Like each treatment for the psychiatric patients psychotherapeutic approach for the adolescent borderline patients is case by case. However some principles are derived from the characteristics of the adolescent psychology. As they put it adolescence is psychologically 'the second individuation period'. Both sexual dvive and aggressive drive are aggrevated, and 'the actual object' like parent are to be separated. Given that borderline patients are weak in their egos and show poor indentity formation 'analytic supportive psychotherpay' would be more effective than analysis itself.

Functional dysphonia refers to a voice disturbance that occurs in the absence of structural or neurologic laryngeal pathological characteristics. Poorly regulated activity of the intrinsic and extrinsic laryngeal muscles is cited as the proximal cause of functional dysphonia (FD). Recently, the term functional dysphonia has been replaced in some clinical circles by diagnostic label muscle tension dysphonia (MTD), which serves to highlight excess, dysregulated, or imbalanced activity of the intrinsic and extrinsic laryngeal muscles as proximal cause of the observed dysphonia. And recent research evidence points to specific personality traits as important contributors to its development and maintenance. However, the origin of this dysregulated laryngeal muscle activity has not been fully elucidated. Further research is needed to better understand the pathogenesis of functional dysphonia, and factors contributing to its successful management.

We extract the symptom of panic disorder from the context awareness environment. It extracts body context information through natural movement that exists in everyday life and uses a component of panic disorder. The ontology theory can be used to provide information on the degree of symptoms of panic disorder through inference process. For the components of panic disorder to the information processing based on ontology are defined as Classes. Panic disorder index is expressed through ontology modeling so that the condition of panic disorder can be known. The derivation of panic disorder component and panic disorder index will enable context awareness based information service for panic disorder. The context information is periodically synchronized with the context awareness on based device. Panic disorder can be used to improve the lifestyle of panic disorder.

The hearing impaired have a substantially lower comprehension of audiovisual television programs due to their inability to hear sounds. Therefore, research was needed to improve their understanding by making these programs more accessible. This thesis is based on a proposal to find a solution for automating closed captions.

최근 지상파 UHD 방송에서는 자막을 비디오 패킷에 삽입하여 전달하는 기존 방식이 아닌 별도의 전송로로 전달하는 폐쇄형 자막(closed caption) 방식을 적용하고 있다. 또한 자막에는 문자 뿐만 아니라 이미지까지 포함하여 청각장애인의 프로그램 이해도를 높이는데 활용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 청각장애 시청자가 방송 콘텐츠 내용의 이해도를 향상시키기 위하여 지상파 UHD 방송에서 기존의 문자 자막과 움직이는 이미지 자막(=감정표현 자막)을 수신하여 동시에 표현할 수 있는 수신시스템을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out subjective perception types and needs of interested group on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college by Q methodology, then to search for political measures to support employment for students with disabilities in the implication of the sorted subjective perception types. The result of the study showed that there are four major sorts of subjectivities on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college : external dependence(Type1), disability-friendly (Type2), demand tailored(Type3), internal role emphasis(Type4). The result of the study could check that there was necessary reconstruction to disability-friendly infrastructure based on interset and willness on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college. In addition to that there was necessary to job creation of government, to build network of industry to successful labor market entry of students with disabilities.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to understand the game world experience and peer interaction of students with disabilities in the community. Method : In this study, Giorgi's phenomenological method was used to understand the game world experience and peer interaction of two students with disabilities in the community. The data collection about the situation and the context of the subjects was conducted over three times of interviews, until no new data. Meaning units through the four steps for Giorgi's scientific phenomenology were analyzed in the context of the overall data. Result : Two students with disabilities in the community had to spend time at home with physical limitation and alienation, and their leisure activities was mainly using the computer and television. Restrictions of leisure activities wad the cause of difficulties of social accessibility, and they need the correct thinking and self-control in the use of the time. Due to the game for fun, they have no interact with peers. On the other hand, most of conversation about the game were with families. Conclusion : Students with disabilities had a physical and psychological difficulties were feeling pleasure through the game. They need the correct thinking and self-control in the use of the time, and need an alternative solution for a reckless game use.

Objectives: The study was intended to explore the relationships between temperament and premenstrual dysphoric disorder, to understand symptomatology of premenstrual dysphoric disorder and associated personality trait and to suggest therapeutic availability. Method : Twenty eight women, diagnosed as premenstrual dysphoric disorder by DSM-IV, were asked to complete the Korean version of Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire, and Shortened Premenstrual Assessment Form. The correlations between the severity of premenstrual symptoms and the scores of Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire were calculated. Results : The severity of symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder was best explained by the harm-avoidance factor of the four dimensions of temperament. Conclusion : The symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder are well explained by the harmavoidance factor and the reward-dependence factor of four dimensions of the temperament.

우울증은 슬프거나 울적한 느낌이 신체에까지 영향을 끼쳐 개인이나 사회생활에 장애를 초래하는 것을 의미한다. 한의학에서는 이를 기울(氣鬱)이라 하며 억압되고 침울한 마음으로 생리기능이 침체되는 현상으로 이해하고 있다. 우울증을 바로 알고 예방하며 즐거운 마음을 갖고 건강한 생활이 되도록 해보자.
