  • Steel structure construction is the construction method which is plentifully used with reason of air shortening or the earthquake-proof efficiency improvement back. It is caused by with the feature which is a shop fabrication, it is more accurate than ferroconcrete construction when is a possibility of doing a materials supply and a crane work. From the research which it sees The instance analysis which uses the RFID it leads, A study is proposed an improvement plan of the RFID technology and an application plan of GPS.

  • In order to overcome the limitation of conventional cleaning method by workers, variety attempts to develop a window cleaning apparatus has been tried. However, the existing cleaning devices were lack of consideration for avoiding projection parts of the window such as frames or profiles. In this study, operating mechanism of cleaning tool for avoiding the projections parts using a two-axis robot is proposed. Proposed mechanism is that a wiper are reposed in a relatively stationary in the vicinity of the projection and avoided the projection in this state. It is expected that the mechanism is the base of driving cleaning tool part in the new window cleaning apparatus.

  • Recently, needs for the window cleaning for 2~5 stories in a building has been increased but existing window cleaning work by workers is not easy to clean the windows. Therefore a demand for development of alternative techniques have been raised. The purpose of this study is to analyze feasibility of development of the guide rail-type cleaning device for cleaning window for the lower stories. For this, we analyze the status of the job, such as risk, limitations of by workers and examine the potential producer needs through interviewing field experts of the cleaning work. Futhermore, we define the required features of the window cleaning device and proposed the validity of the relised device development of the function.

  • In the past, the results of window cleaning work have been judged subjective and complaints about cleaning results are being raised. In this study, we tried to quantify the evaluation of the cleaning result. For the quantification of the evaluation, a colorimeter was selected and the basic experiment was carried out. In addition, this study examined the use of standard dust powder for artificial production of contaminants in glasses. Further evaluation and analysis will be carried out to quantify the evaluation criteria of the cleaning results.

  • The water proofing sheet of synthetic polymer applies to the purification plant, the wastewater treatment center, the low waterway, the dosing tanks, etc, and when we construct these, we apply the dual waterproof by means of hot air staking welder or extruder. However, the experts skilled in the hot air welding or extruder does not use them, it can be a quality problem. Therefore, in this study, it is the purpose to verify whether the semi-automatic hot air staking welder and automatic extruder that can construct the waterproof sheet is possible in field even if it is not a professional specialist.

  • In case of developing a guide-rail type window cleaning robot, only the first prototype has been developed. In this study, it was considered that the size and the load of the window cleaning robot was not optimized, and through the structural analysis of the self-weight of the window cleaning robot, the stress concentration area was derived and the concentrated stress was quantified. Analysis showed that the upper rail shaft had a bending stress of 9.964Mpa and the bolt had a shear stress of 19.544Mpa. The results of this study will be used as basic data for designing future prototypes.

  • In this study, we evaluated the early strength of red clay soil with the polymer aqueous solution at rammed earth construction. In order to satisfy the demolding strength of the formwork be due to the rammed of red clay soil, the polymer aqueous solution was added to evaluate the compressive strength at the early age according to the consolidation level. As a result, a high compressive strength was exhibited with the formulation to which the polymer aqueous solution was added.

  • The use of road cutters in the maintenance of obsolete underground facilities maintains polluting dust, cutting sludge, etc, polluting the air environment, soil, and water, causing civil complaints caused by noise, and consequently interrupting work. Therefore, it is time for eco-friendly pavement cutting technology for fugitive dust and cutting sludge emission management and noise management. This study was based on research by the development of eco-friendly pavement cutting technology in urban areas. In this study, the current state of existing road cutters is investigated and the patented technology analysis of road cutters is conducted to derive the design elements of eco-friendly pavement cutting technology.

  • Construction of reinforced concrete structures required massive amounts of concrete and steel rebar. The current procedure to estimate the quantity of rebar requires tedious and time-consuming manual labor. Consequently, this circumstance made the engineers vulnerable to error and mistake, which led to the rebar waste. No system that is capable of automatically calculating rebar length has yet been developed Thus, this study proposes a preliminary investigation of automatic rebar length estimation of beam element by using BIM-based shape codes drawn in Revit. Beam is chosen due to its complexity in the rebar arrangement. In addition, the development of this study could assist engineers on the construction site and effectively contribute to the minimization of rebar waste in the future.
