최근 전기설비는 자동화, 안전화되고 또한 인간에게 쾌적하고 편리한 시설을 지공하며 계획단계부터 설계, 시공을 거쳐 실현된 당초 성능이나 기능을 지속적으로 유지하고 안전을 보장하는 모든관리를 전기설비의 안전관리라 할 수 있다.

최근들어 심화되고있는 자재난과 인력수급난등은 작업을 원활치 못하게 하는 요인으로 작용하여 공기를 지연 시키고 있어 건설업계가 호황속에 불황을 맞고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 건설업계 스스로 자구책을 강구해야 한다는 여론이 높아지고 있어 신자재 개발 및 신공법 개발을 더욱더 서두르고 있다. 몇몇 건설업체들은 이미 자동화 공정 미 건식공법 등을 도입 실용 단계에 들어갔으며 시험단계 중인 업체들도 상당수를 차지해 조만간 걸설업계에도 신공화법의 바람이 불 것으로 관련인들은 내다보고 있다. (주)한양 기계부는 그동안 화장실 벽체 배관의 공장 조립 시공화 방안을 연구 검토한 결과 그 타당성이 인정되어 올해 초부터 이 방안을 본격적으로 시공에 착수했다. 이에 본지는 신공법 개발의 한 분야로 이 방안을 소개 한다.

Recently the construction project is intricately linked to the between participants. it is because construction informations are not integrate. This study suggests 3D modeling standard for integrated construction information. These suggestions can be useful to automation quantity take-off.

현재 국내에서 시공되고 있는 터널 발파 패턴의 경우 현장암반조건과 발파조건 등 발파에 영향을 미치는 제반 여건을 정량적으로 고려한 컴퓨터에 의한 자동설계가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 그러므로 경험적이고 정성적인 방법에 의하여 터널 발파 설계가 이루어짐으로써 발파설계와 시공이 불일치하고 여굴 및 주변 손상권의 확대로 인한 터널 보강에도 영향을 미치는 등 문제점이 있다. 또한 최근에 들어와서 터널 발파 공사가 인가 근처에서 이루어 질 경우 발파진동에 의한 민원을 야기하고 있어 이를 고려한 안전 발파 설계가 절실히 요구되고 있다. Recently, a variety of window cleaning devices have been developed. There are, however, few cases of anticipated problems and countermeasures that may arise after these devices are installed. Therefore, in this study, the emergency condition was derived and the emergency scenario was derived for the rail-mounted cleaning device. Emergency scenarios and countermeasures derived from this study will be used for continuous improvement and supplementation of cleaning devices through prototyping and testing.

현재 건설시장에서는 시공의 기계화 및 로봇화 촉진을 통하여 인력의존형으로부터 탈피하고자 하는 노력이 지속적으로 이어져 오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설생산의 효율성 제고를 위한 건설기계장비의 활용도 향상을 위해 국내 외 건설기계 자동화와 관련된 연구개발 동향을 살펴보고, R&D 투자현황을 조사 분석하였다. 또한 건축과 토목공사에 있어 건설자동화 분류체계를 수립하고, 자동화 대상작업의 후보군을 선정한 후 설문조사를 통하여 자동화 대상작업의 우선순위를 도출하였다. 도출된 자동화 우선순위를 바탕으로 총괄로드맵을 작성하였으며, 자동화 단위 그룹과 단위 그룹 내 자동화 대상작업의 자동화에 필수적으로 요구되는 요소기술의 도출결과를 바탕으로 중점영역별 로드맵을 구축하여 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과물은 국내 건설 생산방식의 성력화 및 기술집약화를 위한 첨단 기술분야 R&D 전략수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this study on the appliable Asphalt sheet of monolithic and inorganic matter waterproofing ,Fing material using of field because of problem of complex waterproofing sheet. Before this cement polymer modified waterproof coating and appliable asphalt sheet of monolithic whether have stability by method of construction about all style waterproofing that evaluate to new method of construction development naturally big emphasis put and try to approach. Did performance test item first at, as a result, drew by suitable thing in all KS items. This is considered to have more effective spot construction work because if means that have stability by material as well as method of construction.

While researches related with construction automation have dramatically increased, a Robot-based Automatic Construction system (RCA system) has developed for high-rise buildings in Korea. At the aspect that wide adoption of the RCA system is dependent on economic efficiency comparing with a conventional method, feasibility study on the RCA system should be implemented. However, due to practical limitations, the RCA system has tested to a seven story building. Based on the test results, this study implements a cost/benefits analysis to a simulated forty story building in order to derive more reliable data on the RCA system's practicability.
