A Theoretical Study for the Thermal Conductivity Measurement of Anisotropic Material using Photothermal Deflection Spectroscopy (광열편향법을 이용한 이방성 재료의 열전도계수 측정에 관한 이론적 연구)

  • We have analyzed the three-dimensional thermal conduction in anisotropic materials using nonsymmetric-Fourier transforms. And a complete theoretical treatment of the photothermal deflection spectroscopy has been performed for thermal conductivity measurement in anisotropic medium. Thermal conductivity tensor was determined by the deflection angle and phase angle with the relative position between the heating and probe beams. The influence of the parameters, such as modulation frequency of the heating beam, the thermal conductivity tensor, was investigated.

  • This paper examines that it is possible to apply RWCIM for determining eigenvector coefficients associated with eigenvalues for V-notched cracks in anisotropic dissimilar materials using the complex stress function. To verify the RWCIM algorithm, two tests will be shown. First it is performed to ascertain whether predicted coefficients associated with eigenvectors is obtained exactly. Second, it makes an examination of the state of stress for FEM and RWCIM according to a number of eigenvectors at a location far away from the V-notched crack tip.

  • There are several methods capable of determining he magnitude of optical anisotropy, such as spectrometric ellipsometry and polarized light reflectometry. The interference method is estimated to be no influence of surface scattering. The magnitude of anisotropy is a-As/sub 40/Ge/sub 10/S/sub 35/Se/sub 15/ thin film is analyzed by the reflection interference analysis method based on the difference depending on a phase of s- and p-polarized light. The theoretically analyzed value is compared with the result obtained by the measured technique.

  • 일반적으로 PZT계 세라믹스는 높은 결정격자 이방성을 가지고 있으며, 우수한 압전특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특성을 보이기 위해서는 높은 온도($1200^{\circ}C$)에서 소결을 해야하기 때문에 PbO의 휘발로 인하여 환경문제가 야기되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 Li, Na같은 액상소결제를 첨가시켜 소결온도를 낮추는 연구를 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 $Pb(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$-PZT세라믹스가 갖는 높은 결정격자 이방성을 유지시키고, 저온소결시 압전 및 유전특성을 향상시키기 위해서 $Pb(Mg_{1/2}W_{1/2})O_3$를 치환시켜 attrition milling 시간에 따른 PWM-PMN-PZT세라믹스의 압전특성을 조사하였다.

  • The V-notched crack problem in dissimilar materials can be formulated as an eigenvalue problem. The RWCIM(Reciprocal Work Contour Integral Method) is applied to the determination of the eigenvector coefficients associated with eigenvalues for V-notched cracks in pseudo-isotropic and anisotropic dissimilar materials. The RWCIM algorithm is programed by the commercial numerical program, MATHEMATICA. The numerical results obtained are shown that the RWCIM is a useful method for determining the eigenvector coefficients of V-notched cracks in pseudo-isotropic and anisotropic dissimilar materials.

  • The stress and displacement fields of a permeable propagating crack in orthotropic piezoelectric materials under anti-plane shear mechanical load and in-plane electric load are analyzed. The equations of motion for the propagating crack in piezoelectric materials are developed and the solution on the stress and the displacement fields through an asymptotic analysis was obtained. The influences of the piezoelectric constant and of the dielectric permittivity on the stress and displacement fields at the crack tip are explicitly clarified. Using the stress and displacement fields obtained in this study, the characteristics of stress and displacement at a propagating crack tip in piezoelectric materials are discussed.

Analysis of Ferromagnetic and Spin Wave Resonance Signals in CoFeB Thin Films (CoFeB 박막 재료에서 강자성 및 스핀파 공명 신호 분석)

  • We analyzed the ferromagnetic and spin wave resonance signals measured in amorphous CoFeB thin films with different thickness. The ferromagnetic resonance field ($H_{FMR}$) was not depend on the thickness of CoFeB films, but the spin wave resonance field ($H_{SWR}$) was well fitted with the theoretical prediction depending on the thickness. The uniaxial anisotropy field of $H_k$ = 37 Oe was obtained from the angular dependent $H_{FMR}$ in CoFeB films. The $H_{SWR}$ showed same angular behaviors with $H_{FMR}$, however, the amplitude of spin wave resonance signals showed 5.7 times higher than that of ferromagnetic resonance signals in CoFeB film with t = 100 nm. The higher signals were due to the two reasons; one was the small damping for the spin wave propagation without degradation, the other was uniform magnetization for the ideal standing wave modes.

  • 정밀사출성형품을 생산하기 위해서는 성형조건의 변화가 최종 사출품에 어떠한 영 향을 미치는 가에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본논문에서는 성형조건을 조직적으로 변화시키며 가장 간단한 원반형상의 사출품에 남는 복굴절의 분포를 측정함으로써 성형조건의 변화가 최종 사출품의 광학적 이방성의 구조에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가에 초점을 맞추었다. 광탄 성적 성질이 많이 다른 폴리스틸렌과 폴리카보네이트를 재료로 지름이 10.16cm 이고 두께 가 2mm인 금형을 사용하였다. 두께 방향의 복굴절양과 광학 주축각의 분포를 통해 보압크 기가 최종사출품의 광학적 이방성, 특히 내측의 두 개의 정점값에 미치는 영향을 알수 있었 다. 한편 서로 다른 두 물질의 광학적, 물리적 성질의 차이점에 기인한 복굴절 분포의 구조 적 차이점도 발견할수 있었다. 이 실험 데이터는 컴퓨터 모사에의한 최종사출품의 잔류 응 력과 광학적 이방성 예측에도 중요한 자료가 되리라 믿는다.
