Design & Fabrication for Small Aircraft Landing Gear Drop Test Rig System (소형 항공기 착륙장치 낙하시험 장비 설계 및 제작)

  • A development of landing gear drop test rig system for a small aircraft was studied and presented in this paper. Hydraulic actuators were considered in order to operate test system automatically and the wire winch system was applied to keep safety of test operators. This rig system was manufactured after checking the structural stability. Friction force measurement and drop velocity evaluation tests were done to confirm the confidence of test system. As a results of evaluation tests, it was confirmed that developed landing gear drop test system was adaptable.

  • In order to obtain a good quality product, a proper verification of production/test facilities must be preceded before the quality conformity inspection of the product. Among the various production/test facilities, ATE is widely used in the civilian industry such as the automotive industry, aerospace industry, semiconductor industry today. In addition, ATE is actively used in the defense industry production and performance tests. This paper is the result of systematically verifying the Design Conformance of ATS which is ATE of military FM radio set using various methods. And It is expected to be a good reference at the present time when the design conformity verification procedure for ATE for military supplies is not documented.

  • In this paper, we proposed verification methods to prove the effectiveness of automatic test equipment (ATE) for weapon systems. Since the test results from the unproven ATE is not reliable and its use is limited as objective data, it is essential to verify the test equipment in order to guarantee the quality level of the unit under test (UUT). Through the suggested methods, it is applied to the ATE of the tactical information communications network (TICN) system to confirm the verification results and to describe the validation results.

  • This study described the design scheme for each step of the production test for the Fire Control System(FCS) of the K-55A1 PIP business of Hanwha Thales since 2011. From the time of receipt of the product It is necessary to improve the FCS's reliability by using the Unit Test, burn-In test, System Test. FCS of K-55A1 acts as a 'head' that control the self-propelled howitzer, and connected with the electrical and physical connection of self-propelled howitzer's multiple unit (Inertial navigation systems(IN), Muzzle Velocity Radar (MVR)) for the normal operation without an inch of error in operating. We designed the production testing equipment automatically as much as possible and designed with the environment similar to the self-propelled howitzer. by using this production testing equipment, It should help for the strengthen national defense of the Republic of Korea.

  • The most of military systems that developed today are composed with many sub-systems for mission execution. The test of military systems for delivery test of mass product such that part test, PCB test, component test, integration test. Improving productivity is minimize testing item by man and minimize kind of tester, so that decrease product cost by production time for test. PCB tester be developed many kind of test method that systems were developed by many different engineers. This article studies testing check point for testing that how to minimize of kind of tester, how to automatic test for all of function that have inputs and outputs. Development of tester for improving productivity requires classify functional allocation of main system and sub system, sub system require PCB for functional allocation start on preliminary design period for reducing testing item and testing fixture.

  • In this paper, we describe the case of automatic test equipment development for hardware verification of stores management computer mounted on aircraft. Recently, the required functions of aircraft have been diversified and the related technologies of avionics equipment have developed, and the types and quantity of interfaces required for avionics equipment have increased. In addition to the existing old stores, the stores management computer also needs to control the interface in large quantities as the requirements for the new stores are added. For this reason, the time and manpower required for the inspection of avionic equipment are also increasing, and if the test process of avionic equipment can be automated and unmanned, more efficient inspection system operation will be possible. Therefore, this paper introduces the case of designing test software and test scenario to automate the structural design contents and verification process of test equipment required for the verification of hardware function of stores management computer.

  • 본 연구는 반도체 산업에서 반도체장비유지보수에 사용되어지는 반도체장비 유지보수 분야의 전문기술인력을 효과적으로 양성할 수 있는 반도체장비 유지보수의 자격종목을 개발하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 반도체장비 유지보수 분야의 국내외 실태 조사, 문헌조사를 통하여 반도체장비 유지보수 관련 교육훈련기관 및 검정 수요 예상 인력을 파악했으며, 유사자격제도(전자부품장착기능사, 전자부품장착산업기사, 생산자동화기능사, 생산자동화산업기사 등)를 분석하였고, 직무분석을 통하여 반도체장비유지보수기능사의 직무 및 교육내용을 분석하였다. 또한 반도체장비 유지보수 자격종목 신설에 대한 설문조사를 실시했으며, 반도체장비유지보수기능사 자격종목의 출제기준 및 채점 방법을 제시했고, 필기시험과 실기시험에 대한 모의 검정시험도 실시하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 반도체장비유지보수기능사에 대한 교육프로그램을 만들었으며, 자격검정을 실시할 수 있는 출제기준을 제시하였다.

  • 현재 한국전기연구원에는 국내 외 보호계전기의 사용전 검사시험이 년간 약 6,000여대 이상 의뢰되고, 이를 처리하기 위한 특성시험에만 약 3,000 시간 이상이 소요된다. 이와 같은 시험 수요량을 처리하기 위해서는 보호계전기가 가진 각 보호 요소의 특성 시험에 필요한 일련의 과정을 자동으로 수행하고 그 결과를 저장하여 시험을 신속하게 처리하고, 시험자의 시험 설비 조작 또는 결선의 실수로 인한 영향을 최소로 하여 정확한 시험결과를 도출할 수 있는 보호계전기 특성 자동 시험 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 보호계전기 보호 요소의 특성 시험시 필요한 시험 장비를 시스템으로 구성하고 이들을 제어하고 결과를 저장, 출력이 가능한 소프트웨어를 개발하고자 한다.

  • The optics used in an infrared imaging system has a strong refractive-index change according to temperature, so an autofocus control function is essential for a military infrared imaging system with a wide operating-temperature range. In this study, we design a triple-magnification infrared imaging system, and to compensate for the change in refractive index according to temperature we measure the change in the lens focus according to temperature. The autofocus control function was implemented by using the measured movement amount, and we could obtain an image with satisfactory resolution performance over a wide range of operating temperatures.
