옛말에 '우리 몸이 백냥이면 우리 눈은 구십 냥이다'란 말이 있다. 그만큼 시력이 삶에 차지하는 중요성을 피력한 것이다. 눈을 통해 정보를 받아들이는 정도는 거의 90%다. 시각장애우들은 책에 박혀있는 한 점 한 점을 통해 세상을 받아들인다. 잃어버린 90%를 찾기 위해 9배 이상의 노력을 기울일 수밖에 없다.

일반적으로 컴퓨터에서 문서 작업을 하기 위해서는 사용자는 컴퓨터 화면을 볼 수 있는 시각과 키보드와 마우스를 조작하기 위하여 손을 사용해야 한다. 시각과 손이 불편한 대부분 장애우는 컴퓨터를 조작하기 어렵다. 장애우들을 보조해주는 정보통신 보조기기의 가격은 비싸며 기기 보급을 지원해주는 사업이 있지만, 사업에 선정되기 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 이 논문에서는 구글 홈을 이용하여 텍스트, 워드, 엑셀, 한글 등 다양한 응용프로그램을 음성을 이용하여 제어하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 구글 어시스턴트가 다이어로그플로우로 설계한 인텐트를 웹 훅을 이용해 서버에서 컴퓨터로 접근하여 응용프로그램을 제어한다.

Blood chemical values and sex steroid hormone concentration of repeat breeder and reproductive disorder in Hanwoo, which were bred in Chunchon areas, were examine to establish the basic physiological maker. The concentrations of albumin, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), calcium(Ca), cholesterol, creatinine, glucose, phosphorous, total protein and triglycerides in repeat breeder and reproductive disorder were 3.28$\pm$0.05 and 3.27$\pm$0.04 g/㎗, 11.07$\pm$0.61 and 12.69$\pm$0.88 mg/㎗, 9.98$\pm$0.10 and 9.56$\pm$0.11mg/㎗, 105.75$\pm$3.57 and 126.78$\pm$5.66mg/㎗, 1.62$\pm$0.05 and 1.65$\pm$0.09 mg/㎗, 67.46$\pm$9.07 and 76.97$\pm$3.76mg/㎗, 6.13$\pm$0.36 and 6.11$\pm$0.26mg/㎗, 5.82$\pm$0.08 and 6.18$\pm$0.08 g/㎗ , 12.82$\pm$1.46 and 15.19$\pm$1.61mg/㎗, respectively. Among the blood chemical values, Ca, cholesterol and inorganic phosphorous levels in repeat breeder and reproductive disorder were slightly higher than those in normal cows. The progesterone levels of pregnancy(0.18~6.56 ng/$m\ell$) and non-pregnancy(0.15~5.46ng/$m\ell$) cows at estrus cycle were showed similar trends from 0 day to 18 days. Those of pregnancy cows were increased gradually from 18 days to 180 days(5.90~7.51 ng/$m\ell$), while those of non-pregnancy cows were dramatically drop at 21 days (0.18$\pm$0.03mg/㎗). The concentrations of estrogen and progesterone in repeat breeder and reproductive disorder were 57.42$\pm$5.03, 56.76$\pm$8.73 pg/$m\ell$ and 6.26$\pm$0.83, 9.41$\pm$1.85 ng/$m\ell$ . respectively. These results indicate that blood chemical values in repeat breeder and reproductive disorder were not greatly difference in normal cows except for Ca, cholesterol, BUN and inorganic phosphorous. Since the progesterone levels in repeat breeder and reproductive disorder was maintained to the luteal phase levels of normal cows, it may cause of failing of conception and next estrus cycle.

Authors report a case of poststroke bipolar disorder that occurs much less frequently than poststroke depression(PSD). A MRI study performed to identify the etiology of a secondary manic episode in a patient with preceded PSD after left basal ganglia infarction revealed newly developed right basal ganglia infarction associated with poststroke bipolar disorder. It is interesting to note that (1) the temporal relationship was found between the occurrence of PSD after left hemisphere stroke and the occurrence of poststroke bipolar disorder following right hemisphere stroke, and that (2) the occurrence of PSD and the occurrence of poststroke bipolar disorder are associated with lesion location respectively. It has been reported that bipolar disorders were associated with subcortical lesions of the right hemisphere, whereas right-cortical lesions led to unipolar mania and that risk factors for mania included a family history of psychiatric disorders and mild subcortical atrophy. In this case, MR image shows subcortical lesions of the right hemisphere and mild subcortical atrophy. The investigation of the relationships among stroke lesion locations and potstroke mood disorders and risk factors for poststroke bipolar disorder may contribute to understanding the neurobiology of primary mood disorder. A clinical implication is that the risk of secondary bipolar disorder after cerebral infarction should be highlighted.

In the past, design used to be known as graphic design for printing medium. However, these days, through video media or multimedia, it has expanded to convey information thanks to the innovative development of the computer, which is digital civilization. Now design, through elaborate plans and projects, is acknowledged as creative work for communications appealing to emotion comprehensively and to transmit information effectively. This thesis presented a new methodology of mess communication using various elements such as video typography. Furthermore, reflecting feedback from hearing-unpaired people, theological background well grounded and the way to proceed in the future were also addressed.
