The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Consciousness of biomedical ethics on Nursing professionalism on Attitudes of organ transplantation among nursing students. Data were collected among 202 nursing students in G,P city, from october 12 to 22, 2021. The collected data was analyzed a using t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 20.0 WIN program. The average score for Consciousness of biomedical ethics was 3.39±0.44, Nursing professionalism was 3.84±0.56 and Attitudes of organ transplantation was 3.67±0.25. Factors Influencing Attitudes of organ transplantation were Right to life of newborn, Euthanasia, Social recognition, Professionalism of nursing and Role of nursing service. These variables accounted for 52.4% of Attitudes of organ transplantation. Based on the outcome of this study, developing an education program related to organ transplantation to contribute to the activation of organ transplantation.

This paper studies the outlier detection method for multivariate long memory time series. The existing outlier detection methods are based on a short memory VARMA model, so they are not suitable for multivariate long memory time series. It is because higher order of autoregressive model is necessary to account for long memory, however, it can also induce estimation instability as the number of parameter increases. To resolve this issue, we propose outlier detection methods based on the VHAR structure. We also adapt the robust estimation method to estimate VHAR coefficients more efficiently. Our simulation results show that our proposed method performs well in detecting outliers in multivariate long memory time series. Empirical analysis with stock index shows RVHAR model finds additional outliers that existing model does not detect.

The purpose of this study was attempted to determine the effect of nursing professionalism and self-leadership on long-term work intentions for graduated nursing students. The subjects of this study were 217 graduated nursing students located in W city, and a structured questionnaire was used for the data collection period from November 29 to December 3, 2021. For data analysis, frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression using SAS 9.4 program. As a result of the study, the biggest influence factors on the long-term work intention of graduated nursing students were nursing professionalism and major satisfaction, followed by career planning, and explanatory power was 34.3%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and operate various programs in the field of nursing education in order to improve the long-term intention of nursing students in graduation year. However, this study is meaningful in that it provided basic data to improve the long-term work intentions of nursing students in graduation year after identifying the level of long-term work intentions and checking factors affecting them.

This study was aimed at providing how to improve the service quality of home care workers, particularly through investigating their job stress and job satisfaction. Participants were randomly sampled persons who were living in P city and simultaneously serving as home care workers at the time of the study. This research conducted a self-reported questionnaire survey of them over one month of May 2021. Of collected data, responses from 130 of the participants were finally analyzing here using SPSS and PROCESS macro model 4. As a result, it was found that home care workers' job stress had no direct effect on their service quality, but had an indirect influence on it via job satisfaction. This means that the higher those workers are in job stress, the less they are in job satisfaction, ultimately having a negative impact on their service quality. Based on these findings, this study suggested some ways to raise home care workers' service quality.

This paper presents the analytical method for the long-term behavior of simply supported composite beams with precast decks prestressed in the longitudinal direction. The objectives of time-dependent analysis are to estimate losses of prestress on the concrete slab and long-term deflection due to creep and shrinkage of concrete, relaxation of prestressing steel. Also, the time-dependent analysis was carried out using the presented analytical method to evaluate the effects of several parameters on the long-term behavior of composite bridge with precast deck, including geometrical shapes of composite beams, compressive strength of concrete and magnitude of initial prestress. The results of the analysis indicated that, in the effects of geometrical shapes of composite beams, the main parameters affecting the losses of prestress and the long-term deflection were the cross sectional area and the moment of inertia of steel beam, respectively. Finally, the determination method for the required initial prestress was proposed by evaluation of the loss characteristics due to shrinkage and creep of concrete.
