인터넷 서비스의 확대에 따라 사용자는 많은 웹사이트에 접근해 자원을 활용하게 되었고, 이와 함께 인터넷 보안에 대한 인식도 커지게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 보안 서비스 중 사용자 인증에 대해 연구하였다. 사용자는 시스템 자원을 활용하기 위해서 시스템으로부터 사용 권한을 획득해야 한다. 시스템 사용 권한을 획득하기 위해서 사용자는 ID, 패스워드 등의 사용자 정보를 시스템에 제공해야 한다. 사용자가 시스템 사용 권한을 획득하면, 사용자는 ID와 패스워드를 이용해서 시스템을 이용할 수 있다. 그러나 현재 숫자나 문자로 이루어진 패스워드 입력 값은 인증 받지 않은 사용자에게 도용될 가능성이 높다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 숫자, 문자로 이루어진 패스워드에 입력키의 시간 값을 적용해서 패스워드를 암호화하는 방법에 대해 제시한다.

Knowledge resources are classified with two groups, the records produced by internal parts of company and general information materials from external organizations. Production, acquisition, storage, retrieval and utilization patterns of two groups became similar due to digitization of knowledge resources. And separated RM and IM should be changed integrated management concept. This paper compares RM and IM based on KM governance strategy and several methods to integrate RM and IM. Especially the selection and identification of knowledge resources, information systems to be integrated and the methods of integration and integrators of public enterprises are presented.

특정 신문은 해당 도메인의 언어자원을 구축하는데 필요한 자원이며, 한글과 영어의 괄호를 통해 표현되는 대역어구는 다국어 정보로 언어자원 구축에 이용된다. 그러나, 실제로 신문에서 사용되는 한영대역어의 구성은 한글대역어와 영어약어로 구성된 비율이 80%이상을 보인다. 신문을 대상으로 대역어사전 등을 구축하기 위해서는, 영어양어의 완전한 형태인 영어비약어 정보가 필요하다. 본 논문은 영어비약어 정보를 획득하기 웹검색을 통해 영어비약어를 획득하고, 영어약어를 이용해 영어약어와 영어비약어의 관계를 이용하는 방법을 제안한다.

This paper intends to analyze the roles of regulations and certifications within the construction market that affect the effective recycling and application methods of construction waterproofing industries. Certifications, eco-labels, green certification patents, and new excellent technologies obtained in construction waterproofing industries are studied. In accordance to the study results, it was determined that, a total of 38 items obtained eco-labels with effective recycling as the theme, 10 items with green certifications, and 8 items with New Excellent Technologies. Regarding the types of effective recycled resources, most of them were concerned with composite-polymer(EVA, PVC, etc.) materials, waste tire powder, waste rubber, etc., which indicated that there is a clear limitation in the variety of the materials that are eligible for effective recycling in the construction waterproofing industries.

최근 인터넷의 급성장을 기반으로 유비쿼터스 환경이 도래하면서 다양한 환경요소를 가진 자원들이 네트 워크 상에 공존하다. 이러한 환경에서 적절한 보안 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 자원의 환경정보를 제공하는 컨텍스트(Context)를 기반으로 적절한 보안정책을 결정하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 제공되는 상황정보를 통해 사용자의 선호도, 디바이스의 성능, 서비스의 가치 등 다양한 자원의 환경요소를 획득하여 MAUT와 간결한 휴리스틱스를 이용하여 자원에 적절한 보안 등급을 적응적으로 결정하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 이를 바탕으로 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 보안정책 관리 모델을 제안한다.

한국의 금속광산은 일제시대에 금광산을 중심으로 본격적으로 개발되어 1943년 산금령시에 1,522개 광산이 가행되었다. 최근까지 1990개 광산이 개발된 것으로 알려지고 있으며 2002년 말 현재 7개 광산만이 가행되었다. 1960년대까지 국내 광산은 금, 은 동, 연아연, 철, 중석 등을 중심으로 활발히 가행되어 주요 외화 획득원으로 중요한 위치를 차지하였다. 그 이후 산업발전에 따라 수요는 증가세를 보인 반면 가행광산과 생산량은 매년 감소하여 최근 금속광물자원 자급도는 0.21%로 미미한 수준이며 수요의 대부분을 해외에 의존하고 있다. The SBA Integrated Information system is constructed and operated for scientific and systematic management of Defense information utilizing whole process of weapon system acquisition from requirement institution to operation maintenance. In order to utilize m&s resources actively and effectively in the life cycle of weapon system acquisition, efficient management plans of the SBA integrated Information system is required. As a result of identifying usage on SBA Information system and performance of operation performance measurement, it was defined that establishment of the SBA Integrated Information system process and provision of detailed system are mandatory for activating m&s resource and supporting process of acquisitions. In this study, Defense m&s information system is analyzed and improvement plans of SBA Integrated Information system is provided for efficient operation of SBA integrated Information system.

(1) 21세기 우리나라가 선진국에 진입하여 초일류 국가로 발돋움하기 위해서 반드시 해결해야 할 과제는 지식기반사회로의 성공적인 이행과 디지털 경제 시대에의 능동적인 대응임. (2) 지식기반사회 그리고 디지털 경제시대는 정보와 지식이 가치 창출과 경쟁력의 핵심 원천인 동시에 경제활동의 중심이 되며, 이러한 지식과 정보를 창출 획득, 활용 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 인적자원개발 관리가 국가 발전의 핵심 전략임. (3) 대다수 OECD 회원국에서는 이미 지난 세기말부터 지식기반사회로 이행하기 위한 국가 발전의 핵심 전략으로 인적자원개발 관리에 관심과 정책을 총집결하여 왔으며, 국가 차원의 교육개혁추진과 관련부처의 통폐합 등 인적자원개발 관리체제를 재구축 하였음. (4) 부존자원이 전무하여 사람에 의존할 수밖에 없는 우리나라도 다각적으로 인적자원개발 관리에 관심을 보이고, 정책을 펼쳐왔지만 아직 국가 차원의 인적자원개발 관리체제가 미흡하여 정책의 일관성이 결여되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 곳곳에 인적자원개발 관리의 비효율 비능률이 초래되고 있음.

본 논문에서는 많은 정보로부터 의미 있는 정보를 추출하기 위해 사용되는 정보 검색 시스템에서 이용이 가능한 동의어/유의어 사전을 구축하고 구축된 정보의 평가를 수행하였다. 사용한 자원으로는 미리 구축된 한-영 사전과 영-한사전을 이용하였다. 이들의 사용으로 다른 동의어사전과 달리 보다 많은 유의어 정보를 포함하는 이익을 얻었다. 본 논문의 시스템은 사전을 구축하기 위해 기본 자원을 이용하여 동의어/유의어 후보 목록들을 획득하고, 획득된 정보를 바탕으로 후보 목록의 빈도수와 사전의 위치 정보, 마지막으로 입력 명사 정보를 이용하여 동의어/유의어를 확정한다. 작성된 동의어/유의어사전은 한-영사전에 수록된 한국어 명사 64,630개를 대상으로 하였다. 작성된 사전을 문서 필터링 시스템에 추가하여 적용 전보다 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 또한 질의 색인어 확장에 이용하여 보다 정답을 추출하는데 추가적으로 확장된 유의어 정보가 정답을 추출하는데 유용하게 사용됨을 확인하였다.
