As the environmental performance is getting important in global automotive industry sector, there is a need to build the intellectual capacity. Hence it is important to measure the performance of the green car patent development of global automotive companies. To do this, we propose to use Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) Model with Analytic Network Process(ANP), which generates weight coefficients of inputs and outputs for DEA-AR(Assurance Region) model. We considered three inputs: corporate asset, R&D expenditures, number of employees, and three outputs: patent counts, patent citations and patent claims. The results showed that our model could measure the potential of green car technology, and we could see the trend of the green car industry sector.

This study intends to evaluate the relationships between DLS union catalog and curricula and to suggest methods for its quality control. Comprehensiveness, specificity, currentness, and location of copies were selected for evaluation criteria. And this criteria were practiced to evaluate the relationships its indicators and library-based learning topics of social subjects in Seoul DLS. The results of analyses the DLS union catalog serves users with book-based learning information and lacks specificity to evaluate quality of learning materials. Especially the DLS don't satisfy the learning community with on-line contents. Accordingly it is essential to appoint teacher librarians understanding curricula and instructional values of the catalog for its quality control.

Objective : The aim of this systematic review is to analyze the assessment items and tools used for the discharge of stroke and elderly patients and to help select appropriate assessment tools for discharge planning. Methods : The studies included in this review were collected from the PubMed, Medline Complete (EBSCOhost), and Scopus databases from January 2009 to December 2018. A total 22 studies were selected. The research types, the areas and sub-areas of assessment, as well as the assessment tools according to the areas were analyzed. Results : Descriptive research (59.2%) was the most frequent type of research. The 12 main areas of assessment were medical condition, activities of daily living, swallowing function, sensation, mobility, cognition and perception, communication, emotion, home environment, patient knowledge and readiness for discharge, social support, and well-being. Among the assessment tools, the most frequently used tools were Bathel Index; Functional Independence Measure, to assess activities of daily living; Short-Form Health Survey, to assess well-being, and Timed Up and Go test, to assess mobility. Conclusion : This study will help select the assessment areas and tools to be considered at discharge of stroke patients and serve a basis for the development of comprehensive assessment tools for discharge planning.

본 연구의 목적은 농산물 이력추적 시스템을 사용하는 생산자들의 시스템에 대한 만족과 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하여 농산물 이력추적 시스템의 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 실증적인 검증을 위하여 재사용의도와 관련한 선행연구들을 검토하여 TAM과 ECT를 결합시킨 Extended ECT 모델을 제안하고 실제 농산물 이력추적 사업에 시범참여하고 있는 생산자 100명을 상대로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 지각된 유용성 및 용이성, 수익성은 시스템 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 이는 지속적인 사용의도로 연결되었으나 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 직접적으로 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것은 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 농산물 외의 식품 이력추적 시스템에도 포괄적으로 적용이 가능하다.

This study was aimed to construct a theoretical model for managing persons with early psychosis. We systematically searched SCOPUS, PubMed, RISS, Web of Knowledge, and KoreaMed for related factors to manage persons with early psychosis. Significant terms or phrases for a preliminary structural model were obtained from 19 studies since 2000 regarding the management of persons with early psychosis. Moreover, the content validity for the model was evaluated by 22 professionals. The study results revealed 51 factors for managing persons with early psychosis extracted by meta-analysis, and all factors were divided into 21 medium classification and 8 categories. A theoretical model was constructed with 8 categories, by using the middle range theory of Peplau's Interpersonal Relationships in Nursing. The results suggest that the theoretical model for the management of persons with early psychosis provides a sound theoretical basis for future study.

This study suggests a DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) based model to evaluate the value of corporate stock. The model integrating PER(Price-Earning Ratio), PBR(Price-BookValue Ratio), PSR(Price-Sales Ratio) and volatility in DEA structure has an advantage of overcome the limitation of traditional financial ratio based models. In order to show the effectiveness of the suggested model. we compare the performance of portfolio composed by DEA approach with those of portfolios made by traditional approaches such as PER, PBR, and PSR in terms of stock return and volatility. Specifically, we use the data of all the enterprises listed on the S&P 500 in the U.S. in 2007 and 2009 as the sample data for the experiments. The results of the experiments show that the performance of the DEA approach is clearly better than those of other approaches. Particularly, in sharply plummeting market, the performance of the DEA approach is shown to be prominently better than those of other approaches as the DEA approach reflects investment risk as well as profitability and growth. The DEA score combining the existing investment indices may serve as a useful barometer for selecting a stable and profitable portfolio.

The purpose of this study was to provide suggestions for the effective management of e-journals in academic libraries. Existing literatures were reviewed, web sites were examined, and informal interviews with librarians were conducted. This study comprehensively discussed various aspects of e-journal management, including 1) user behavior, 2) selection, acquisition, and evaluation, 3) access and search, 4) user education and its promotion, 5) archiving, 6) open access, 7) collection development policy.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the values and meanings of university libraries and library catalog in the learning activities of Korean college students. Discussed in details are unique features in their library use behavior and catalog search behavior, and critical factors influencing their behavioral characteristics. A qualitative approach was employed for data collection and analysis. Intensive interviews were conducted with 30 students, also utilized was tight and close observation of their library search behavior. The result of this study is on identifying the underlying reasons why Korean students use their libraries and catalogs in a passive and limited manner.

The purpose of this research is to examine the characteristics and problems of the OASIS, an web archive, developed and operated by the National Library of Korea. An analysis of 55 websites collected in seven subject areas, including 'Philosophy', 'Religion', 'Literature', 'Social Sciences-Politics', and 'Technology-Technology' in the OASIS website shows the following problems: lack of balance in subject distribution, lack of authority or scholarly value of some contents, unclear application of selection criteria for personal creators/publishers, ambiguous definition of 'archiving', and inappropriate counting of collection and usage statistics. Some comprehensive and systematic efforts to improve the OASIS contents seem to be urgently needed.

This study concerns DB quality of the Web databases which has been produced in medical science. For the quality evaluation of Embase and PubMed, 10 evaluating criteria were developed on the basis of literature review. The evaluation result showed that PubMed has superiority to the currentness, accuracy, completness, consistency, ease of use, customer support, searchability, cost, and network ＆ H/W on DB, but Embase has only superiority to the coverage. It is needed for purchasing, user training, and library service based on the above evaluation result.
