This study was conducted to elucidate extraction efficiency by microwave in comparison with Soxhlet for extraction of pesticide residues in dried medical herbs; red-ginseng, white-ginseng, Bupleuri Radix, Angelica gigas Nakai, Rehmannia glutinosa. The acetone extraction by microwave of tolclofos-methyl and quintozene in medical herbs was efficient. The extraction efficiency by microwave with power 45 to 150 watts, extraction time 1 to 5 minutes and solvent volume 30 ml was compared with that of Soxhlet with extraction time 7 hours and solvent volume 150 ml. The extraction efficiency by microwave with extraction time 3 to 5 minutes was similar with extraction time of 7 hours by Soxhlet. When medical herbs spiked with tolclofos-methyl and quintozene was analyzed to how the extraction efficiency of microwave by kind of medical herbs, the extraction efficiency by microwave with extraction time of 3 to 5 minutes was the same as Soxhlet extraction. The optimal condition for extraction of tolclofos-methyl and quintozene in medical herbs by microwave was 45 to 90 watts of power supply, 3 to 5 minutes of extraction time and acetone 30 ml of solvent volume.
This study performed a trichlorfon (TCF) residue and pharmacokinetic analysis with Japanese eels, Anguilla japonica, to obtain baseline data to establish the maximum residue level (MRL) of TCF in A. japonica. After dipping A. japonica in 30 ppm and 150 ppm of TCF at 28℃ and 18℃, drug residue in the body was analyzed with LC-MS/MS, and these results were further analyzed with the PK solver program to obtain the pharmacokinetic parameters of TCF in the serum, muscles, and liver. The maximum concentrations (Cmax) in the serum, muscles, and liver were 25.87-357.42, 129.91-1043.73, and 40.47-375.20, respectively, and the time to maximum concentration (Tmax) was 0.13-1.32h, 1.17-3.34h, and 0.14-5.40h, respectively. The terminal elimination half-life (T1/2) was 2.13-3.92h, 5.30-10.35h, and 0.65-13.81h, respectively. In the 30 mg/L concentration group, TCF was not detected in the serum of eels 96 hours after bathing, and was below the detection limit after 336 hours in muscle and liver. On the other hand, in the 150 mg/L concentration group, TCF was not detected in the serum of eels 336 hours after bathing, but was detected in muscle and liver at 336 hours. In conclusion, the results of this study would be useful in establishing the MRL of TCF in farmed A. japonica.
Residual stress is developed in the injection molded articles during the molding process due to temperature variation and shear stress. The residual stress causes the deformation and warpage in the injection molded parts shortly within several days or after several years. Therefore, the injection molding conditions should be optimized to reduce the residual stress. And residual stress in the part should be also relaxed after molding process to maintain its shape. According to the annealing conditions, such as relative humidity, temperature and time, this study investigates the relaxation of residual stress generated in the transparent injection molded specimens. Through the experimental results, it was realized that the residual stress was relaxed at a relative humidity higher than 50%. Utilizing photoelasticity equipment, it was found that the residual stress was rapidly relaxed near glass transition temperature. Additionally, we recognized that the specimen shrunk along the flow direction but expanded to the perpendicular direction of the flow during the annealing processes, which resulted in the warpage of the specimen.

잔류 주파수 오프셋을 보상할 때에는 ADC/DAC의 SFO(sampling frequency offset)도 추정하여 잔류 CFO와 동시에 보상하게 된다.

Distribution of fenitrothion in rice plants were measured 15.32 ppm attached to the leaf surface immediately after spray and 6.73 ppm was penetrated into tissues after 24 hours. 2. Residual amounts of fenitrothion in rice grains was 0.04 ppm at chaff and 0.01 ppm at unpolished rice, respectively.
Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) is known as a more environmental-friendly process with economic advantages in terms of less time, less solvent, less energy and less waste than the current reflux method that is time-consuming. MAE was applied to extract three pesticides (quintozene, tolclofos-methyl and procymidone) from ginseng in a pesticide residue analysis and eliminate pesticide contaminants from ginseng prior to production of the ginseng extracts. The optimal conditions for pesticide extraction from ginseng were 50% in power (150 watts), 2 minutes, 20 mL hexane and 2.0 g sample. The results of optimal conditions were compared with those of Soxhlet method (7 hours, 150 mL hexane). The recoveries between two methods were almost same while time and amount of solvent used in MAE were significantly decreased in comparing with those in the Soxhlet methods. When the 45% ethyl alcohol as a extraction solvent was applied to eliminate pesticides from ginseng prior to the production of the ginseng extracts, it was found that 100% quintozene, 69% tolclofos-methyl and 83% procymidone were eliminated from ginseng. The data showed that MAE may be used to eliminate pesticide contaminants in ginseng prior to making the ginseng extracts.

The residue levels of flonicamid and its metabolites, 4-(trifluoromethyl)nicotinic acid (TFNA) and N-4-(trifluoromethyl)nicotinoyl glycine (TFNG) in sweer pepper were investigated to examine the residual characteristics of analytes for 87 days after pesticide application. The pesticide was applied once at recommended dosage and double dosage by foliar sprays and the samples of fruits and leaves of sweet pepper were collected for each treatment. The residues of flonicamid in all of fruits and leaves decreased gradually over time, while the residue levels of TFNG metabolite exhibited tendency that increased for long periods and thereafter decreased. Total flonicamid residual concentrations containing metabolites residues in fruit samples increased consistently until 30 days post-application and higher residue levels than residues at 1 day post-application were detected from 30 day to 87 day after treatment. The residue pattern observed in fruit could be explained by the movement of TFNG from leaves to fruits of plant. Such residual characteristic was similarly found in samples treated both recommended dosage and double dosage.
