Factors Influencing on the Field Education Outcomes and Professional Identity of Social Welfare in Cyber University and Ordinary University Students (사이버대학생과 일반대학생의 사회복지 현장실습성과 및 전문직 정체성에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to find intervention strategies of university and social welfare agency through analysis of factors influencing on field education outcomes and professional identity of social welfare in cyber university and ordinary university students. The major findings are as follows. First, the degree of field education outcome in cyber university students is higher than ordinary university ones. Second, supervision and university element are meaningful factors to constituent variables of field education outcomes in participants, but major satisfaction is only important for ordinary university students. Third, professional identity is related to major satisfaction, supervision, and university element in cyber university students. But university element hasn't influence on professional identity in ordinary university students. Therefore, supervisors have to give systematic instruction and do clear role model. Universities make an effort to improve major satisfaction and the quality as a pre-social worker.

ROTC's Leadership Effectiveness and Its Influence Factors (학군사관후보생(ROTC)의 리더십 유효성과 영향요인)

  • Weapon, command, and communication system have been continually developed in the Korean military since last several decades. However, it is always asked to make a more effort on improving the ability of combat capability through people in order to achieve and maximize military power. In terms of improving the battlefield leadership, this research focused on ROTC(Reserve Officers'Training Corps), because the training junior officers lays a great foundation on basic strength of the military. This study theoretically and empirically examined the ROTC's quality and effectiveness of leadership. The proposed research model and hypotheses are mainly composed of four factors: personality, esprit de corps, and professionalism as independent variables; leadership effectiveness as a dependent variable. The empirical result revealed that esprit de corps, professionalism, and personality have a meaningful influence on leadership effectiveness. It is suggested that an ongoing training and education program of leadership for ROTC should be applied for achieving a better leadership effectiveness on the battlefield.

A Study on the Job Aptitudity of Fashion Salesperson (패션 판매원의 직무적합성에 관한 연구)

  • The importance of emotional factors like as product aesthetics, branding strategies and service quality is increasing in today's marketplace. At the point of fashion product purchases, emotional factor is mainly related to personal selling. Rasearches related to job aptitudity of fashion salesperson are necessary as their role becoming more serious. This study was designed (1) to determine factors of job aptitudity of fashion salesperson; and (2) to examine relations between job aptitudity of fashion salesperson and other variables: demographics, job statistics, fashion involvement fashion innovativeness, ongoing information searching and job satisfaction. As a result, job aptitudty of fashion salesperson was determined into six dimensions by factor analysis: product knowledge, professionalism, involvement to the present profession, marketing cooperator, customer orientation and self management. Marketing cooperator and product knowledge was relatively !ow compared to other aptitudity factors. This finding suggests that the special education programs including textile/fashion product knowledge and value of field information for fashion salesperson is needed to enhance the integrated fashion marketing. The job aptitudity of salesperson was correlated with fashion involvement, fashion innovativeness, ongoing information searching, and job satisfaction. The job aptitudity-related scales which showed significant relation to job aptitudity in this study could be used as the index to examine the job aptitudity of potential employees of fashion retail company.

Development of Measurement Tools for Success and Failure Factors of Education and Training of Korean Bodyguard

  • This study was conducted for the purpose of developing a measurement tool for success and failure factors of education and training of Korean bodyguards. conducted a meeting from the fully open questionnaire at first, and then formed the semi-structured questionnaire, finally carried out the survey from the closed questionnaire and analyzed data from SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0 and developed the measurements. It was conducted from May, 2019 to December, 2019. This survey was conducted of 150 security guards after the verification of the content validity though the pilot survey and presented the success attribution factors and standards on the basis of the result form this survey. As a result, the success factors of the training of the bodyguards were accidental education (5 item), vocational mental education (2 item), vocational mental education (2 item), work ability enhancement education (2 item), realistic practical education (2 item) ), Including 4 items, 11 items, The failure factors consisted of 12 item of three factors: formal education and training (5 item), lack of leadership qualities (4 item), and lack of education (3 item).

Effects of Articulator-distance and Tense in Phonological Awareness in Korean: The case of Korean Infants and Toddlers (한국어 음운인식에서의 조음거리와 긴장성 자질의 특성 연구: 영·유아를 중심으로)

  • This study tried to investigate the differences between auditory preferences for a discrimination study of minimal pairs with the different onset and the same nucleus of a syllable on the basis of articulator-distance in case of Korean infants and toddlers. As a result we found a main effect for articulator-distance and age but not an effect according to the types of phonation especially in terms of tense. Former results are line with the previous studies having reported the order of consonants acquisition based on the places of articulation suggesting that more sensitive responses for the contiguous and different phonemes may lead earlier acquisition for the same place of articulation of the speech sounds. Specifically, bilabial soudns are followed by alveolar and palatal sounds in order. The latter results also showed that tense consonants got a high rate of recognition beside lax consonants according to the age and sex.

  • 전국 항만에 VTS 시스템이 설치되고, 또한 최근 승선경험이 있는 항해사들이 해상교통관제사로 근무하면서 관제구역 내의 해양사고는 꾸준히 감소하는 추세이다. 그러나 관제사별로 승선경험을 살펴보면 1종 내지 3종 내외의 한정된 선종 승선경력을 보유하고 있으며, 이는 현장에서 다양한 선종에 대한 관제를 시행함에 있어 관제사별로 관제기법과 관제역량의 차이를 가져오는 원인중의 하나라고 생각된다. 또한 관제의사 결정과정에 있어서도 최적의 관제의사 도출을 어렵게 만드는 요인이 아닐까 한다. 여기에서는 관제사의 자질 및 역량강화를 위해 개인별로 한정된 승선경력을 보완할 수 있는 방법의 하나로서 모든 선종 교육의 필요성과 함께 교육의 방법 및 기대효과에 대하여서도 고찰해 보고자 한다.

  • 국내외 주요 연구내용들을 정리해 보면 창업보육센터(BI: Business Incubator)의 실태조사를 통한 활성화 및 발전방안에 대한 연구와 BI의 성공요인으로서 매니저의 역량에 대한 연구가 주류를 이루고 있다. 이 중에서 BI 매니저의 역할과 자질에 대한 탐색적 그리고 학술적 논의가 이루어지고 있으나 BI 매니저에 대한 입주업체의 요구역량과 실제 보육역량을 비교 분석한 선행연구가 없었다. 본 논문은 BI 매니저의 보육역량과 입주기업이 요구하는 필요역량을 비교 분석하여 BI에서 근무하는 매니저의 역량을 강화하기 위한 운영정책 내지는 교육프로그램에 반영하고자 한다.

The Effect of Early Childhood Educational Institute Directors of Attributes for Selecting Physical Education Institutes for Preschooler on Relationship Quality and Loyalty (유아교육기관장의 유아체육교육기관에 대한 선택속성이 관계품질 및 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to find out the effect of attributes for selecting physical education institutions for preschooler by the director of early childhood education institutions on relationship quality and loyalty. The subjects were 254 directors of early childhood education institutions, which offer visiting physical education of physical education institutions for preschooler located in Busan and Gyeongnam Province, using convenience sampling method. 244 questionnaires of them were used for analysis. First, among attributes for selecting physical education institutions for preschooler recognized by the directors of early childhood education institutions, instructors qualification and the image of the institution had a positive influence on relationship satisfaction and all the four variables of early childhood education institutions directors' attributes had a positive effect on relationship trust. Second, among the four variables of attributes for selecting physical education institutions for preschooler recognized by the directors of early childhood education institutions, instructors qualification, tuition fee, and the image of the institution had a positive influence on loyalty. Third, both the two variables of relationship quality of the director of early childhood education institutions toward preschool physical education institutions had a positive influence on loyalty.

A Study on the Difference between the Importance-Performance of Parents' Perception in an ICT Environment for Young Children (가정에서의 올바른 유아 ICT 활용환경에 관해 부모들이 인식하는 중요도와 실행도 간의 차이 분석)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the difference between the Importance-Performance of parents' perception in an Information and Communication Technology(ICT) environment for young children. The researchers reviewed the literature looking at activating factors in an ICT setting such as young children, teachers, parents, physical environment, social support and administrative supports. As a result of Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) matrix participating with 459 parents, it was noted that the young children, physical environment and administrative support factors are the most crucial in activating ICT environment at home. This implies that fostering individual children's ICT ability is required as soon as possible to access the right information and to work on line certainly for their future.
