본 논문은 자료포괄분석(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)을 이용하여 국내 SI회사를 대상으로 효율성을 측정하고 효율성의 연도별 추세를 분석하여 개별기업 및 산업차원에서 변화의 방향을 파악하였다. 기업집단의 소속여부에 따른 비효율성의 차이와 효율성에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인에 관해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 평균적으로 국내 SI회사의 기술적 효율성은 약간 하락하고 있으며, TE 및 PTE의 표준편차와 최대값-최소값의 범위는 상당히 증가하고 있어 양극화가 심화되고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 기업집단 소속인 기업과 그렇지 않은 기업의 효율성을 분석한 결과 그 차이는 통계적으로 유의함을 검증하였다. 한편, 효율성에 영향을 미치는 각종 요인과 TE 및 PTE 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 내부매출비중, 정보생산성, 인당매출, EBITDA율, 부가가치율, 투하자본 수익률(ROIC) 등과 TE 및 PTE 간에 모두 강한 상관계수를 보이고 있다. 이와 같은 효율성의 분석을 통해 SI산업의 지속 가능한 경쟁력을 확보하고 개별 기업의 효율성을 향상하기 위한 전략적 벤치마킹과 정책적 의사결정에 기여할 수 있다.

토양의 특성은 토지이용에 제한을 가하는 물리적 요소로 활용되고 있으며, 이러한 토양 특성정보는 전통적으로 전문가에 의한 해석에 기초하여 토양도에 서류 형태로 저장, 보관되어 왔 다. 최근에 널리 쓰이기 시작하는 토지정보체계(Geographical Information System, GIS)는 종래의 자료저장, 해석기법을 digital database라는 특성을 이용하여, 새로운 자료분석이 가능한 도구를 제공하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 위상적으로 체계화된(topologically structured) vector형 토지정 보체계의 관계형 Database Management System(DBMS)과 토양 전문가의 지식을 결합하여 포괄 적인 토양적지 평가모델을 수립한 후, 전문가에 의한 평가, 토양도에 수록된 평가와 각각 비교하 였다. 비교한 결과, 본 연구에서 수립된 토양적지 평가모델은 전문가에 의한 평가와 크게 다르지 않았으며, 이는 토양도의 평가와 비교하여서도 마찬가지였다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 시도된 포괄적 인 토양적지 분석모델은 계속 발전하여 토지정보체계에서의 전문가 기법으로 활용이 가능하다고 판단되어진다.

The purpose of this study is concerned with evaluating management performance in electronics and communication companies using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) DEA is a linear programming based technique for measuring the relative performance of organizational units where the Presence of multiple inputs and outputs makes comparisons difficult. In this research. input variables are raw-material costs, number of employees, and production capacity Real production, sales revenue and net earning are suggested as output variables. Management performance of most companies are increased or equal during 97 and 98 fiscal year and input & output variables show high correlation.

This study examined the effects of the Ministry-of-Health-and-Welfare-initiated comprehensive nursing service on the nursing performance, job satisfaction, and customer orientation among nurses. The participants were nurses working in a running hospital without a patient-sitter in S city (Experimental group=57, Control group=55). The data was collected at 1 and 6 months following a pilot program and analyzed by SPSS using a Chi-squire test, t-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and ANCOVA. The experimental group showed significantly better nursing performance, job satisfaction, and customer orientation than the control group. This finding can be used to establish the criteria for systematizing comprehensive nursing service.

본 보고서는 유럽의 전자정보서비스시장에 대한 분석과 경제사회에서의 정보 역할에 대한 전략적 이해를 돕고 정부와 EC의 관련정책수립의 근거자료로서, 또한 다양한 계층의 분야종사자들이 활용할 수 있도록 EU집행위원회 산하의 24개 총국중의 하나인 DG X III/E가 info2000 프로그램 수행의 한분야로 작성하였다. 이번호에서는 공급측면에서 EEA의 EIS 관련부분들만 다투기로 하여 다음호에서 수요측면을 다루기로 하겠다.

Recently, management of Newspaper developmet of the internet news, broadcasting and free newspapers escalated competition between newspaper companies and other media companies as well as competition among newapaper companies. This paper analyzes the efficiency of Korean Newapaper using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR-O, BCC-O efficiency, SE and RTS of 30 Newspaper. We also suggest the Newpaper which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information. The result shows that ten Nespaper whose values of CCR-O efficiency are 1, and Fourteen Nespaper whose values of BCC efficiency are 1. RTS indicates IRS of 1 firms, DRS of 16 firms and CRS of 13 firms. To variables on the effectiveness of newspaper publishing companies for the understanding and performance analysis.

서울남부지방법원 2012나4904 손해배상 판결판결은 일반적인 어문저작물 표절과 달리 포괄적 비문언적 유사성을 인정받은 사건이다. 실질적 유사성에서 포괄적 비문언적 유사성의 분석을 (1) 등장인물, (2) 줄거리와 플롯, (3) 에피소드 별로 분석하여 표절임을 인정하고 있다. 창작물을 구성하는 사건과 그 배열 형태를 가리키는 플롯은 소설의 창작 요소 중 매우 중요한 부분임에도 표절의 판정에서 거의 고려되지 않아왔다. 본 사건은 특히 이종 장르 간의 플롯을 표절한 경우 법원이 어떻게 판결을 내렸는가에 대한 중요한 자료로 검토할 가치를 지니고 있다.

This study investigates how adapting of K-IFRS effects NI and OCI affecting of credit rating on changing of the period and variable by using samples of around adapting of K-IFRS. First of all, after adapting of K-IFRS(2011-2013), it was noticeable that how NI affecting after adapting of K-IFRS(2007-2010) had been increased more than that of before affecting of K-IFRS. However, there was not a single difference in affecting OCI on credit rating comparing to the past of adapting of K-IFRS. Second, it seemed like NI affected more after adapting of K-IFRS(2011-2013). The first year of K-IFRS had bigger incremental effect than after adapting of K-IFRS. However, after adapting of K-IFRS, OCI affecting on credit rating had no ncremental effect. Third, it seemed like NI in the first year affected more than OCI on credit rating. After adapting(2012-2013) of K-IFRS, it seemed like NI and OCI do not affect on credit rating. To interpret this, NI and OCI affected the first year of adapting of K-IFRS; therefore, adapting of K-IFRS affected without affecting financial ratio on adapting credit rating. As the time goes on, it can be expected that adapting K-IFRS became stable; therefore, extra incremental effect will not be seen comparing to the early adaption. The implication of this study is when information users use credit rating, they have to concern of affecting of K-IFRS. This is because NI in financial ratio is affecting on credit rating.

목적 : 현재 우리 사회는 건강증진에 대한 욕구가 증가함에 따라 보건의료에서 질적 서비스향상이 요구되고 있고, 구강진료를 분담하는 치과위생사들도 보다 전문적인 역할을 수행하기 위해서는 지식과 기술의 수준향상이 필요하다. 이에 치과위생사의 질적 수준을 향상시키는 데 가장 빠르고 효과적인 방법이 국가시험제도이며 국가시험에서의 타당성과 신뢰성을 높이고 필요한 과목과 내용을 직무를 중심으로 조정한다면 가장 좋은 방법이라고 사료되어 현행 우리나라 치과위생사 국가시험제도에 따른 문제점을 파악하고 캐나다 국가시험 제도와의 비교를 통해 문제점을 분석하고 이에 따른 개선책을 알아보았다. 방법 : 전국 치과위생사 교육기관에 근무하는 교수와 의료기관에 종사하는 치과위생사 중에서 최근 국가시험 응시경험자를 대상으로 2008년 6월 9일부터 6월 23일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며 E-mail 과 Fax를 이용하였다. 캐나다 국가시험제도는 National Dental Examinations American Dental Association. National Board Dental Hygiene Examination Candidate Guide자료를 사용하여 비교하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS통계프로그램(Version 11.0)을 이용, Chi-square 검정을 하였으며, Fisher's Exact Test에 의한 검정을 실시하였다. 결과 : 1. 국가시험과목구성은 현행 국가시험과목구성에 문제가 있는 것으로 사료되어 과목조정 필요성이 큰 것으로 나타났고, 특히 대학근무자가, 나이가 많을수록, 재직기간이 길수록 더 높았다. 2. 국가시험 문제의 유형은 암기해석 문제가 대부분이었고 난이도는 비교적 양호하였으며, 전문성도 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 3. 과목조정 필요성은 구강생물학개론, 치과임상학 순으로 상대적으로 높았다. 캐나다 국가시험과 비교해 보면 치과임상학과 구강위생학개론 분야의 조정이 더욱 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 4. 한국과 캐나다의 국가시험제도는 형식은 비슷하나 내용과 과목의 구성에서는 큰 차이가 있었다. 5. 캐나다의 국가시험과 비교 시 한국은 치과위생사의 포괄적인 치과위생관리능력을 평가하기 어려웠다. 결론 : 이상의 결과로 보면 현행 국가시험은 과목 구성이 부적절하므로 조정의 필요성이 시급한 것으로 조사되었으며, 캐나다 국가시험과는 과목구성에서 큰 차이가 있었고 치과위생사에게 요구되는 포괄적 치과위생관리능력을 평가할 수 없는 것으로 조사되어 현행 국가시험 개선이 요구되었다.

This study is to examine academic phenomena of public administration research field in Korea through analysing the trends of researcher behavior. For the purpose of this study I analysed the types of research performance, reference materials, core journals, and the half-life of reference materials by investigating the articles in Korean Public Administration Review which is one of the major journal in this discipline. The results I found out are the followings: most of researches of the public administration are performed individually by the established academic fellows : researchers show their preference to foreign journals: as for the case of domestic journals, researchers tend to refer the latest issue: the major journal is discriminated from the others by getting a higher points
