  • 본 논문에서는 선체 설계 시에 의장 장비의 설치를 위해서 시공되는 의장홀이 생성되는 과정 및 이에 관련해 업무부서 간에 발생되는 각종 프로세스에 관해서 알아본다. 의장홀의 설계는 설치되어야 하는 의장 장비와 이미 설계되어 있는 선체 구조물을 바탕으로 의장 부서에서 이루어지지만, 선체 구조물에 직접 시공은 각종 제한 조건의 검토가 필수적이며 충분한 고려 후에 선체 부서에서 수행된다. 의장 설비의 특성상 해당 작업은 설계 및 생산과정에서 빈번하고 반복적으로 발생되고 선체 설계에 있어서 큰 병목현상을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 의장홀 시공에 필요한 다양한 프로세스와 정보의 흐름을 자동화하여 조선 설계 및 생산의 효율성을 향상시키는데 기여 하고자 한다.

  • Complexity and Massive is the modem trend of construction project. The lack of timely and accurate construction data is the main cause for the lack productivity increases seen in other industries. Because information is essential in the construction production process, the lack of it will cause workers to stay idle, build the wrong thing that has to be redone, become involved in an accident or simply waste their time doing non-productive work. To aid construction automation and improve its productivity, RFID technology system should be developed. As a result of that, this study analyzes the status of RFID technologies in construction project and suggest advanced construction method. USN and RTLS system is analyzed in this study RFID system also can be used in construction management, material management, quality control, safety management and human resource management.

Derivation of Work to be Automated in Reinforced Concrete Construction (철근 콘크리트 공사의 자동화 대상작업 도출)

  • For the successful introduction of the construction automation system, it is necessary to define the consideration factors and target tasks for the necessity of automating the conventional methods. In this study, the factors for automation were derived through brainstorming and questionnaires, and calculated the relative importance through the pairwise comparison using the AHP analysis method. In addition, the detailed type of concrete work was classified into 32 detailed works, and the automation score for each work was calculated by investigating the factors considering the necessity of automation. As a result of the automation score analysis, it was concluded that the need for automation of concrete placing work was the highest. Based on this study, we will consider the strategy of a concrete construction automation system.

  • After the outbreak of COVID-19, the construction industry, which has more contact between workers than other industries, needs to improve its environment through the technology development for automation of construction projects. This study conducted 5-point scale surveys of 39 candidate technologies on 54 workers in construction- related industries to derive priorities for technology development to improve the construction environment. The result of this survey shows the top 10 candidate technology priorities, and this analysis can be used as basic data for setting the direction for future construction development.

  • Additive manufacturing (AM, also known as 3D printing) technology gets attention for various effects in the construction industry. It reveals abilities of process automation, high traceability of resource management, construction period precision improvement, and worker safety. However, unlike the existing construction technology, the development of AM construction process causes trial errors and unpredictable accidents. In the present study, the construction AM process is designed for on-site construction, and it performs with empirical tests. Also, we analyzed the causes of qualitative experimental results.

  • 현대는 저출산 및 고령화 사회가 진행되고 3D 직종에 대한 기피현상이 심해지면서 전통산업과 서비스산업의 환경이 많이 변하고 있다. 이에 따라 이들 산업에 새로운 대체 노동력이 필요하게 되었고, 그 대안으로 로봇 융합기술이 발전하고 있다. 세계 건설산업에서 현재 우리나라의 위상은 선진국과 개발도상국의 중간 정도이다. 세계 건설산업의 환경 변화에 따른 국내 건설산업의 경쟁력 제고 및 선진화를 위해 많은 분야에서 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히 IT 기술을 활용한 정보화와 지식화, 그리고 첨단화를 위한 많은 노력이 경주되고 있는 현실에서 건설 현장에서 적용 가능한 건설 자동화 기술의 개발을 통하여 기술 경쟁력을 확보하고, 나아가서는 잠재돼 있는 시공력의 무한한 가능성을 실현시켜야 한다. 본지는 발전하고 있는 로봇 융합기술 중 건설산업에 접목되고 있는 공사 자동화 및 로봇화 기술과 그 종류, 그리고 우리나라가 앞으로 이뤄야 할 과제에 대해 알아본다.

  • Domestic construction industry has trouble in ensuring competitiveness by aging of skilled labors and lack of innovation in construction technologies. Under the current circumstances, the construction automation technology becomes an useful alternative for enhancing competitiveness through productivity, quality and safety improvement. Thus, this study analyzes the priority in developing construction automation technology using IPA technique. The results show that repetitive and heavy material-included activities have high priority, and will be used as preliminary data for establishing reasonable target and range of construction automation.
