The present study was investigated changes of precipitation behaviour of laves phase in ferrite single phase and ferrite-martensite dual phase and the mechanical properties of 10%Cr ferritic alloys. In the ferrite phase, laves phase was mainly precipitated, whereas in the martensite phase, carbide was preferentially formed during the initial stage of aging and with increasing aging time. Laves phase and carbide were simultaneously precipitated by precipitation of laves phase at around carbide. Strength and toughness were lowered by the disk-type precipitator in the initial stage of aging and toughness was recovered with increasing of aging time and then, decreasing by precipitation of laves phase.

As a case study, this paper historicizes the film culture in Namchon district in Keijo(京城) based on a preliminary research on the film ephemera produced during the colonial period. Through cross-examining articles appeared in Japanese newspapers and magazines at the time, this paper empirically reconstructs the Japanese settlers' film culture in Keijo, a colonial city whose cultural environment was ethnically divided into 'Bukchon' and 'Namchon.' During the silent era, movie theaters in the Namchon district not only played a role of cinema chain through which films imported and distributed by Japanese film companies were circulated and exhibited but also served as a cultural community for Japanese settlers who migrated to a colony. The film ephemera issued by each theater not only provided information about the movie program, but also connected these Japaneses settlers in colonial city, Keijo to the homogeneous space and time in Japan proper. Both as a minority and colonizer in a colony, these Japanese settlers experienced a sense of 'unity' that could 'distinguish' their ethnic identity differentiated from Koreans through watching movies in this ethnically segregated cultural environment. In doing so, they were also able to connect themselves to their homeland in Japan Proper, despite on a cultural level. This is a cultural practice that strengthens a kind of long distance nationalism. Examining Japanese film culture through film ephemera would not only contribute to the previous scholarship on modern theater culture and spectatorship established since the 2000s, but also be a meaningful attempt to find ways and directions for film history research through non-film materials.

사이버 공간 활용을 위한 여러 연구 분야 중 아바타 활용 기술 분야 역시 나날이 발전을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 아바타의 행위 표현 및 제어를 효율적으로 하기 위해 다양한 도메인 환경에서 적용할 수 있는 아바타 행위 표현의 계층적인 방식에 대한 간단한 소개, 기존의 연구들을 비교 분석함으로써 이전 연구에서 제시하고 있는 행위 표현 방식에서 제공되지 않고 있는 동시진행 가능한 모션들 간의 우선순위 분야와 모션 간 동기화 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 기존 연구에서 사용되었던 XML 기반의 스크립트 언어를 재사용 함으로써 효용성을 높일 수 있다. 아바타 동작에 대한 행위 우선순위 지정 및 동기화를 통하여 하위레벨에서 정의된 동작들을 조합하여 상위레벨에서 재사용 가능하게 되므로 좀 더 효율적으로 동작의 생성이 가능친지고 하위레벨 스크립트의 재사용성을 높일 수 있다.

GaN 전력반도체는 와이드 밴드갭(Eg=3.4eV)과 높은 이동도 및 낮은 온-저항 특성으로 인하여 차세대 고속/저손실 고효율 전력반도체 소자로서 각광을 받고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 글로벌 GaN 전력반도체 기술개발과 상용화는 초기단계로 선진업체 캐치업과 추월이 가능한 분야이다. GaN 반도체의 재료적 장점과 현재 상용화된 200V 이하급과 650V급 GaN 전력반도체 소자의 글로벌 시장동향으로 볼 때 고속 스위칭과 전력모듈 소형화 및 시스템의 고효율화를 요구하는 제품응용에 특화해야할 것으로 판단된다. 특히 기존 Si 전력반도체 대비 고성능 GaN 제품의 저가격화뿐만 아니라 선진기업과의 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 6인치 기반 Au-free CMOS 호환 공정 개발을 통한 GaN 전력반도체 기술의 국산화와 신시장 선점을 위한 조기 상용화의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 고성능 컴퓨팅 시스템의 성능 향상을 위한 효율적인 동적 작업부하 균등화 정책을 제안한다. 이 정책은 시스템 자원인 CPU와 메모리를 효율적으로 사용하여 고성능 컴퓨팅 시스템의 처리량을 최대화하고, 각 작업의 수행시간을 최소화한다. 또한 이 정책은 수행중인 작업의 메모리 요구량과 각 노드의 부하 상태를 파악하여 작업을 동적으로 할당한다. 이때 작업을 할당 받은 노드가 과부하 상태가 되면 다른 노드로 작업을 이주시켜 각 노드의 작업부하를 균등하게 유지함으로써 작업의 대기시간을 줄이고, 각 작업의 수행시간을 단축한다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안하는 동적 작업부하 균등화 정책이 기존의 메모리 기반의 작업부하 균등화 정책에 비해 고성능 컴퓨팅 시스템의 성능 향상 면에서 우수함을 보인다.
