In this study I've analyzed the strategy and techniques of the welfare discourses of korean conservative newspapers based on the discourse theory. Emphasizing the political and social characteristics of the discourse, It is investigated the way that the conservative newspapers criticize against assertions for welfare increase and universal welfare and the way that produce social meaning on welfare. The study is focused on the discourse techniques like symmetrical contrasts, making new contexts, and formation of identity. The critical welfare discourses are structured according to symmetrical contrasts of welfare to the rationality, the morality, and the prospects for future. The elements of the discourses are reinforced by one another and were recontextualized to the new stories on welfare. The conservative newspapers had emphasized secession welfare from the politics, solving the problem of inefficiency of welfare administration. Regarding the technique of identification, the newspapers had treated people as owners and victims of welfare on the role of financing welfare expenditure. It is noteworthy the newspapers have began to call people separately according to generations and income class using finance.

본 연구는 기존의 미디어 연구 내에서 시각미디어에 비해 상대적으로 그 중요성이 간과되어 왔던 음악미디어에 대한 계보적 접근을 통해서 MP3의 사회문화적 의미를 고찰해보는 시론적 성격을 가진 연구다. 이러한 분석을 위해서 고립주의적인 미디어 연구와는 달리 미디어 사이의 상호관계적인 맥락에서 미디어를 파악하는 미디어 재매개 이론을 이론적 기반으로 해 MP3에 대한 분석을 시도한다. 이러한 연구의 결과로 본 연구에서는 음악미디어의 재매개 과정을 소리의 비매개성과 인터페이스의 하이퍼매개성이라는 이중 논리로 분석했다. 또한 음악미디어 재매개의 관행으로 이동성과 사사화라는 측면에서 MP3가 기존 음악미디어들이 가지고 있던 '이동성과 사사화'에 '밀도의 심화'를 가져왔다고 밝혔다. MP3의 시공간성은 음악미디어의 청각적 시공간성과 모바일 기기들이 가지는 모바일 시간성의 융합을 통한 '모바일 음악 시공간성'으로 개념화 했으며, MP3의 사회적 물질적 차원의 재매개를 통한 듣기 체계의 변화는 저작권 문제와 음악가들의 지위의 변화의 차원에서 고찰되었다.

This study can be expressed by gathered and formed into the exhibition space's structure practical progress/ application. For the one model of fascinating exhibition's space thru inter-space's pertinent adjustment, production between spactator and exhibition constituent on an exhibition story-line, I adjusted the focus to follow mentioned methods systematically for the example; An exhibition space is completed to be very impressive and attractive space by proper adjustment and production of M-M/C interface in exhibition storyline. Quantity space is transfered into quality space through the transmission of an exhibition which can be define as the point of an exhibition structure. And also could de transferd into a bodily sensation space that inherent full of interactive constituent. Changeable exhibition constituents (exhibition item and text) that sporadically expatiated (not trimed, the original form) in the process of an exhibition structure draw much higer quality of the optimal solution in optimize process which is given when aggregate again to contextual flow of synthetic exhibition scenario. Reconstruction of individual exhibition constituents to the new story, that is, transference of exhibition text to exhibition context is inspirit to an exhibition by maximize the exhibition effect in connection can be systematized through carrying out an outcentripetalpart. However, since pattern of an exhibition structure that consequtively meet variety spacetime of an exhibittion environmental can't be exist, this study presents centralizing the exhibition plan of Korea communication pavilion of the annual Expo Comm Wireress Korea, sustained process from design proposal, research and analysis to synthesis, development, transmission and management to an example of an applying crystallization.

Jain-Danoje's course since modern is not different with almost all of folk performances, which were restored and reconstructed with a background of the designation of an intangible cultural heritage and National folk arts contest sine the 1960s. Generally, these folk performances were decontextualized in course of extinction and reappearance, and recontextualized in course of new directions on tradition. Also, the performances were interpreted differently and transformed by the main constituents of reappearance. Jain-Danoje nowadays has a regular form just at that time that has been designated as a cultural heritage at 1970s. But, today's Jain-Danoje is clearly different with the last appearance in 1936 and some Literature and jainhyun-eupji. I think such differences would stems from the process of reproduction. From this perspective, I had investigate Old literature and the early days report, and the current text. Especially, I will show the considerable change which has been occurred in the Yeowonmu and Hojanggut, the central role to configure that identity, by comparing past and today. As a result of consideration, today's form of the Yeowonmu and Hojanggut are created texts that mind the designation of an intangible cultural heritage and National folk arts contest. These texts has been reproduced without understanding about structure and current of folk festival and state of performance which has been transmitted on premodern society. some intellectuals search for an archaic form of Jain-Danoje based on jainhyun-eupji that created in 1895, except the other jainhyun-eupji. Moreover, because of the understanding with a bias, they can't grasp the meaning about the religious service for Hanjanggun, and they can't see the facts of Yeowonmoo. In addition, they were aware of 'o-sin' that led by Hojang as a fancy dress parade in a carnival, and that is recognized as a component of Jain-Danoje, so there was other text which is different from our own festival.

This paper analyzed the process of text generation of the fan-made works in Korean idol. The subjects of the study adopted the fan-made works of 'BTS' and 'EXO'. This is applied the concepts of 'Apparatus-Operator' and 'Technical form' in Vilém Flusser. Idol contents build a database of fan-made works and create the storyworld through separation and integration of fan's interpretations. By decontextualizing and recontextualizing the idol contents, fans reinforce and extend the original texts.

최근 몇 년 동안 서울에서는 도시공간에 관한 권리를 둘러싼 격렬한 투쟁이 이어져왔다. 급작스러운 임대료 상승과 그에 뒤따르는 폭력적 전치는 이제 도시생활의 일상적 의례의 하나로 자리잡은 듯하다. 흔히 '젠트리피케이션'으로 명명되는 도시공간의 자본화는 한편으로 도시 내 계급지배가 관철되는 대표적 양상이지만, 다른 한편으로는 다양한 형태의 도시운동이 발생하는 조건과 배경으로도 작용한다. 이 논문에서는 최근 서울의 도시공간에서 발견되는 도시운동의 새로운 형태들을 2010년 이후 등장한 세 개의 도시 운동 집단, '맘편히장사하고픈상인모임(맘상모),' 리슨투더시티, 비빌기지에 초점을 맞춰 검토한다. 구체적으로 이 글에서는 도시공간에 대한 이들의 대안적 상상과 실천의 형성 과정을 서울의 젠트리피케이션이라는 맥락에서 살펴보고, 이들이 제시하는 도시운동의 '새로움'을 과거의 도시운동과 비교 분석하며, 도시운동으로서 이들의 실천이 지닌 함의를 도시권의 관점에서 고찰한다. 내용과 형식의 다양성에도 불구하고 이들 집단의 행동은 몇몇 핵심적 특성을 공유한다. 첫째, 이들은 공동재(commons)로서의 도시공간을 추구한다. 둘째, 이들은 느슨하고 유연하며 소규모의 조직을 지향한다. 셋째, 이들은 예술과 문화를 주체형성에 적극적으로 동원한다. 이러한 특성들은 철거민운동으로 대표되는 전통적 계급 기반 도시운동과 뚜렷한 차이를 나타내며, 계급 이후(post-class) 도시권의 전망을 선취한다.

본 논문에서는 기존에 두 가지 모델이 필요했던 작업을 하나의 모델로 처리할 수 있는 자연어 처리 아키텍처를 제안한다. 단일 모델로 알츠하이머 환자의 언어패턴과 대화맥락을 분석하고 두 가지 결과인 환자분류와 챗봇의 대답을 도출한다. 일상생활에서 챗봇으로 환자의 언어특징을 파악한다면 의사는 조기진단을 위해 더 정밀한 진단과 치료를 계획할 수 있다. 제안된 모델은 전문가가 필요했던 질문지법을 대체하는 챗봇 개발에 활용된다. 모델이 수행하는 자연어 처리 작업은 두 가지이다. 첫 번째는 환자가 병을 가졌는지 여부를 확률로 표시하는 '자연어 분류'이고 두 번째는 환자의 대답에 대한 챗봇의 다음 '대답을 생성'하는 것이다. 전반부에서는 셀프어탠션 신경망을 통해 환자 발화 특징인 맥락벡터(context vector)를 추출한다. 이 맥락벡터와 챗봇(전문가, 진행자)의 질문을 함께 인코더에 입력해 질문자와 환자 사이 상호작용 특징을 담은 행렬을 얻는다. 벡터화된 행렬은 환자분류를 위한 확률값이 된다. 행렬을 챗봇(진행자)의 다음 대답과 함께 디코더에 입력해 다음 발화를 생성한다. 이 구조를 DementiaBank의 쿠키도둑묘사 말뭉치로 학습한 결과 인코더와 디코더의 손실함수 값이 유의미하게 줄어들며 수렴하는 양상을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 알츠하이머병 환자의 발화 언어패턴을 포착하는 것이 향후 해당 병의 조기진단과 종단연구에 기여할 수 있음을 보여준다.

This paper discusses how the traditional cuisine of Korea capitalizes on "nostalgia" for the past. While examining the (re)invention of Buddhist cuisine and Andong food, this paper contends that traditional Korean cuisine is commodified through a process of de-contexualization. This paper first discusses the possibility that the idea of traditional cuisine is an invention in the first place. The history of temple food, for instance, suggests that it was created as a vehicle for circulating and implementing the ruling ideology in the ancient societies of China. This paper then turns to the issue of the growing influence of traditional cuisine in contemporary Korean culture, which is related to the public's demand for healthy food and also tied with the South Korean society's need for promoting a national cuisine in the age of globalization. The rise of traditional cuisine is a sign that people are seeking to reform their eating habits and form a counterculture. Yet, another side of the story is that consumers end up taking part in the self-expanding capitalist market with more consumer choices rather than forming a genuine counterculture. In this respect, the reinvention of temple food is closely related to what Jean and John L. Comaroff call the "emergence of consumption as a privileged site for the fabrication of self and society, of culture and identity".

This essay focused on mapping out the next archiving model during 15 years. This metaphorical 'JINGU PROJECT' is titled from Shinto relation in Japan rebuilding every 20 years. We need some kinds of self sustainable growth archiving model. It means that it's time to say about our archiving experiences in field for archiving technics and knowledges. We should know the fact that a few thousands archivists have been acting ih fields. Since 1999, we have tried to build up the best practices in public offices. So far, So good. However, we need another wing for better flying from now on. I believe in the power of silences in field because they will speak up their voices.

This study purposed to interpret subjectivity, which centers on the concept of virtuality embedded in the process of virtualizing contextual awareness and mixing the boundary between realities and virtual realities for renewing the feeling of time and space represented by augmented realities in daily spaces, from the viewpoint of traditional media. By explaining how the reflection of reality is exposed focusing on immediacy and hypermediacy from the viewpoint of media remediation, we found that, different from conventional media, augmented reality enables the screen to function as a part of subject and play a role and, by doing so, converts it to the complete subject of digital media comprehending observers and operators.
