In this paper, we introduce satellite communication for new wireless disaster network to be built on the basis of amateur radio HR (HAM Radio) as a wireless package system, and channel environments of a D2D terminal that tries to connect and communicate with the wireless disaster network. In this disaster network, we propose a LOS component ratio based adaptive channel modeling approach to accurately estimate a variety of channels whose the D2D terminal could have and smoothly transfer to the level of multimedia data based on the Okumura-Hata channel model. As a result of computer simulation, performance of the proposed method was compared with the that of Okumura-Hata model of open area and urban area model and we were confirmed that there is a gain of BER performance from the results of the computer simulation.

The development to the high quality of life society requirers not only economic development but also high level of capacity in disaster management which can address the disaster promptly and ready for man made disaster such as fires, traffic accidents, stopping the function of infrastructure in energy and telecommunication sectors. In this research a disaster management system which utilize cadastral data and cadastral sturcure has been p roposed a s a m ean o f enhancement of disaster management capacity. It is expected that to make use of all cadastral information in every disaster management steps, disaster risk information will be calculated and provided by parcel unite and the cadastral organization will participate to disaster management utilizing cadastral organization's nation wide structural network and skilled manpower by adopting parcel-based disaster management system.

The Great East Japan Earthquake left some implications. Especially the case of alerting by social media had present. This paper suggests system for posting earthquake information to microblog like twitter and me2day. Microblog is most efficient and effective social media. So, this system receive earthquake information from the Earthquake Broadcast System in the Korea Meteorological Administration and post the information to twitter and me2day. By this system, earthquake information can be notice easily and response can be checked.

This study aims to investigate the research trends of disaster in Korea through a bibliometric analysis. To do that, it analyzed 772 scholarly articles published from 2002 to 2016, retrieved from KCI (Korean Citation Index) database. For analysis, discipline profiling analysis, journal profiling analysis, and co-word analysis methods were used. The study found that the number of scholarly articles on disaster has increased, especially after Sewol ferry disaster occurred in 2004. The major discipline areas were identified as 'policy sciences/public administration' area, 'engineering' area, 'GIS/telecommunication' area, and 'medical/humanities/social sciences' area. In terms of time series, the proportion of scholarly articles published in 'policy sciences/public administration' area has decreased since 2014 and at the same time, discipline areas have been diversified including law, medical, and journalism.

1970년대 해상 재난에 처음 도입된 이후 최적화 모형은 재난 대응 물류 문제에 효과적으로 활용되었다. 문헌 연구 기법을 이용하여 본 논문은 재난대응 물류 분야의 최적화 모형을 검토하였다. 재난대응 활동은 재난 발생 이전과 이후로 구분하여 검토할 수 있다. 사전 활동으로 긴급 대피, 위치 선정, 비축품 관리 등을 고려할 수 있으며, 사후 활동은 복구품 배분, 비축품 조정 등을 포함한다. 이와 같은 재난대응 활동과 관련하여 물류 문제를 네트워크 구성과 공급계획으로 구분하여 문헌연구를 수행하였다. 모형의 형식과 의사결정 사항을 중심으로 문헌을 체계적으로 조사하고 분석하였다. 문헌조사 분석결과를 기반으로 향후 자율적 대응이 가능한 재난대응 물류 구조를 구성하기 위한 연구 주제를 제시하였다.
