Objective : The aim of current investigation was to standardize the grip strength of elders and to examine the correlation between grip strength, anthropometric parameters, depression and quality of life. Method : The researchers used Korea national health and nutrition examination surveys (2016) for analysis and analyzed the data of 919 elders who had completed the screening test among right-handed elderly without activity limitation. The researchers classified the age of the elders as 65~69, 70~74, 75~79, and 80 years old for standardization of grip strength. Anthropometric parameters are height, weight, body mass index, and waist circumference. Depression was measured by PHQ-9(Patient Health Questionnaire-9) and quality of life was assessed by EQ-5D. Result : The ratio of right handedness of the elderly was 87.8%, left handed 4.9%, and both handles 5.7%. In the standardization and correlation analysis, the grip strength decreased with age (p<.01, r=-.308~-.305). The grip strength showed a strong correlation with height (p<.001, r=.747~.741). There was a significant correlation between depression (p<.01, r=-.172~-.163) and quality of life (p<.01, r=.285~.267). Conclusion : The findings of this investigation suggest that height, depression, and quality of life need to be considered when assessing the level of grip strength in the elderly.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between the hand dexterity and grip strength of 8-10 year elementary school children and 20-24 year college students. This study was conducted on 77 elementary school children aged 8-10 years old and 50 college students aged 20-24 years. The chopsticks manipulation test (CMT) and dymanomenter were used to evaluated hand dexterity and grip strength. In this study, the correlation between hand dexterity and grip strength, and the age, hand dexterity and grip strength of the subjects were compared. hand dexterity between 8-10 year old and 20-24 year old students were statistically different between 8 and 9 year olds, and the control was between 8 and 20-24 year old students. There were statistically significant differences. In addition, in the correlation between age, hand dexterity and grip strength, age and grip strength were positively correlated, and age and hand dexterity were negatively correlated. These results may contribute to the development of children's hand function and the fusion approach.

본 연구는 20대 성인 손의 감각에 감각입력 훈련시 장악력과 기민성 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 훈련군에서 대조군보다 장악력 및 기민성과 감각역치의 높은 상승률을 나타냈다. 감각입력훈련이 대뇌겉질의 감각수용영역의 크기를 확대시켜 체성 감각시스템의 민감도를 향상시켜 기민성과 감각 향상을 높인 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 근력운동과 감각입력 사이의 적절한 상황 판단을 통한 효율적 사용을 추천한다.

This study was carried out to identify the factors which correlated with upper limb function after stroke and to analyze the effect of related factors on upper limb function. The 100 stroke patients(MMSE-K>24) were participated. The upper limb function according to gender, hand dominance, stroke type, affected location, site of paralysis, speech disorder showed no significant difference, and show significant difference according to shoulder subluxation. The upper limb muscle strength(Manual Muscle Testing), proprioception, muscle tone(Modified Ashworth Scale), grip strength(Dynamometer), paint (Visual Analog Scale) showed significant correlations with upper limb function. These predictors explained 77.6% of the upper limb function and the most significant affecting factor of upper limb function was upper limb muscle strength. In conclusion, the upper limb muscle strengthening will be effective strategy to improving the upper limb function and considering the proprioception, muscle tone, grip strength, pain, subluxation will be helpful to develop the strategies.

스마트폰 열풍이 세간에 뜨거운 관심을 받고 있던 즈음에 스마트 TV라는 다소 생소한 단어가 IT업계를 술렁이게 하고 있다. 거대 기업 애플과 구글이 전세계의 스마트폰과 스마트TV에 대한 장악력을 높이고 있고, 이에 맞서 국내에서는 삼성과 LG가 가세하여 스마트 기기에 대한 플랫폼 및 콘텐츠 지배력을 가지고 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 유무선망이 통합되고 콘텐츠의 융합화가 가속화되면서, 개별 서비스 단위에서 융합서비스로 트렌드가 변화하고 있으며, 스마트 TV도 모바일과의 연계를 통해 웹 서비스 및 소셜 네트워크와 융합된 다양한 콘텐츠를 제공하려는 추세이다. 스마트TV는 단순 TV서비스에서 모바일과 연계하여 N-스크린 서비스로 발전하고 있고, 플랫폼에 대한 경쟁력이 약한 국내 기업의 경우에는 플랫폼 경쟁력을 강화하면서 동시에 서비스의 차별화를 통해 경쟁력을 갖추어 야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships with physical activity and depression and body function in elderly. Methods: Total 79 elderly(over 65years old) were participated in this study. A Korean Form of Geriatric Depression Scale(KGDS), Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE-K), Jebsen hand function test, dynamometer, five time sit-up test were used to measure the depression and cognition, body function(hand function, grasp power, lower extremity strength). Results: Physical activity participated group shows higher in the body function and lower in the depression than non participated group. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that the physical activity is helpful to indicate and manage the depression and body function in elderly.

현재까지 DPSS 레이저는 저출력 고체레이저 시장을 완전히 장악한 단계이며, 중$\cdot$저 출력이 요구되는 레이저 마킹기시장에서의 점유율을 매우 빠른 속도로 늘려가고 있다. 따라서 섬광등 여기 레이저가 차지하던 Kw급의 대출력 시장 또한 DPSS레이저가 빠르게 대체해 나갈 것으로 보인다.

최근의 물류환경은 유통시장의 개방과 세계시장의 단일화로 국제적인 경쟁환경에 노출되어 글로벌화와 정보화 경쟁이 가속화되고 있으며 국내적으로는 대형 유통업체의 공격적인 마케팅 전개로 중소유통업체의 생존권을 위협하고 있다. 또한 물류부문의 아웃소싱화 추세가 증가하고 있으며 대형소매점 위주의 유통구조재편과 편의점들간의 규모의 경쟁 추구에 따른 지역상권 장악이 가속화되어 중소물류업체들의 경쟁력이 급속히 하락하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 대형할인점 위주의 대형 유통업체가 상당부분의 지역상권을 장악해가고 있지만 중소유통업체들은 여전히 구매력과 판매력이 미흡한 상황이며 유통 물류체계 또한 대기업 위주의 편향적인 구조로 되어 있어 상대적으로 영세하고 정보화가 취약한 중소물류업체들의 공도물류사업을 통한 가격경쟁력 강화 등의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 합리적인 유통 물류시스템구축이 필요한 실정이다. 그리고 전국 유통 물류시설의 기능들이 상호 연계되지 못하여 상호 중복되고 본래의 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 등 유통 물류시스템의 정보화, 체계화가 미흡한 상황에서 중소유통 물류공동화의 대안으로서 공동도매물류센터가 필요하며 이를 통해 유통 물류시설간의 전국 네트워크화를 실시하고 공동구매, 공동판매 및 조직화 등을 통해 시너지효과가 발휘될 수 있는 중소물류산업에 대한 활성화 방안의 모색이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

중국은 5년 단위의 경제발전 계획을 수립하여 취약한 환경부문에 대규모의 예산을 투입하여 도시생활 오수처리, 탈황시설 설치, 고체폐기물 처리 등의 환경분야 개선 작업을 진행 중이다. 현재 환경산업분야의 선진국들은 자금력과 기술력으로 중국 환경보호시장을 장악하고 있어 후발주자인 국내 환경업체의 진출이 시급한 상황이다. 중국의 환경시장은 기술력부족으로 인하여 해외기업들의 우수기술이 필요한 상황이며 중국기업과의 협력진출이 가장 큰 관건으로 중국기업과의 공동프로젝트 진행 기술합작 등이 필요한 실정이다. 중국의 환경정책, 시장진출전략 및 환경보전협회의 역할과 노력에 대한 주요 내용을 살펴보고자 한다.
