  • 지식기반 경제 사회의 진입과 더불어 조직에서 가장 중요한 요소는 인적자원이며 인적자원의 효율적인 활용이야말로 기업 경영에 있어서 핵심이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 인적자원의 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법으로 대부분의 기업들은 교육훈련을 실시하고 있다. 교육훈련의 효율적인 활용이야말로 인적자원의 개발이고, 인적자원의 개발이 기업의 지속가능한 경영에 가장 중요한 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 인적자원 개발을 위한 교육훈련이 조직의 발전에 최우선이 되어야 함은 아무리 강조해도 지나침이 없다. 기업에 있어서 사람이 자산인데 자산을 키우기 위한 최선의 방법으로도 기업들은 효율적인 교육 훈련에 많은 연구를 실시하고 있다. 인적자원이 기업의 성패를 좌우할 만큼 중요한 핵심요소이고 기업의 핵심인 인적자원을 개발하기 위해선 교육 훈련이 핵심이고 핵심인 교육훈련은 기업의 인적자원개발에 대부분을 차지하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 기업교육의 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 HRD 요소들에 있어서 조직원 직무향상을 위한 교육효과에 초점을 맞추었다. 교육훈련에 관한 요인분석 결과 교육의 중요성인지, 교육 참가횟수, 교육내용 등의 사전인지가 교육의 효과를 높이는 요인으로 나와 있고, 이러한 결과를 토대로 회귀모형 분석을 제시하였다.

A Study on how to Associate the Attribute of Procurement and the Calculated Material Requirement by Integrating Schedule and Cost (비용${\cdot}$일정 통합관리를 이용한 자원소요량산출과 발주속성 연계에 관한 연구)

  • Connecting with cost, schedule, and quality in a construction project, resource management is one of the essential management elements. However, the material requirement planning is built at the beginning stage of construction and needs various concerned factors, it is limited to build the resource management planning on enterprise level. The disconnected communication among managements makes impossible to control historical data. In the construction project control system, the core of management elements is to manage cost and schedule information, therefore material requirement planning should be established based on historical data about EVM which is intergating schedule and cost. In this study, a resource management system concerning material requirement planning and attribute of procurement is suggested by connecting the historical data of EVM and the material requirement planning.

  • 본 논문은 지능형 정보 제공 시스템(IP : Intelligent Peripheral)의 주요 소프트웨어 블록 중 하나인 자원 서비스 제어부의 구현 방법을 설명한 것이다. 본 연구의 자원 서비스 제어부는 ITU-T INCS-1에 정의된 특수자원 기능실체(SRF : Specialized Resource Function)의 상태모델을 실현시킨 소프트웨어 블록으로서 IP 하드웨어 구성요소의 하나인 특수자원교환기(SRS : Specialized Resource Switch) 의 CROS(Concurrent Realtime perating System)상에서 CHILL(CCITT High Level Programming Language)로 구현되었으며, 지능망서비스제어시스템(SCP : Service Control Point)이 보낸 지능망 응용프로토콜(INAP : Intelligent Network Application Protocol)오퍼레이션을 분석하여 IP가 보유한 자원 구동에 필요한 모든 절차를 제어한다. 또한 동시에 수신된 INAP오퍼레이션들에 대한 순서제어기능, 통계데이타 제공기능, 사용자 상호작용 종료 기능등을 제공한다. 제안된 구현기술은 자원서비스 제어부가 실제 자원을 동작시키는 IP 하드웨어 구성요소인 특수자원유닛(SRU : Specialized Resource Unit)을 클라이언트/서버형태로 유지하여 이들 자원의 상태를 관리함으로써 IP의 확장성을 보잔하여, 교환기 실시간 데이터베이스를 이용하여 IP가 생성하는 수만여개의 메시지를 효율적으로 관리할 수있다.

A Study on Preservation Metadata Elements for Digital Information Resources (디지털 정보자원을 위한 보존 메타데이터 요소 설정 연구)

  • Digital information resource requires detailed metadata to ensure its long-term preservation and accessibility for future generations. This paper illuminated the characteristics of digital information resources, the concept of digital preservation and the necessity of metadata for long-term preservation of digital information resources. And this paper examined the 16 elements of RLG metadata for preserving digital information and the Reference Model for an Open Archival Information System(OATS) to support the interoperability of digital archiving. And then this study investigated concretely element sets of the preservation metadata for digital information resources in the Cedars and OCLC/RLG embodied within the OAIS framework. As result of the study, the paper suggested basic plan required to provide preservation metadata elements to preserve digital information resources in Korea.

A Study on the Perceived Importance of Digital Information Resources in Public Libraries (공공도서관 디지털 정보자원요소 중요도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to portray the current condition of digital reading rooms in public libraries in specific terms of information resource constituencies. With the growth in numbers of public libraries in Korea, emphasis was also put on digital information services using digital reading rooms in public libraries. However, it is also recognized that these digital reading rooms are merely traditional reading rooms with equipment. In this regard, the objective for the study was to identify and describe the types of electronic information resources in order to determine the rationale for the development of digital information resource management in public libraries. The focus was especially put on investigating the quality and the degree of perceived importance of electronic resources. Data for this case study was collected from four relatively big public libraries in three cities. The investigation was conducted by the document reviews and surveys and interviews with librarians and patrons. The study found that digital resource management should be put on a new stage, especially in terms of education and reliable information for the regional community. The study also added some suggestions for the future development and refinement of electronic resource management in public libraries.

  • 최근 인터넷의 급성장을 기반으로 유비쿼터스 환경이 도래하면서 다양한 환경요소를 가진 자원들이 네트 워크 상에 공존하다. 이러한 환경에서 적절한 보안 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 자원의 환경정보를 제공하는 컨텍스트(Context)를 기반으로 적절한 보안정책을 결정하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 제공되는 상황정보를 통해 사용자의 선호도, 디바이스의 성능, 서비스의 가치 등 다양한 자원의 환경요소를 획득하여 MAUT와 간결한 휴리스틱스를 이용하여 자원에 적절한 보안 등급을 적응적으로 결정하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 이를 바탕으로 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 보안정책 관리 모델을 제안한다.

  • NGN is a packet-based converged network to support session and non-session services in QoS-enabled broadband transport network. QoS based resource control must be defined to support differentiated services for various network users in NGN. We designed and implemented DIAMETER protocol as the Rs interface, and also defined mapping rules between DIAMETER information elements and SDP(Session Description Protocol) attributes for QoS based resource control in NGN. We selected and implemented DIAMETER protocol among alternate resource control protocols in ITU-T as the Rw interface because of simple interworking method with Rs interface and adequate AAA functionality. We defined mapping rules of messages and information elements between Rs and Rw interfaces for resource control from a service layer to a transport layer. Based on the mapping rule of QoS information elements and the interworking method between Rs and Rw interfaces, we built up a test-bed that support differentiated delivery services.

An ANP-based Resource Management Scheme in Heterogeneous Wireless Networks Considering Multiple Criteria (다기준 요소를 고려한 ANP 기반 이기종 무선 네트워크 자원관리 방안)

  • In a heterogeneous wireless environment, a variety of Radio Access Technologies (RATs) coexist. Since the number of RATs is anticipated to increase in the near future, it is desirable to have radio and network resources managed in a cooperative manner using the Common Radio Resource Management (CRRM) strategy. In order to make RAT-specific radio resources manageable in CRRM, this paper proposes the Analytical Network Process (ANP) based resource management scheme that efficiently allocates resources among heterogeneous wireless networks. The proposed ANP-based method is flexible enough to be used in any network environment and can consider a multitude of decision factors. In addition, the proposed scheme uses a radio bandwidth model, which properly reflects transmission rates under given channel conditions, as the actual radio resources to be allocated. The model considers the AMC (Adaptive Modulation and Coding) scheme that is widely used in current broadband wireless access technologies, and thus, packet service characteristics, such as response time, can be analyzed. The effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed method are demonstrated by implementing a number of existing factors on heterogeneous networks environment.

Estimation of Bigeye tuna Production Function of Distant Longline Fisheries in WCPFC waters (WCPFC 수역 원양연승어업의 눈다랑어 생산함수 추정)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the returns to scale by estimating the bigeye tuna production function of Korean distant longline fisheries in WCFPC waters. In the analysis, number of crews, vessel tonnage, number of hooks, and bigeye tuna biomass are used as input variables and the catch amount of bigeye tuna is used as an output variable in the Cobb-Douglas production function. Prior to the function estimation, the biomass of bigeye tuna was estimated by the Bayesian state-space model. Results showed that the fixed effect model was selected based on the hausman test, and vessel tonnage, hooks, and biomass would have direct effects on the catch amount. In addition, it was shown that the bigeye tuna distant longline fisheries in WCFPC water would have increasing returns to scale.

A Study on the Elements of Indexing and Abstracting on the World Wide Web (웹 정보자원의 색인과 초록 요소에 관한 연구)

  • Although traditional printed materials m indexed and abstracted by human beings with tools like thesaurus or controlled vocabulary, information resources on World Wide Web(WWW) are automatically indexed and abstracted without human beings efforts. It would be useful to investigate what major differences are in processes and in elements of indexing and abstracting between traditional printed materials and information resources on WWW. After discussing how WWW search engines work, six major WWW search engines were chosen for this study. Then, 17 indexing elements, 11 abstracting elements, and 2 meta elements were examined. Overall trends and issues for the future development of indexing and abstracting on WWW are also discussed.
