The development of information and communication technology(ICT) has made our lives more convenient and has caused many changes in various areas of our lives.. In particular, ICT enables information and physical accessibility of people with disabilities and eliminates the inconvenience of entry into the labor market, and ICT-based teleworking has improved employ-ability for people with disabilities by facilitating physical accessibility away from traditional work environments and job assignments. This paper presents some domestic and foreign cases of teleworking for the people with disabilities. Also it states several suggestions, as developing jobs in ICT field, educating and training of its field, and making related documents and supporting systems for activating ICT-based work environment and job placement.

It was to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship that the interpersonal relationship of the disabled affects daily life satisfaction. The subjects of the study were 3,907 registered disabled people in the 5th Data of the Disabled Employment Panel (2019), and the SPSS 25.0 program was used for data analysis. The main research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the effect of interpersonal relationships on daily life satisfaction was positive(+) significan. Second, the effect of interpersonal relationships on self-efficacy was found to be positive(+) significance level. Third, the effect of self-efficacy on daily life satisfaction was statistically positive(+) significance level. Fourth, the positive(+) partial mediating effect of self-efficacy was verified in the relationship between interpersonal relationships on daily life satisfaction. In order to improve the daily life satisfaction of the disabled, it was found that interpersonal relationships and self-efficacy should be improved. Through this, practical implications were presented to increase the satisfaction of the disabled in their daily lives.

본 논문에서는 정보화 사회에서 정보화격차가 더욱 심화되고 있고 삶의 질 차이가 벌어지고 있는 현실에서 장애인들의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 정보화교육 활성화 방안을 정보화교육 강사의 역량 중심으로 고찰해보고 효과적인 활성화 방안을 제시하는 연구를 수행하였다. 국가차원에서 정보격차해소에 관한 법률을 제정하여 정보통신망에 대한 자유로운 접근과 정보이용을 보장하고 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 국민경제 발전을 위한 장애인 정보화 교육장 운영 합리화 방안에 대한 환경을 마련하였으나 실제 현장에서 가장 핵심적인 역할을 수행하는 정보화 교육 강사에 대한 체계적인 관리 시스템이 존재하지 않아 실효성이 높지 않은 측면이 있다. 장애인 정보화 교육 강사에게 장애인에 대한 인식 교육 및 효과적인 교수법에 대한 교육이 필요하며 체계적인 정부지원을 통해 장애인정보화 보육 강사가 안정감 있게 교육 업무에 집중하고 교육의 질을 높일 수 있게 한다면 장애인들의 정보화 및 고용 창출, 및 삶의 질 향상을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study analyzes the impact the subjective health status of people with disabilities has on the daily life satisfaction and the mediating effect of their psychological mechanisms such as depression and acceptance of disability. The purpose of this study is to serve as the basis for the establishment of practical intervention strategies and policy measures by identifying the relationship between the subjective health status and the life satisfaction. This study analyzes the raw data of the fourth Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled surveyed by Employment Development Institute of Korea Employment Promotion Agency for the Disabled. In summary, the results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the relationships between subjective health status, disability acceptance, depression, and daily life satisfaction, the daily life satisfaction had a positive correlation with the subjective health status and the acceptance of disability while having a negative correlation with depression. Second, regarding the impact the subjective health status has on the daily life satisfaction and the mediating effect of the acceptance of disability and depression, the subjective health status had a statistically significant impact on the daily life satisfaction; there was a partial mediating effect of the acceptance of disability and depression in the relationship. The practical and political proposals on the basis of these results wereas presented.

This study examined the aging of people with severe disabilities experiencing relative alienation and deprivation in an aging society to find ways to make them happy and economically stable. This study identified the determinants of economic preparation for aging among people with severe disabilities using the ecosystem perspective. For this study, data were drawn from Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED). A total of 950 samples were used from the eighth wave. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to examine the influence of various factors. As a result, age, level of education, employment, subjective socioeconomic status, self-esteem, income, homeowner, and non-beneficiaries affected the economic preparation for aging. These findings have practical and political implications concerned with improving the economic preparations for aging among people with severe disabilities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of disability acceptance mediated with policy trust on the life satisfaction and group difference of disability type. For this purpose, the raw data(2nd wave, 2st survey) of Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED) conducted by the Korea Employment for the Disabled were used. Among the respondents, the data of 2,378 of the external physical disabled and 571 of mental disabled were analyzed. For the analysis, the structural equation model was used to verify the effect of mediation and group difference. The result of the study were as follows. First, disability acceptance of the disabled people effect on the life satisfaction by policy trust, and this was verified with partial mediated model. Second, In both groups, the external physical disabled and metal health disabled, disability acceptance and policy trust were the predictors of life satisfaction. Third, the difference in path coefficients between the two groups of external physical disabled and mental disabled was identified. Based on the results of this study, action plans were discussed to improve the life satisfaction of the disabled.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the potential domestic and international market conditions vehicles for people with disabilities through a review of the literature and internet resources, and to propose a road map developing South Korean vehicles for people with disabilities taking into consideration the current state of domestic and international technology and the usage of the vehicles for people with disabilities depending on the type of disability. The results of the study are as follows: First, vehicles for people with disabilities safety standards of South Korea do not meet the safety standards of developed countries and the technology of development related vehicles for people with disabilities is not as advanced as that of developed countries. Vehicles for people with disabilities installation methods, specifications, features and safety standards should be designed to be more similar to those of Japan and the United States. Second, vehicle modifications for people with disabilities will become more common as measures directed at promoting the welfare of people with disabilities, such as travel and transportation measures, employment opportunities, education, and funding for vehicle modifications, are implemented along with laws, such as The Americans with Disabilities Act, The British Disability Discrimination Act, and Japan's barrier-free transport law, that protect people with disabilities generally. Third, through a comparative analysis of domestic and international market conditions and demands of people with disabilities in vehicle modifications, important things to pay attention by purchasing a modified vehicle for people with disabilities are the employment rate for people with disabilities and monthly income. To enable this, government agencies and industry bodies should work together through the revision of the current Disability Welfare Act or the enactment of the special law for guiding principles of Disability Welfare Act. Through the future changes in vehicles for people with disabilities-related system or society of South Korean, the annual demand of the vehicles is expected to be more than 10,000.

This study examines the status quo of the support system for companies of persons with disabilities in Korea, and then estimates the corporate income tax reduced from a special taxation system, same as one applied to social enterprises and standard workplace for persons with disabilities, using 「Data for registered companies of persons with disabilities」(2020.6) by the Disable Enterprise Business Center. Now companies of persons with disabilities have more than 87% in the business continuity rate, and their employment rate of the average rate for 2015-2017 is higher than public institutions and private companies, which is in line with the government's employment promotion policy for the disabled. However, article 14 (Support in Taxation) of the 「Act On The Facilitation Of Entrepreneurial Activities Of Persons With Disabilities」 is still declarative and optional. Meanwhile, the corporate income tax reduced by a simulation method was calculated to be about KRW 130.1 billion for 5 years (KRW 26.02 billion per year). In this context, when comparing the tax revenue to be reduced with a positive effect by securing the effectiveness of Article 14, it can be said that the tax support for companies of persons with disabilities is feasible.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to help individuals with disabilities in single-person households maintain a happy life by analyzing how interpersonal skills necessary for community adaptation and self-esteem, which are personal factors, affect life satisfaction. The self-esteem mediation effect was verified with SPSS Process Macro 4.3 using data on 828 single-person households sourced from the seventh wave of the Disability Employment Panel Survey(2022) conducted by the Employment Development Institute of the Korea Disability Employment Service. To examine the effects of interpersonal skills and self-esteem on life satisfaction, a multiple regression analysis was conducted. While it was found that higher self-esteem was associated with higher life satisfaction, interpersonal skills did not have a significant effect on this association. The path from interpersonal skills to life satisfaction via self-esteem was deemed statistically significant, suggesting that self-esteem mediates the relationship between interpersonal skills and life satisfaction. This study emphasizes the importance of interpersonal relationships for the life satisfaction of individuals with disabilities in single-person households in a modern society in which the problem of social isolation experienced by individuals in single-person households is emerging. Furthermore, it provides a direction for these individuals to become the main actors of their own lives.
