supporting services supports the relation between risk sensitivity and financial performance. While risk sensitivity on its own shows no positive effect on business performance, a suitable utilization level of BI supporting services is likely to strengthen the connection. In addition, the utilization level of both physical and non-physical supporting services shows a moderating effect between initiative and non-financial performance. Based on the results above, risk-taking business incubator CEOs with initiative are likely to yield better financial performance in terms of increasing sales, if provided with various physical supporting services such as sufficient educational facilities including communal spaces and conference rooms.

Many researchers conducted studies on the relationship between entrepreneur's characteristic, capability, strategy and performance of new venture. However, the development of scientific technique and the complexity of the business environment have stimulated entrepreneurial teams rather than individuals. Therefore, the necessity of theoretical and practical study on the effect of the characteristics of an entrepreneurial team on the new venture companies was suggested. Initial research on entrepreneurial team diversity has primarily addressed the impact of demographic diversity on performance. In order to verify the research model of this study, 287 delegates of new venture companies that participated in the projects at the 18 Centers for Creative Economy & Innovation in 17 regions of the country conducted validity and reliability test based on the questionnaire to which they answered. The result shows that only gender diversity among demographic diversity affected non-financial performance. Information diversity influenced career diversity on financial performance and diversity in education on non-financial performance. Also, the higher the previous sharing experience, the better the financial performance. Value diversity has negative effect on both financial and non-financial performance. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications are derived. Also suggested are methodological limitations and future research directions.
