Mutual growth limitation was observation when the two antagonistic fungi was come in contact with each other. Brown line was formed 2day after contact with Trichoderma spp., and then, green spores formed overnight. The laccase activity of L. edodes was stimulated when this fungus wsa co-incubated with Trichoderma spp. for a few days in liquid media. In sawdust-rice bran nixtures, outstanding broun line developed when the two antagonistic fungi co-cultured. The pH of the substrates changed from 5.5 to 4.5 after overgrowth, suggesting a difference in the degradation ability and the preference of the two fungi for the lignocellulose material.

GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter in central nervous system and produce sedative, antianxiety and muscle reaxing effects via $GABA_A$ receptor or $GABA_B$ receptor. Recently it is known that GABA is widely distributed throughout peripheral organs and may playa physiological role in certain organ. The vas deferens is innervated by species-difference. These study, therefore, was performed to investigate the mode and the mechanism of action of GABA on the norepiniphrine-, ATP- and electric stimulation-induced contraction of vas deferens of rat. Sprague-Dawley rats were sacrificed by cervical dislocation. The smooth muscle strips were isolated from the prostastic portion and were mounted in the isolated muscle bath. PSS in the bath was aerated with 95/5%-$O_2/CO_2$ at $33^{\circ}C$. Muscle tensions were measured by isometric tension transducer and were recorded by biological recording system. 1. GABA, muscimol, a $GAB_A$ agonist, and baclofen, a $GABA_B$ agonist inhibited the electric field stimulation(EFS, 0.2Hz, 1mSec, 80 V, monophasic square wave)-induced contraction with a rank order of potency of GABA greater than baclofen greater than muscimol. 2. The inhibitory effect of GABA was antagonized by delta aminovaleric acid(DAVA), a $GABA_B$ antagonist, but not by bicuculline, a $GABA_A$ mtagonist. 3. The inhibitory effect of baclofen was antagonized by DAVA, but the effect of muscimol was not antagonized by bicuculline. 4. Exogenous norepinephrine(NE) and ATP contracted muscle strip concentration dependently, but the effect of acetylcholine was negligible : and GABA did not affect the NE-and ATP-induced contractions. 5. GABA, baclofen and muscimol did not affect basal tone, and GABA did not affect the NE-and ATP-induced contractionsm 6. EFS-induced contraction was including 2 distinctable components. The first phasic component was inhibited by beta gamma-methylene ATP(mATP), a desensitizing agent of APT receptor and the second tonic component was reduced by pretreatment of reserpine(3 mg/Kg, IP). 7. GABA inhibited the EFS-induced contraction of reserpinized strips, but not the mATP-treated strips. These results suggest that in the prostatic portion of the rat vas deferens, adrenergic and purinergic neurotransmissions are exist, and GABA inhibits the release of ATP via presynaptic $GABA_B$ receptor on the excitatory neurons.

유역에서 나타나는 수문학적인 작용과 사회가 이에 대응하는 과정에서 발생하는 사회수문학적 상호작용을 이해하고자 하는 연구가 지속적으로 진행되고 있으나, 주로 개념적으로 정성적인 분석에 그치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 홍수-경제-기반시설로 구성되는 시스템의 동적거동을 정량적으로 평가하기 위하여 미분방정식 기반의 동적해석시스템을 제시하고 이를 수치해석적으로 해석할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 즉, 제내지에서 인간의 활동, 제내지에서 거주지 확장 및 쇠퇴 등 사회수문학적 관점에서 인문 시스템과 수문 시스템 사이 상호작용을 연구하고 범람원의 동적 변화에 미치는 영향의 개념화 모형과 함께 수치해석적 접근 방법을 제시하였다. 양재천 사례를 중심으로 사회기반시설로서 제방을 고려하였으며, 제방에 투자되는 비용에 따라 세 가지 시나리오로 나눠 양재천의 홍수위험도와 지역사회의 사회수문학적 변화를 모의하였다. 본 연구 방법과 결과로 사회수문학 연구의 중요성을 보여줌으로써 추후 사회수문학의 연구 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

Fresh ground pork was irradiated with the electron beam(3.0 and 5.0 kGy) using 2 different conveyer speeds (10 and 20 ㎐), respectively, in order to determine the effect of conveyer speeds on the development of lipid oxidation and microbial stability. During refrigerated storage, the development of lipid oxidation decreased significantly (p<0.05) with the increase in the electron beam conveyer speed from 10 to 20 ㎐. The ground pork with electron beam inhibited the growth of total aerobic bacteria and mesophiles. The inhibitory effect increased when the electron beam dose increased from 0 to 5.0 kGy. The finding that higher speed(20 ㎐) of electron beam had some antioxidative effect is very promising, however, other means to control the lipid oxidation must also be employed to fully utilize the sterilization effect of electron beam in ground pork.

최근 들어 인터넷과 관련한 정보통신기술의 발전은 모든 산업환경을 변화시키고 있고, 조선 산업에서도 설계 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서 새로운 설계 패러다임을 선박설계 과정에 적용하고 있다. 현재 차도선을 설계하는 설계사무소의 경우 전문 설계인력이 부족함과 동시에 설계 과정은 동일한 작업이 반복적으로 수작업을 통해 이루어지고 있는 상태이다. 이러한 수작업의 반복은 설계 과장에서 에러를 발생시키고 각 설계 단계별로 발생하는 설계 데이터의 에러로 인해 설계생산성을 저하시키는 요인으로 작용될 수 있다. 따라서 본 시스템 개발은 초기설계 과정을 전산프로그램화 하여 초기설계 단계에서의 설계정보 데이터의 정확성을 높여 설계생산성을 향상시키고 또한 이 프로그램을 인터넷 기반으로 제공하여 분산된 환경에서도 다른 설계 전문가들이 함께 참여 할 수 있게 해 설계 정보를 동시에 공유하여 원격지에서도 설계자가 원하는 자료를 검색할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 기반을 통한 차도선의 초기설계 프로그램의 핵심을 이루는 인터넷 기반 구현 방법에 대해 소개하고 특히 인터넷 환경에서 차도선의 초기설계 프로그램을 통해 설계정보의 교환 및 공유를 원활하게 구현하는 시스템을 개발하는데 있다.

Today is the Information age which Internet service acts a most important Information Source. So the Power Line Communication has been achieved to offer Internet service for Last-Mile area. And Research is achieved to frequence range from 30MHz to 80MHz for High-speed communication service. But, Power Line is not suitable for communication, So, electric wave is generated from flow of communication information. And the electric wave is interfered with Wireless Communication Service using the same frequence range. In this paper, a Notch Filter for reduce of interference between Power Line Communication and Wireless Communication Service is proposed. The proposed emulator is developed using TMS320C6416T DSP board of Texas Instruments.

In this paper, we calculated a 3 steps and 8 steps dynamic Notch Filter to consider the bandwidth of interference signals based on ETSI standard for reduce of interference between Power Line Communication and Wireless Communication Service. And we applied a Notch Filter and verified the application performance from Spectrum and BER.

We have studied the paramagnetic $CuF_{2}$ using the techniques of pulsed nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR). The powder sample revealed two well-separated lines from the distinct $^{19}F$ sites at room temperature and at 77 K. The distinct frequency shifts of the two lines appear to arise from electron transfers. Furthermore, the two sites have very short spin-lattice relaxation times ($T_{1}$). The frequency-shifted site has the shorter $T_{1}$ than the unshifted one, reflecting the difference of the electron environments of the two sites.

Difficulties in treating chronic prostatitis cause physical pain and mental problems not only for the treating doctor, but also for the patient. Accordingly, the device of the present research was developed to help patients suffering from prostate symptoms due to the vibration effect of shock wave energy caused by thermal and mechanical interaction of the external shock wave. The purpose of this study is to provide an effective treatment means for prostatitis and BPH(Benign prostatic hyperplasia) by devising an extracorporeal shockwave therapy device that effectively applies the heat and vibration effects of concentrated energy by MCU and spiral coil module.

곤충애 있어서 호르몬의 작용기작과 그 이용에 관하여 요야하면 다음과 같다. 곤충호르몬에는중추신경계의 신경분비세포에서 합성, 분비되는 peptide의 neuropeptide hormone (PTTH, bombyxin, diapause hormone등)이 있고, 상피계의 내분비선에서 합성, 분비되는 sesquiterpene의 유약호르몬 ( juvenile hormone)과 steroid의 탈피호르몬 (ecdysone)이 있다. 곤충호르몬은 특정한 표족세포에 있는 수용체와 높은 특이성과 높은 친화성을 가지고 결합해서 세포의 작용을 조절한다. 일반적으로 peptide hormone은 표적세포의의 세포막을 통과할 수 없으므로 표적세포의 막표면에 있는 수용체와 결합하는 것에 의해 세포내 대사제를 활성화시킴으로서 peptide hormone의 특이적인 발현이되는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 한편, ecdysone과 같은 steriod hormone이나 juvenlie hormone은 표적세포의 세포막을 용이하게 통과할수 있으므로 세포내의 세포막을 용이하게 통과할 수 있으므로 세포내로 들어가 수용체와 결합해서 hormone-receptor comlpex는 핵내로 들어가 DNA의 특이적인 영역에 결합하므로서 이들 호르몬 특이적인 기능이 발현되는 것으로 알려져 있다. Ecodysone의 활성이 있는 ecdysteroid가 여러 식물에서 발견되고 있어, 금후 양잠의 상족에 이용이 기대되고 있다. 또한, 향유약호르몬(AJH) 활성물지인 imidazole계 화합물은 양잠에 있어서 세섬도고치 생산에 그 이용이 기대되고 있다.
