The internationalization of venture firms is of importance resulting from the increased opportunities as well as the entry barriers faced in this process. This study is to investigate barrier factors affecting Korean venture firms' internationalization. Among these factors, we measured relative weights using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Literatures regarding global firm's internationalization was reviewed, and barriers were classified environment, corporate and CEO barriers. Multiple variables were used in order to measure their relative significance. We surveyed executives of venture firms comprising two groups: first, 15 global venture firms, and secondly, gradually internationalizing firms. The two groups show contradictory results as environment barriers are the primary for born-global ventures and corporate barriers are the primary for gradually internationalizing ventures. Concerning corporate barriers, the lack of marketing capability is the highest barrier for both groups. The CEO barrier is the lowest for both groups. Regarding corporate barriers, gradually internationalizing ventures considers the risk of business as highest, whereas born-global ventures features the lack of R&D capacity as highest Results of this paper imply that firms should consider priority and sequential approaches in facing environment, corporate and CEO barriers.

Object : This study aimed to identify the factor structure of Korean-Child Behavior Checklist 1.5-5 Dysregulation Profile (K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP) in infants and toddlers with mental disorders and verify differences in K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP among the diagnosis groups. Methods : The participants were 265 mothers of infants and toddlers with mental disorders who completed K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP. The data was analyzed using AMOS 25.0 and SPSS 25.0. Results : First, the bifactor model was the most suitable for the factor structure of the K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP. Second, there were significant differences among the diagnosis groups, such as communication disorders, pervasive developmental disorders, emotional disorders, and developmental delays. It was confirmed that the pervasive developmental disorder and emotional disorder groups showed significantly higher dysregulation compared with the communication disorder group. Conclusion : This study confirmed that infants and toddlers had dysregulation problems. Using the bifactor model, the multidimensional nature of the K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP was assessed. It was also meaningful that dysregulation could contribute to onset and deepening of symptoms of pervasive developmental disorders and emotional disorders in infancy.

But in first-stratum source traits of 16PF, the panic group was higher than the somatoform group and normal healthy group in O-factor (p<0.01) and Q4-factor(p<0.001). In second-stratum source traits of 16PF, the panic group was higher than the somatoform group in ANX-factor(p<0.05), but lower than normal control group in TOUfactor(p<0.05). 4) There were no differences in the panic subgroup according to sex and cutoff points of BDI score 16 and STAI-T score 54. 5) According to cutoff point of STAI-S score 52, the panic subgroup above 52 was higher than the panic subgroup under 52 in G-factor(p<0.001), Q3-factor(p<0.05) and SUP-factor(p<0.001), but lower in L-factor(p<0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that emotional state of patients with panic disorder are depressive and anxious as compared with patients with somatoform disorder and normal controls. Patients with panic disorder did not show any abnormal personality characteristics but were more guilt-prone, anxious, emotionally sensitive. The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing the acceptance of disabilities among adults with acquired disabilities based on ecological theory, utilizing raw data from the 4th Disability and Life Dynamics Panel in 2021. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicated that individual factors such as 'gender,' 'type of disability,' 'severity of disability,' 'marital status,' 'education,' 'employment status,' 'depression,' 'self-esteem,' and 'overall health in the past six months,' interpersonal factors like 'emotional support and assistance,' and organizational and environmental factors including the 'level of difficulty in using disability-related services' and 'overall satisfaction with disability welfare services' were found to impact the acceptance of disabilities among adults with acquired disabilities. Based on these research findings, it is suggested that efforts in the community to enhance the acceptance of disabilities among adults with acquired disabilities should go beyond individual dimensions, increasing opportunities for social interactions and fostering a disability-friendly environment.
The purpose of this study was to analyze how much demographic and disability-related characteristics influence the quality of life that employed and unemployed disabled people, and determine difference in the influence of those factors between the two disabled groups. For this purpose, the study utilized 1st-year(2016) data from the 2nd wave of the Korean Panel Study on Employment for the Disabled. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, employment is a critical factor that influences the disabled's quality of life. Besides, there are some financial, socio-relational and physical factors on which that quality is heavily dependent. Second, employed disabled people's quality of life is even more influenced by financial factors, socio-relational factors and health state than demographic factors. Third, unemployed disabled people's quality of life is significantly influenced by some demographic factors like gender and age and some physical factors like disability grade and disability period as well as by factors found influencing employed disabled people's quality of life. Thus, the two disabled groups are different from each other in which factors influence their quality of life. Based on these findings, this study made suggestions for the disabled's better quality of life.
