우수한 정적, 동적 특성을 보이는 자동차 시트용 폴리우레탄 발포체 (Polyurethane Flexible Foam for Automotive Seat Cushion Having Both Superior Static and Dynamic Properties)

  • 폴리우레탄 발포체는 쿠션성이 뛰어나기 때문에 자동차 시트 쿠션으로 다양하게 사용이 되고 있다. 그 동안 시트 쿠션 발포체의 연구에 있어서 발포체 밀도를 낮추고자 하는 요구가 있어 왔으나, 최근에는 승차 안락감을 증대시키는 것이 더욱 중요시되고 있다. 승차 안락감과 관련하여 본 연구에서는 반발 탄성률 특성 및 히스테리시스 특성과 같은 정적물성을 조절하는 것에 관하여 연구하였다. 또한 승차 운전시 안락감 성능에 영향을 주는 매우 중요한 인자로 알려져 있는 진동 특성에 관하여 고찰하였다.

상용 버스용 알루미늄 시트 프레임의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Aluminum Seat Frame for Commercial Bus)

  • This study presents the development of a new aluminum seat frame for the commercial bus. Back moment and seat belt anchorage analysis of the conventional steel seat frame was conducted as a base model. Effective aluminum section dimensions for aluminum pipe were calculated from equivalent stiffness and equivalent weight study. Back moment and seat belt anchorage strength with the developed aluminum seat frame were compared to those of the base model. Additionally, to pass the fatigue test, shape modification of side frame assembly was conducted. From this study we could reduce the weight of seat frame more than 5 kg. And the current analysis model and procedure can provide useful informations in designing a new commercial car seat and can reduce the overall design cost and time.

자동차 시트 리클라이너 기어의 파인 블랭킹 성형에서 V-링 설치 위치가 다이롤 높이에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on the effect of V-ring position on die roll height in the fine blanking for automobile seat recliner gear)

  • 본 논문에서는 자동차 시트 리클라이너 기어의 파인 블랭킹 성형 실험을 통하여 V-링 설치 위치에 따른 기어의 다이 롤 높이 변화를 검토하였다. 3 종류의 다이 편과 가이드 플레이트 편을 설계하여 파인 블랭킹 금형을 제작하였으며 650 ton 파인블랭킹 프레스에서 성형 실험을 수행하였다. 실험으로부터 제품을 취출하여 다이 롤 높이를 측정하여 분석한 결과 기어 모듈과 관계없이 V-링 설치 위치가 가이드 플레이트에서 멀어짐에 따라 다이 롤 높이가 증가함을 파악할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 향후 파인 블랭킹 금형의 V-링을 설계할 때 다이 롤 높이를 최소화하기 위하여 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • This paper aims to ensure describe the a spring-back prevention technique for improving shape fixability by using an ultra-high strength steel sheet with 980 MPa to develop a lightweight seat rail parts. Ultra-high strength steel gives a potential for considerable weight reduction and a cost-effective way to produce energy efficient vehicles. The influence of a spring-back of seat rail parts on the shape fixability in forming processes was investigated to be solved by an adjustment of the appropriate tool design and process parameters. The computed results for improving shape fixability were in good agreement with the experimental results.

  • The automotive seat appropriately absorbs the vibrations or shocks transmitted through a vehicle when it is in operation so as to provide a comfortable ride for passengers. In this study, the structural strength and durability of each model were investigated using structural analysis. The natural and critical frequencies at the seat were analyzed through vibration analysis. Through the results of this study on automotive seat frame models, the durability against the load and vibration is shown to be dependent on the configuration of the model.

LM 난연사를 이용한 자동차 시트용 직물설계 (Fabrication design of car seat using LM flame retardant fiber)

  • As car seat is the closest part between driver and rider, the interest of the security and comfort of the seat is increasing. This research discovered the best condition for dyeing and finishing to produce a fabric for car seat and also developed the design of fabrication to give the feeling from such a finishing. The best condition of coating finishing solution is aqueous PU 65%, dye resist reagent 20%, water 12%, thicker 3%, and knife thickness 2mm, tenter temperature $170^{\circ}C$, tenter speed 35yard/min, viscosity 12,000cps and stirring time 100kg * 30min. According to the processing time of knife coating upon stirring the change of resin and the uneven of coating quantity was shown. This problems will be solved by means of automatic temperature control apparatus for resin and sealing device through a coming research.

  • This paper aims to DNC application of car seat cushion die. DNC systems are consist of CAD(CATIA1, CAM(Z-MASTER, OMEGA) software and CNC milling machine. CAM software is purpose to G-code generation for CNC programming. Then CAM software and CNC milling machine are connect to RS-232-C cable for networking.

한국인 더미모델을 이용한 시트진동 시뮬레이션과 실차시험의 비교분석 (Comparison of Vehicle Experiment and Computer Simulation of Seat Vibration using Korean Dummy Model)

  • This paper compares seat vibrations of a small passenger car and a SUV. The results also include the comparison of the human body accelerations and the ride values, such as the component ride values, and SEAT values of 12 axis accelerations obtained at the human body and seat track. The ride comfort evaluation is usually carried out by experiments of real cars which are expensive and sometimes may contain errors by passenger's postures. Simulations by computer, on the other hand, enable to solve these problems when the accuracy is proven. This paper, thus, also shows the correlation of human body vibration between experiments and computer simulations. For the computer simulation, korean dummy models are developed from the Hybrid III models by scaling the body data of Hybrid III to those of Korean men and women. From the comparison between the test data and simulation data, a nice correlation in trends was shown.
