The Analysis of Vibration on the Guide Rail Installed with Manufacturing System of the Smart Phone Lens (스마트폰 렌즈 생산시스템에 장착된 가이드 레일에 관한 진동해석)

  • As the production of electronic goods increases, poor products increase. Smart phone lens has much probability of breakage due to vibration happened at machine during the procedure of production. At this study model of smart phone, robot installed at guide rail is applied by various load according to its mass and investigated with vibration analysis. The analysis result in this study is thought to supply the material necessary at safe design and development on manufacturing machine system of smart phone lens by assembled automation.

  • 주택 혹 산업용, 공공건물용으로 상용화 되어 있는 스트링 어레이 중앙 인버터 방식은 고압의 DC 배선으로 인한 안전문제, 고가의 고압 DC 차단기의 설치 및 과전압보호기 등으로 가격이 상승하게 되고 설치 시에도 패널간 균일 성능을 보장해야하고 스트링 상에 놓여 있는 패널 일부가 불량이거나 그림자가 져서 발전이 미비할 경우 전체 시스템 발전이 정지하거나 발전량이 미비해지는 문제가 생기므로 항상 최적의 상태로 운전할 수 없다. 그래서 이러한 태양광 발전 방식의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 각 모듈마다 마이크로 인버터를 장착하여 각각 패널마다 분산적인 MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) 를 수행할 수 있고 DC 배선이 없기 때문에 시스템 설치비용을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있으며 안정성 문제도 중앙 인버터 방식보다 획기적으로 향상된다. 패널 또는 인버터 고장 시 전체 시스템의 차단 없이 교체가 가능 하여 시스템의 설비 이용률을 최대로 할 수 있다. 이러한 패널에 쓰이는 마이크로 인버터를 PSIM으로 구현하여 DLL로 통해 디지털 제어로 구현을 하고 시뮬레이션으로 통해 시스템의 효능을 알아보았다.

  • 본 연구에서는 E-EGR Valve 내에 퇴적물이 쌓여 디젤엔진의 성능을 저하시키는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 CRDI 직분식 4기통 엔진에 장착된 E-EGR 밸브를 대상으로 형상변화에 따른 유동해석을 통하여 퇴적물 축적과 작동불량을 감소 시켜줄 새로운 형상을 제시하고자 하였다.

  • 최근 대형유조선의 침몰로 인한 유류노출에 의한 심각한 자연환경의 파괴 등으로 인한 해양환경 보전을 위한 필 요성이 증대되고 잇으며, 특히, 시계불량 시 충돌, 좌초 등 대형 안전 사고를 방지하기 위하여 기존 레이다의 성능을 개선한 NT Radar를 개발하여 많은 선박에서 장착을 하고 있는 시점에서 기존 Racon에 대한 NT Radar의 적용 실험 결과 취약점을 발견하게 되었다. 이번 연구에서는 NT레이다에서 발생하는 레이콘을 개선하여 기존의 Radar와 NT Radar에서 같이 사용할 수 있으며, 나아가 AIS의 기능을 같이 가질 수 있는 e-Racon의 기술 개발에 관한 연구를 하였다.

  • 오늘날 정보기술(IT)은 다양한 산업분야 융화되어 기존 산업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 생산성 및 품질 향상의 견인차 역할을 수행하고 있다. 특히 생산 및 물류 분야에서 IT 융합을 통한 새로운 시너지 창출을 시도하고 있는 것이 RFID 기술이라 할 수 있다. 이미 정부 주도의 시범사업이 끝났으며, 2008년 공공기간 확산사업이 성공적으로 마무리되면, 본격적으로 산업분야 확산이 기대되고 있다. 본 논문에서 자동차 산업에서의 RFID 응용 모델로서 RFID 기반 지능형 직서열 생산시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 기술한다. 직서열 시스템은 완성차 생산라인의 조립시간과 순서에 맞춰 모듈과 부품을 공급하는 협업 생산시스템이다. 자동차 조달물류 프로세스 혁신을 위하여 RFID 기술을 도입함으로써 협력기업간 정보 교환을 원활하게 지원하며 실시간 추적관리 체제의 구현을 이루고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은실시간 재고 파악 및 생산물량 예측이 가능하며, 이기종 부품 장착에 의한 조립불량률을 현저히 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.

  • The leadwire cutting machine that has been used recently cuts leadwires by putting one-side force with the same priciple as a saw, and applies a stress at soldered part of PCB. Because the stress becomes one cause of contact-defect, a leadwire cutting robot that cuts leadwire-site with nipper and does not apply stress is considered, In this paper a technique of detecting leadwire-site is studied for the purpose of using on automatic leadwire cutting robots. A technique deriving 2-dimensional site-information with many I-dimensional binary data of perspective front-view of PCB taken from various direction was proposed. Simulation and experiments were done under the same condition each other and a small universal PCB was choosen as an experimental object. As a result of simulations and experiments, the proposed technique turns out to be very useful for automatic leadwire cutting robots.

Valplast$^{(R)}$ flexible removable partial denture for a patient with medically compromised conditions : a clinical report (전신적 질환자 및 예후가 불량한 환자에서 Valplast$^{(R)}$ 탄성 국소의치의 적용)

  • Statement of problem: As the number of elders is growing with the advancement of medicine, partially or fully edentulous patients have increased. Medically compromised conditions are common in the older population so that it should be taken into account in prosthetic treatment planning as well as their economic conditions. In the older patients, removable prosthesis has been preferred to implant prosthesis. However, cast metal based removable partial dentures also has several limitations. Purpose: In this report, we present several cases of Valplast$^{(R)}$ flexible denture which were fabricated in patients who had medically compromised conditions or whose remaining teeth showed a relatively poor prognosis. Results & Conclusion: This article describes an alternative treatment for a partially edentulous patient with mouth opening limitation, after cancer surgery, compromised general condition and questionable remaining teeth. In these patients, Valplast$^{(R)}$ flexible denture was used because of its unique characteristics and the results were all satisfactory. Patients had 1-2 check-up and there were no postoperative pain or fracture of denture up to now.

  • This paper is a purpose to study and analyze the failure examples for timing belt, camshaft position sensor and ignition coil of LPG automotive engine. The first example, whe the service man install the front case bracket of engine, he excessively tightened up a 12mm bolt for being fixed of brackct. As a results, the bolt was separated from joint part so that it was put in between the crankshaft sprocket. Therefore the belt was broken off because of interference between timing belt and sprocket tooth. The second example, it verified the disharmony phenenomen of engine that the gap of the camshaft position sensor and camshaft senseing point assembled on cylinder head part was small more than iregular value so that the it was generated senseing damage phenomenon by pulse signal misconduct. The third example, it was found the engine disharmony phenomenon that the fire in the ignition coil was leaked by inner damage of Number 2 ignition coil.Therefore, the the manager of a car throughtly have to inspect not in order to arise the failure symptoms.

Standard Image Acquisition Characteristics Tests for Image Sensors and Modules (이미지 센서 및 모듈의 표준 영상 취득 테스트)

  • In general, image acquisition characteristics tests of image sensors and modules vary widely according to the characteristics of image sensors and modules under test, the application purpose of target devices where image sensors and modules are mounted, and the functions of test equipments. However, some de facto standard tests are frequently used in industry fields. They differ only in several parameters e.g. thresholds for fault detection, and they can be applied to most image sensors and modules. In this paper, 11 typical tests are explained in detail, and they are described in a simple and clear form under single framework, which significantly reduces errors and saves efforts.

System Design and H/W Development of the Residual Stress Measurement for Ferromagnetic thin Sheet (강자성 박판소재의 잔류응력 측정 시스템의 설계 및 제작)

  • Magnetic inductive probe was designed and assembled for sensing the residual stress developed in the ferromagnetic thin sheet. The residual stress measurement system with this probe could resolve the residual stresses developed in the sheet in terms of principal stress orientation, and magnitude of the principal stress. It was consumed that the obtained probe output voltage from the qualified ferromagnetic Fe-42Ni lead frame sheet and quality-rejected sheet is effectively determined using the developed device. The lead frame sheet which has accumulated a high level of residual stress always showed a distinctive stress distribution and magnitude compared with those of qualified lead frame sheet. Those differences were well resolved as functions of input current or used frequency.
