  • 전기 에너지가 우리 생활에 유용하게 사용되는 부분이 정말 많다. 최근에는 자전거 열풍이 불면서 덩달아 전동 자전거 업계에도 호황이 일고 있는데, 21C 기후 변화와 환경오염, 교통체증 등의 문제해결을 위한 저탄소 녹색성장의 인식 전환으로 전동 자전거 이용이 늘어나고 있다. 이는 전동 자전거도 전기 에너지가 사용되고 있다 점이다. 하지만 이런 장점을 가지고 있는 전동 자전거를 많은 사람들이 구입하지 못하는 이유가 있다. 대부분의 이유가 '집에 자전거 1대씩 가지고 있는데, 굳이 비싼 돈을 주고 전동 자전거를 구입해야하나?' 라는 생각을 가지게 된다. 또 다른 이유로는 기존의 전동 자전거가 탈 부착 형식이 아닌 일체형으로 나오기 때문에 다른 신제품의 전동 자전거가 나온다면 기존의 전동 자전거의 부품을 사용하지 못 하고 새로운 자전거를 사야 한다는 단점 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 탈 부착이 가능한 전기 자전거 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

  • 최근 자전거의 활용범위가 출퇴근뿐만 아니라, 친환경 헬스케어 부각으로 자전거 타는 것에 많이 이용되고 있는 실정이다. 근래 몇 년 사이에 정부에서도 자전거 전용도로를 도시외각뿐만 아니라 자전거로 출퇴근 이용자들을 위해 안전하게 운행할 수 있도록 자전거 전용도로를 전국에 확대설치 하여 자전거 보급을 확대 하고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내에 많이 보급되어 있는 자전거는 대부분이 외국에서 반제품이 수입되어 국내에서 완제품으로 조림하여 판매되는 제품들이 주를 이루고 있으며, 자전거 부품 중에도 최근 외국에서 개발이 진행되고 있는 전자변속기 또한 외국의 기술들이 도입되어 제품들이 출시되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 외국의 기술적 우위로 인하여 한국의 자전거 산업발전에 어려움이 많은 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 리니어모터를 이용하여 디지털 전동 변속기를 개발 하여, 변속의 신속성, 정확성을 확보하면서, 동시에 외국의 기술적 장벽을 넘고자 한다. 현행 자전거 뒤 변속기의 정확한 변위위치 확보하기 위하여 자전거 핸들에 장착되어 있는 변속레버를 디지털화 하여, 변속을 제어하게 되면 뒤쪽에 설치되어 있는 리니어모터를 위치 제어함으로써 가이드 샤프트 피치에 의하여 변속위치가 정밀하게 제어 할 수 있는 전동 변속기 제어시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Nowadays, most people have been using a bicycle as a transportation or exercise. The bicycle is so indispensable to the public means of transportation. The demand of the bicycle is increasing since one is becoming advancement more and more. We propose a smart bicycle that can controls the individual parts of the bicycle by smart phone. This paper verifies and validates the problem and the advanced direction after confirming the smart phone's public bicycle to learn about market trends and the analysis of future prospects. Based on the analyzed contents of the problem and improving the direction, we implement public bicycle system with smart bicycle. The implementation of the proposed method shows the available and the effective system with the promote public health by cycling and contributing to the domestic bicycle industry.

  • The core activities of a bicycle manufacturer are design, engineering analysis, and manufacturing. Therefore, it is important to develop a configuration design system for bicycles in order to automate the design process and facilitate the use of design data in engineering analysis and manufacturing. In this paper, we present a method to develop a bicycle configuration design system based on the part-shape information model. The proposed method enables the construction of a CAD library using modeling functions with equations and parameters that are common to most 3D mechanical CAD systems. Furthermore, the part-shape information model ensures the independence between the configuration design system and the library, making it possible to extend the CAD library flexibly without changing the system architecture.

  • With the continuing demand for lightweight bicycles, carbon fiber composite materials have been widely used in manufacturing bicycle frames and components. Unlike general isotropic materials, the structural characteristics of composite materials are strongly influenced by the staking directions and sequences of composite laminates. Thus, to verify the design process of bicycles manufactured using composites, structural analysis is considered essential. In this study, a carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) bicycle frame was designed and its structural behavior was investigated using finite element analysis (FEA). By measuring the failure indices of the fiber and matrix under various stacking sequences and loading conditions, the effect of the stacking condition of composite laminates on the strength of the bicycle structure was examined. In addition, the structural safety of the bicycle frame can be enhanced by reinforcing weak regions prone to failure using additional composite laminates.

다구찌 기법을 활용한 자전거 핸들 바의 최적 설계

  • In this paper, the study of the optimum design for a geometry of the handle bar to obtain a high stiffness and light weight is investigated, using EDISON simulation program. High stiffness and weight lightening are considered as the major performance indicators of the component of the bicycle. Four design factors and three levels of the design factors are selected for the structural optimization and experiments are designed using the orthogonal array of L9 by Taguchi method. We calculated SN ratio of larger-the-better and smaller-the-better characteristics from FEA results and analysed the effects of design factors on characteristics. We choosed the optimum level of design factors based on deflection and safety factor. Comparing the results of FE analysis with converted value of predicted SN ration, we made sure for reliability of Taguchi method and FE method for structural optimization.

  • Recently, IoT technology has great attention and plays a key role in 4th industrial revolution in order to design customized products and services. Additive Manufacturing (AM) is applied to fabricate IoT sensor directly or IoT sensor embedded structure. Also, design methods for AM are developing to consolidate various parts of IoT devices. Part consolidation leads to assembly time and cost reduction, reliability improvement, and lightweight. Therefore, a design method was proposed to guide designers to consolidate parts. The design method helps designers to define product architecture that consists of functions and function-part relations. The product architecture is converted to a network graph and then Girvan Newman algorithm is applied to cluster the graph network. Parts in clusters are candidates for part consolidation. To demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed design method, a case study was performed with e-bike fabricated by additive manufacturing.

  • This paper presents some of the methods used to incorporate the parts constituting a product. A new relation function concept and its structure are introduced to analyze the relationships of component parts. This relation function has three types of information, which can be used to establish a relation function structure. The relation function structure of the analysis criteria was established to analyze and present the data. The priority components determined by the analysis criteria can be integrated. The analysis criteria were divided based on their number and orientation, as well as their direct or indirect characteristic feature. This paper presents a design algorithm for component integration. This algorithm was applied to actual products, and the components inside the product were integrated. Therefore, the proposed algorithm was used to conduct research to improve the brake discs for bicycles. As a result, an improved product similar to the related function structure was actually created.

  • This primary purpose of this study is to suggest strategy a green-logistics strategy of Gwanyang bay area. The Green growth is the new growth concept based on the low carbon and environment-friendly industry. The new paradigm on the global economy growth requests a established logistics industry to be shifted into establishing the environment-friendly green logistics system. Some findings derided from this study are follows: Frist, in order to establish a environment-friendly green growth foundation, it is necessary to attract a green industry such as solar cell, wind force, hybrid car etc. Second, a green logistics system has to be established, including a green port strategy and reducing emission of carbon.
