물에 대한 중요성은 인구가 많아지고 산업이 발전됨에 따라 계속 높아지고 있으며, 이와 더불어 국민이나 기관 및 국가가 필요로 하는 지점에 충분한 품질을 가진 수문기초자료에 대한 수요 역시 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국가차원에서 홍수 예보, 수자원 공급과 관리계획, 생태 및 환경 등의 목적을 위한 국가수위관측망을 구축하여 그 근간자료가 되는 하천 수위(또는 수위-유량 자료)자료를 제공함으로써 불필요한 수문조사 중복 등을 방지하고 효율적인 수문조사의 기반을 구축하고자 하는 것이다. 수위관측망 설계는 원하는 목적에 따라 수집된 수문자료의 경제적 가치를 최대화 하는 것이 기본이지만 이러한 방법론은 실제적으로 거의 드물다. 오히려 수문자료의 경제적 가치 최대화를 위한 관측망보다 경제적 관측망 구축을 위한 방법론을 개발하거나 선택하는 것이 보통이다. 본 연구에서는 국내와 일본, USGS(미지질조사국)와 WMO(세계기상기구) 등의 선진국에서의 수문관측망 구축 사례와 이론을 먼저 검토하고, 국가수위관측망으로서의 목적과 구축방법을 마련하였다. 우리나라는 이미 전 국토에 걸쳐 여러 목적의 수위관측소들이 설치되어 있으므로, 국가수위관측망으로서 관리와 자료제공이 가능한 수위관측소를 대상으로 현황 및 현장조사를 실시하고, 기존 관측망에 대한 수리 수문학적, 사회 경제적 중요성 검토 등의 과정을 통해 국가수위관측망으로 재설계할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 우리나라에서 처음으로 국가차원의 수위관측망을 구축할 수 있게 되었으며, 이 후 국가수위관측망의 실제 구축 및 국가수위관측망의 운영방안 등의 연구를 지속하여 신뢰할 수 있고 공간적으로도 충분한 전국 하천의 수위자료를 제공할 수 있도록 할 예정이다.

This Study has conducted a survey on the usage status of traditional rice cake as a meal substitute and an analysis on the selection attributes affecting purchase targeting male and female adults over 20 years old living in Seoul area so as to acquire basic data for enhancement of service and quality, and product development to facilitate and generalize rice cake consumption as a meal substitute. The survey was conducted for around 7 days from September 23rd to 30th, 2013, and 250 effective copies of questionnaire were used for the final analysis. The research outcomes show no significant deviation in terms of demographical features such as gender, marital status, age range, average monthly income and housing type; but there was a meaningful deviation in university graduation. Also, it is shown that taste, freshness, and convenience of a store were considered in their purchase of traditional rice cake as a meal substitute. Therefore, it is expected that development of various products, available for meal substitutes, would generalize and vitalize the consumption of traditional rice cake.

교통사고가 중요한 사회 문제로 대두되어 정부는 교통안전대책의 실질적인 추진 방안으로 "교통사고 잦은 곳"과 "위험도로" 개선사업을 제시·시행하고 있다. 이에 "교통사고 잦은 곳" 개선사업은 추진현황에 따라 각 년도별 기본 개선계획의 평가 및 경제적 타당성에 대한 효과분석이 이루어지고 있다. "위험도로"'의 경우 모든 사업을 건설교통부 산하 국도유지사무소에서 진행을 하고 있으나, 광범위한 사업으로 인한 업무과중 및 개선사업비 조달 등의 문제로 개선된 현황의 체계적인 효과분석이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 "위험도로" 개선사업에 대한 효과분석을 수행하여 보다 비용-효율적인 개선사업이 될 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전체 위험도로 구간 중에서 '광주국도유지사무소' 및 '순천국도유지사무소' 관할 구역 내의 "위험도로"로 선정(1995년)된 도로구간 중 1999년 이전에 도로개선공사가 완료된 후 현재 교통소통이 원활하게 진행되는 18개 도로구간을 연구 대상으로 선택하였다. 선택되어진 18개 구간에 대한 도로개선공사 전후의 교통사고건수 및 교통사고율을 효과척도로 삼고 각 사고에 대한 소요비용을 기준으로 경제성 평가를 실시하였다. 이를 근거로 "위험도로" 개선사업에 대한 타당성조사 및 효과분석을 실시한 결과 "위험도로" 개선사업의 타당성이 입증되었다. 연구 분석결과가 전라도 권역의 사업을 중심으로 진행되어져 전국적인 개선사업에 대한 대표성을 가지고 있다고 볼 수는 없으나, 체계적인 분석을 통한 개선사업의 효과를 구체화 할 수 있는 대안을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 더불어 공사 완료된 도로구간에 대한 상세한 공사비 내역과 다수의 개선방안별 자료가 갖추어지면 위험도로의 사고율과 개선방안별 상관관계를 관련 비용을 중심으로 도출함으로서 비용-효율적인 개선 방안을 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 비용-효율적인 개선 방안을 기반으로 한 각각의 사업 투자우선 순위 결정방안에 관한 지속적 인 연구가 요망된다.

This research is to analyze the status of menu guides provided to inpatients in Korean hospitals, analyze the problem of delivering information, and propose improvement plans through information visualization as a part of improving service for inpatients. The nutrition department in hospitals were directly visited, data were collected, and the types and contents of menu guides were analyzed. Then, problems were found by focusing on whether there is an effective delivery of information, in terms of information visualization aspects. The menu provided to inpatients in Korean hospitals are divided into general, optional, and therapeutic menu depending on patients' conditions, and the menu guide is largely divided into a general guide and optional guide. The information covers menu, origin of ingredients, guide, withdrawal time, etc. However, there is no categorization according to the contents or importance of information, thus creating inefficient problems for patients to acquire information. The problem of menu guides is that they do not deliver information properly due to disorganized information. In order to improve this, information should be categorized and visualized according to its contents and importance for enhancing readability, which will then be able to provide menu guides that can deliver information more efficiently to patients.

Recommended book lists make 'a good book' known and help choose the books. Currently, the recommended book lists published by various institutions are primarily used as the selection tool for choosing children's and young adults' book in many libraries and schools. Considering this reality, I examined the present production condition of the recommended book lists and evaluated whether they were suitable as a selection tool. Afterwards, I suggested the development methods about how the recommended book lists will be developed for them to function as a selection tool.

The importance of facility maintenance management cannot be overemphasized in that not only the value but also the performance of the facility is determined by the level of maintenance. The maintenance cost of the facility ranges from 3 to 10 times the initial construction cost depending the type and use of the facility over the life span. This maintenance importance is increased for the group of facilities and even more critical when the facilities compete for the limited budget with the limited resources such as manpower and equipment. This study analyzed sixteen public facility management corporations primarily for three items: 1) facility management system, 2) long-term rehabilitation plan, 3) the rehabilitation selection system. This paper provides and recommends the key elements of the facility maintenance management system based on the analysis of the sixteen corporations.

정보화 시대에 살고있는 우리는 교육의 패러다임 변화요청에 부응하여 교사 중심의 교육 환경을 학습자 중심의 선택에 강조점을 두고 교육을 실시하여야 한다. 그리고 양질의 교육환경이 좋은 교육효과를 낳을 수 있다는 점에서 컴퓨터 교육 환경의 현황을 파악하고 그 개선 방향을 제시하는 것이 시의 적절한 연구라 할 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 전북 지역에 있는 고등학교를 대상으로 컴퓨터 교육의 환경과 그 실효성에 대한 자료조사를 설문지와 면접법을 통해 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 수업 만족도 , 전산실 사용 만족도를 중심으로 전체를 분석하고 인문계 고교와 실업계 고교 ,그리고 남학생과 여학생의 의견도 각각 분석하였다. 그 결과는 모든학생들이 컴퓨터 수업과 전산실 사용에 불만족을 느끼고 있었으며 주요한 이유는 컴퓨터 시설의 미흡과 컴퓨터를 전공한 전문 교사의 부족함등으로 나타났다. 결론으로 컴퓨터 교육을 활성화하기 위해서 정부는 교육용 컴퓨터보급, 교사용 컴퓨터보급, 교육용 소프트웨어 개발 보급영역, 컴퓨터 교육을 대학에서 4년동안 전공한 전문 교사의 현장배치의 시급함등 네 가지 부분에 주력해야 함을 제시한다.

화학산업의 급속한 성장으로 인해 많은 혜택을 얻고 있지만 반대급부적으로 배출되는 오염물질로 인한 환경오염과 석유 및 석탄과 같은 한정된 화석연료 자원의 과다한 사용이 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 그에 따라 최근에는 효율적인 에너지 활용과 함께 오염물질의 배출을 최대로 억제할 수 있는 경제적이고 션택적인 화학공정을 필요로 하고 있다. 현재 세계적인 기술의 흐름은 대기오염의 억제와 소량 배출되는 오염물질의 제거를 위해 촉매 및 흡착제를 사용하여 다량의 오염물질 또는 기체를 처리할 수 있는 공정의 개발 및 변형에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 보다 바람직하게는 높은 전환율과 선택적인 화학공정의 도입으로 에너지 효율을 증대시켜 에너지를 절약하고 부산물이 적은 보다 청결한 화학공정으로의 전화을 필요로 하고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 무리막의 분리능력과 촉매의 활성을 결합하여 촉매반응과 반응물 및 생성물의 분리기능을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 무기막 촉매기술이 최근들어 광범위하게 연구되고 있다. 또한 최근에는 무기막 및 무기막 촉매의 환경분야에의 이용이 크게 확산되어 가고 있는 추세이기 때문에 막 및 막 촉매 기술은 중요성이 매우 높은 분야이다. 따라서 본 고찰에서는 최근에 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 무기막 촉매기술의 특성과 연구 현황 및 방향에 관해 살펴보고 향후 연구방향의 기초자료로서 활용하고자 한다.

등부표는 선박이 운항할 때 경제적이고 안전한 항로를 선택할 수 있도록 유도하는 항행 원조 시설로 안전 항해에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 통항 선박의 추돌사고로 인하여 등부표의 파손 및 유실이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해상교통평가모델을 활용하여 등부표 접촉사고 발생 위험성을 평가하고자 한다. 먼저 항만물동량이 높고, 항로에 등부표가 다수 설치된 부산항을 대상항만으로 선정하고, 부산항의 등부표 접촉사고 현황에 대하여 조사 분석했다. 그리고 부산항의 해상교통량을 기반으로 해상교통평가모델인 IWRAP, PARK Model을 활용하여 등부표 접촉사고 발생의 위험성을 평가했다. 추후에 다양한 해역의 접촉사고 위험성을 평가하고, 미래교통량을 추정 적용하여 등부표 신설 시 안전한 등부표 설치 해역 선정의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Bylaw Is essential to assuring continuity and preventing disagreements and misunderstanding. But library bylaws of the wide-area self-governing cities in Korea are complicated In structure and violated the law according to administrative authorities. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to suggest an integrated bylaw model including goal of bylaw operations of library : the library director officers : branch libraries : substructure, use rules : assigned materials promotion committee of library promotion fund ; amendment procedures, etc.
