The Intelligent Shift Algorithm for Automatic Transmissions and The Development of Simulators for Its Optimization and Analysis (지능형 자동변속 알고리즘 개발 및 성능 분석과 최적화를 위한 시뮬레이터 개발)

  • This paper proposes the intelligent shift algorithm for automatic transmissions and develops the simulator for the its optimization and analysis. It provides the comfortable ride to drivers and improves the driving force efficiency without any loss of the performance. In addition, the developed simulator not only cuts the commercialization cost but provides diverse test conditions. The analysis and optimization of the proposed scheme are verified by the developed simulator. As a simple example, the developed simulator verifies the proposed algorithm and shows the comparative result with the existed automatic transmission shift algorithm.

  • TCU is a shift controller far automatic transmission of which major functions are to determine the shift point and manage the shifting process based on the various input signals. As the recent digital control technologies advance, it plays a key-role to improve a transmission performance and its algorithm becomes more complicated. This paper describes the development of transmission simulator fur wheel loader that enables a TCU for normal stand-alone operation by the real-time emulation of TCU interface signals. It can be utilized for the analysis of shift control algorithm implemented in a commercial TCU as well as for the development of brand new TCU.

  • This study was carried out develope a motor power change speed device of motor by used micro- controller. This system was producted a auto-change speed device which switching frequency was 1,000MHz by used a auto- controller. It had a continuous output current such as 5A, 11A, 25A, 35A, 50A. It used a variable voltage from 9V to 18V(Maximum). We designed hardware of and software of micro-controller, we are made up of a auto cut-off function by 3.7V for detected power-loss prevention.

  • 자동차용 CVT로서 여러 가지 장치가 연구되고 있으나 크게 나누어 다음의 5가지, 1)유압식 변속 기(hydrostatic transmission), 2)오버런닝 클러치(overrunning clutch CVT), 3) 전기식 CVT, 4)미 끄럼 클러치식 치차변속기(multispeed gearbox CVT with shipping clutch), 5)트랙션 전달장치(t raction drive)로 볼 수 있다. 이중 지금까지 자동차에 실제 적용되어 가장 큰 가능성을 보인 것 은 트랙션 전달장치 뿐이다. 따라서 본문에서는 1)-4)의 4가지 형태의 CVT에 대하여 간단히 서 술하고 트랙션 전달장치를 중심으로 설명하기로 한다.
