A Study on Inventory Control Method for an Item with Stockkeeping Units (재고보유단위로 관리되는 제품의 재고관리 방법에 관한 연구)

  • In many inventory situations, items for sales are generally stocked in a multiple of variations called stockkeeping units, such as size, color, style, and so on. For better management performance on sales items, proper and effective management is necessary for the stockkeeping units. In dealing with many items and those stockkeeping units, individual inventory analysis for each stockkeeping unit needs large amount of time or cost. Also the individual approach in inventory planning increases the demand variation of an item as the result by combining of demand variations of all stockkeeping units, accordingly the inventory turnover ratio and profitability are dropped down. This research suggests an effective method of systematic control of total stockkeeping units by generating from the total item basis, and shows how to reduce the safety stock and the average inventory with attaining a planned customer fill rate of the item and each stockkeeping units.

  • 오늘날 기업들은 제품의 유통기한 경과에 따른 폐기비용이 증가함에 따라 이를 줄이기 위한 방안이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 쇼핑몰의 재고관리시스템과 웹로그 분석 시스템, 마이크로 블로그를 활용하여 소비기한에 다다른 기능성 주류 제품에 대한 이벤트를 생성해 주는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 재고관리 시스템에서는 기존의 바코드가 아닌 타임바코드를 활용하여 소비기한을 고려하고, 웹로그 분석 시스템을 통해 고객들의 성향을 파악한 후, 마이크로 블로그를 통해 이벤트 글을 게시함으로써 이벤트가 생성된다. 마이크로 블로그를 통해 상호 연결된 고객들에게는 보다 신속한 정보로 맞춤식 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 인터넷을 이용한 사이버 거래가 빠른 속도로 증가함으로써 기업에게 있어 인터넷 쇼핑몰 구축은 더 이상 선택사항이 아닌 필수 사항이 되었다. 하지만 현재 사이버 거래 수준은 전통적 상거래 수준에 못 미칠뿐더러 거래 항목에 있어서도 매우 제한적인 것이 사실이다. 앞으로 사이버 거래는 계속적으로 증가하리라 전망되지만 제품의 특성 혹은 고객의 기호에 따라 전통적 상거래도 그 영역을 차지하며 함께 양립하여 발전할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 상거래 시스템에 사이버 거래기능을 추가하는 모델을 제시한다. 먼저 지리적으로 멀리 떨어져 있는 유통망의 정보화를 위하여 인터넷 기술을 이용하고 공급체인(Supply Chain) 전체에 걸친 동기화를 위해 TOC(Theory of Constraint)의 DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope) 스케줄링을 응용한다. 모든 생산 및 유통의 흐름 속도가 최종 분배 센타에 접수되는 고객의 요구에 따라 이루어지게 함으로써 공급체인 전체에 걸친 동기화를 이룰 수 있고 지속적인 버퍼 관리를 통하여서 재고의 절감은 물론 미출고의 발생도 최소화할 수 있다. 만약 분배 센타에 재고부족 현상이 일어날 경우에는 공급체인 상의 능력제약자원(Capacity Constraint Resource . CCR)을 찾아 개선 활동을 수행하며 공급체인의 흐름 속도를 능력제약자원에 맞추어 조절한다. 분배 센타에서 대리점 혹은 사이버 고객으로의 배송은 부분적 분할납품 Partial Transshipment : PT) 전략을 적용한다. 즉 각 분배 센타가 관리하는 수요지 중 인접한 지역을 부분적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지로 선택하고 사이버 거래를 통해 생성된 물류가 부분적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지에 분배되게 함으로써 각 분배 센타의 재고 완충역할을 수행하게 한다. 이에 따라 안전 재고 및 역 배송을 최소화 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 미 출고로 인한 손실을 최소화하며 고객의 서비스를 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The management for materials and inventory is one of the factors which are considered the most for profits of a business in almost all industrial fields. Resource procurement which occupies more than 40% of an overall construction cost has a strong relationship with profits of a business but it is regarded as a work for a manager rather than for a technician. It makes the importance of resource procurement relatively low and slows down the development of workings. As the construction project becomes more larger and complicated, effective management for materials are directly affecting the profits of a business. Therefore, this research works on finding an economical managing method for materials according to a characteristic of construction project based on accurately forecasted BIM data. Finding a reorder point by using BIM data which contains an accurate data for schedule and material enables a better management for materials and provides more accurate data on matters which were used to be determined by an intuition of a manager.

  • Since high-rise building construction sites are usually located in crowded city areas, sufficient spaces for the inventories of key materials are rarely available. This spatial constraints have been one of the critical challenge that may cause productivity loss and increasing costs of the high-rise building construction projects. The proper material inventory management is certaing a key to the success of high-rise building construction projects as it handles difficulty of securing material stock yards, changes in demands, uncertain delivery time through integrating the construction schedules and actively responding to the key materials attributes. In this light, this research analyzes the latest inventory model, (Q,r) model, in accordance with the high rise building characteristics. This research suggests an optimal inventory management of re-bar considering various demands and lead times. The case study is also presented with regard to the re-bar inventory management.

  • Big data in the supply chain mainly comes from four aspects. One is the relevant data inevitably generated in the process of product value transfer of enterprises in the supply chain, such as production equipment quality data, planned procurement data, product data, etc; On the other hand, it is derived from the ERP data of various companies in the supply chain; The third is e-commerce data from the customer, and the last is data from external or manually entered data. A third-party data service center analysis and mining the data to predict and control the inventory in the process of supply chain operation. It brings innovation and change of management technology and way of thinking to the whole supply chain in many aspects, and finally achieves the goal of coordinated inventory and zero inventory of the whole supply chain.

Survey on the Using Frequency of Processed Foods and Dietician' Perception against Management of Food Service at Food Service Institutions (집단급식소의 가공식품 이용 실태 및 급식관리에 대한 영양사의 인식에 대한 조사)

  • The using frequency of processed foods and dietician's perception against management of food service at 98 food service institutions located in Jeollabuk-Do were surveyed. Food service institutions included 13 hospitals,38 schools,40 enterprises, and 7 others. Single menu (75.5%) with two (33.7%) or three (57.1%) side dish was offered. In addition, the offering ratio of boiled water and spring water was 37.8 and 32.7%, respectively. The processed foods with high using frequency were kochujang (1.19), sesame oil (1.22), and doenjang (1.30), but that of leek, onion, Chinese cabbage, and radish were 4.95, 4.62, 4.60, and 4.26, respectively. Dietician's major affairs in all type of food service institutions were cooking (64.3%), purchase (48.0%), and personnel managements (39.8%). Dieticians, however, had a low perception against safety and nutrition management. Therefore, in order to prevent the outbreak of food-borne diseases, we estimated that the education and the conversion of dietician' perception against safety and nutrition management were needed.
