The purpose of this research was to develop instructions for making upcycled clothing accessories related to the 'clothing management and recycling' unit of middle school home economics applying the design thinking technique. Teaching and learning process plans were developed according to the ADDIE model which includes the following process: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The design thinking process includes understanding the related knowledge, sympathizing, problem identification(sharing perspectives) and idea development, making prototypes, testing, and making the actual product. Thirteen home economics teachers served as critics. Student feedbacks were collected to evaluate whether the course objectives were attained after the implementation. As a result, teaching and learning process plans, course materials, and evaluation rubrics for ten class sessions were developed. Student feedbacks confirmed the attainment of following five course objectives: improvement of ethical responsibilities through the exploration of various clothing recycling techniques, practice of creative and eco-friendly clothing culture, acquisition of the skills to use sewing tools safely, improvement of abilities to think, sympathize, and communicate, and exploration of aesthetic activities and fashion careers.

Irregular workers, which have recently caused various socio-economic issues and conflicts, generally have low loyalty to the organization and job satisfaction due to anxiety about employment. As a way to improve this, this study attempted to analyze the effect of organizational communication satisfaction of irregular workers on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among the 7th Human Capital Companies panel survey data, irregular workers survey data were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model analysis. The results were as follows: First, it was analyzed that organizational communication recognized by irregular workers had a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, it was analyzed that job satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, it was analyzed that job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between communication satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study is significant in that it expanded the research subject to irregular workers from the existing service industry-oriented research, and that it included more diverse industries. The results of this study suggest that mission and vision sharing and communication activation system are needed to improve organizational effectiveness of irregular workers.

Unlike conventional online shopping malls that handle simple product sales, customization services have to be provided with a user-centered and smooth customizable work environment because of differences that buyers have to customize themselves. To study the ease of use of T-shirt customization web GUI, three websites that provide T-shirt customization services were selected to analyze the current status of T-shirt customization websites. Through prior research, we establish the evaluation principle as consistency and clarity, operability, feedback, coping with errors, sharing and ease of search. Based on this, the T-shirt customization web GUI design guidelines were drafted and three delphi surveys were conducted on GUI-related experts to prove the validity of the web GUI guidelines evaluation items that are effective in customizing T-shirts. This study is expected to contribute to increasing the production and usability of the T-shirt customization web and to be used as an effective reference for customization web GUI design.

The purpose of this study is as follows: First, to analyze the spatial structure of Jeju by analyzing the rate of parking demand and supply; Second, to determine the parking service imbalance between regions; and third, to elucidate the causes of this spatial structural parking service imbalance and provide effective measures. Due to the rapid population and tourism growth, Jeju is suffering from traffic congestion and serious parking problems. For this, the ways to efficiently utilize the existing parking spaces were identified through spatial structure analysis based on the parking demand and supply in the Jeju area. As short-term policy, the following changes were proposed: switching to small-scale eup or myeon blocks of parking space, use of shared parking system, and repairing side streets in residential areas. As mid-to-long-term policy, it is linked to other means of transportation as follows: parking demand management policy through modal share by reorganizing public transportation routes or expanding traffic facilities; securing park-and-ride lots; and different parking pricing for different time periods. To implement these policies, each area of the public sector, private sector, and private-public partnership should develop the bond of sympathy by areas and participants.

In contrast to standard train tracks, tramlines are often set along public roads, with trams running among pedestrians and other vehicles. In some cities and towns, trams and buses share the same routes and stations. Under the current investment appraisal system, trams are classified into light rail when predicting traffic demand and calculating benefits, but in the case of non-capital areas, it is notable that the origin-destination and transit lines of buses are not provided in the Korea Transport Database distribution data. Due to this problem, it is difficult to reflect proper mode changing behaviors between route buses and trams. This study examines the impact on tramlines of bus routes that are not currently considered in non-capital areas. Following an analysis of the effect of tram projects according to whether bus routes are considered or not, an improvement in methodology is proposed. Through this study, it is expected that the investment appraisal system for the planning of new tramlines will be improved in the future.

This study collected and analyzed case studies related with the use of spatial information in North Korea to prioritize construction and required supporting processes in order to propose a short-term and long-term road map for the establishment of spatial information in North Korea. Recent research cases related to the prioritization of spatial information development were analyzed, and priority for the construction of infrastructure was derived based on the interconnectedness and relationship of national infrastructure. Due to the inaccessibility and remoteness of North Korea, all of the five studies determined priorities according to questionnaires and consulting of refugees and knowledgeable figures by expert groups. In summary, priority was given to unarmed and transborder areas, major cities, special zones, and development zones, while in terms of facilities, priority was given to power communication, railroads, water and sewage architectural buildings, roads, and dams. In the case of prioritizing the establishment of national infrastructure for the unified Korean Peninsula, the development of major areas, ports, and the related city-level spots to develop a line that promotes the sharing of routes such as transportation networks, water, and energy, thus leading to a scenario involving the development of cotton at an urban and national level.

Small libraries have continued to be extended since 2013 enactment of regulations requiring establishment of small libraries in multi family housing complex not less than 500 households and the 'Living SOC Project' of national government. Gwangmyeong city designated the year of 2020 as the 'year of citizen autonomy' sharing the authority with citizens and publicly announced its plan to rapidly extend the living and cultural spaces as a part of that extension. Likewise, as the social environment and the need of users are expected to change, it seems that the small libraries in Gyangmyeong City must prepare a plan for practicing a long and mid term practices in responding to that change. Thus, this Study tries to make a suggestion for a plan for the policy for revitalization of small libraries in order to handle those changing social environment and the need of users. For this, a survey and in-depth group interview were conducted for the operators of the small libraries in Gyangmyeong City. As a result of this Study, the following policies are suggested: first, improvement of support system for improving operational system, strengthening of cooperative system of public libraries, and strengthening of role of public small libraries, strengthening of public characters of private small libraties and differentiated support through evaluation based on abilities; and second, it is necessary for utilization of circulating librarians and professional volunteers, sharing of materials through mutual lending of books, associate librarians having term of office and revitalization of small library conference by regions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of the joint forest project, which is one of the national forest management system, by using stakeholder participation, transparency of decision making, accountability of actors and stakeholders, The questionnaire survey was conducted using the 5 - point scale and the written form. As a result of the questionnaire survey, various stakeholder participation items had the highest opportunity to participate with an average of 3.3 and the lowest score with 2.3 points for establishing conflict and conflict resolution structures. Transparency was analyzed to be 3.4 points for the project disclosure, 2.7 points for information sharing and education promotion activities for local residents, 3.3 points for the detailed role of the project implementer, and 2.7 points for internal and external monitoring and evaluation of the project with various stakeholders. The results of this research, analyzed through the participatory forest management index, are deemed to be used as basic data for the establishment of a plan for the revitalization of national forest participation management.

Social entrepreneurship plays a key role in organizational performance, and social contribution activities are related to organizational members' perception of social enterprise value and performance sharing. The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of social contribution activities in the relationship between social entrepreneurship and organizational performance. For the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on members of social enterprises, and data of 186 valid copies were used for statistical analysis. Statistical analysis used reliability of measurement variables, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and mediating effect analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between social entrepreneurship, social contribution activities, and organizational performance. Second, social entrepreneurship has a significant correlation with organizational performance. Social purpose and initiative, sub-factors of social entrepreneurship, had a significant influence on organizational commitment. Third, social contribution activities showed a significant relationship with organizational performance. Fourth, in the relationship between social entrepreneurship and organizational performance, social contribution activities showed a partial mediating effect. This suggests that social contribution activities play an important role in improving the performance of social enterprises.

Seamless wireless communication network access technology enables users to guarantee service continuity. Hence, it is necessary for disaster situations in which network service may be interrupted. The Multi-path router is a technology to improve network stability and strengthen field operability, particularly in a disaster environment where network failure can occur by providing high-performance data transmission using multi-communication networks and network security by VPN-based wireless IP. In this paper, a prototype system for an MPR-based wireless communication network was proposed to improve the operation performance for disaster field investigation applications. A comparative experiment was performed on various data transmission performances with the existing single wireless communication network. In addition, another experiment was conducted by measuring the data packet transmission and receiving performance in the existing/new wireless communication system first and then assessing the UDP transmission performance in a single router environment to understand the transmission capability of the new MPR. The experimental results showed that the sending and receiving performance was improved by approximately double that of the existing single wireless communication system. The proposed prototype system is expected to allow users to share and disseminate collected on-site data more quickly and efficiently during a disaster site investigation.
