차량용 시트의 설계품질 향상을 위한 안전공학 및 인간공학에 관한 연구 (A study on the safety and human engineering for the design quality improvement of vehicle seats)

  • The safety and comfort of car seats wee studied by utilization of engineering analysis/ experiment and human engineering data. As important factors of the static seating comfort, static spring constant, body pressure distribution, driving posture were discussed. In connection with the dynamic seating comfort, vibrational characteristics of domestic car seats(natural frequencies, damping, frequency spectrum, transmission ratio)were measured and discussed. Finally, the safety of the seat was analyzed and evaluated through calculation and experiments.

  • This paper presents a method for automatic generating of check sheet to measure deep-drawn sheet metal. By using polyhedral model of CAD, the proposed procedure calculates measuring points automatically. The results of measure are exported to MS-Excel. The proposed method is implemented by API functions and C language using SPEED plus CAD/CAM system and MS-Window OLE.

벽면충돌 가솔린 분무 모델 (Modeling of a Gasoline Spray Impinging on a Wall)

  • Most gasoline engines employ a port injection system to achieve the better fuel-air mixing. A part of injected fuels adheres to the wall or intake valve and forms a film of liquid fuel. The other is secondarily atomized by the spray-wall interaction. A better understanding of this interaction will help in designing injection systems and controlling the strategies to improve engine performance and exhaust emissions. In the present research, the spray-wall interaction was investigated by a laser sheet visualization method. The shape of sprays was pictured at various impinging velocities and angles. The fuel dispersion was estimated by fluorescence light, and the atomization was evaluated by the enlarged images of droplets. The experimental results were compared with model predictions which are based on OPT method. The model has been modified to have the better agreement with the experimental result, and was implemented in the KIVA-II code.

승용차 시트용 폼의 진동전달율 최소화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Minimization of Transmissibility of Seat Foam in Passenger Vehicles)

  • One of the most important factor for the comfort of the passenger vehicles is the minimization of the compressible transmissibility during the running vehicles. Seat foam materials of I2 series(index 95 and the contents of isocyanate TDI was changed in percentages 75, 70, 65, 60, 50, 40) and DI series(density 50kg/$\textrm{m}^3$, index was changed 100, 95, 90) showed the significant differences in their transmissibility depended upon their chemical constitution such as index and contents of isocyanate TDI. The minimum trasmissibility of seat foam materials of I2 series was found from the materials with the contents of 65% isocyanate TDI and the index 95 at the frequency 4.79~5.31Hz. Also the minimum transmissibility of seat foam materials of DI series was found from the materials with the index 90 and the density of 50kg/$\textrm{m}^3$ at the frequency of 4.79~5.31Hz.

철도차량 시트프레임의 강도 평가 연구 (A Study on the Structural Strength of the Rolling Stock Seat Frame)

  • In this paper, the structural strength of a rolling stock seat were numerically evaluated under several design load conditions based on the UIC requirements. The rot]ins stock seat was designed for the high speed train of a Chinese conventional line. To maximize its weight reduction and structural strength, an aluminium alloy, ALDC8-T5, was applied to the base frame, side frames and armrests. The designed seat frame satisfied the strength requirements on inertia loads and fatigue test conditions. However, it couldn't satisfy the requirements on the static test conditions of UIC 566 OR. Therefore, some design modifications were suggested and numerically evaluated whether the static test requirements could be satisfied or not.

자동변속기차량과 수동변속기 차량의 페달에 따른 운전자세 비교 및 감성차이 분석 (Sensibility Difference Analysis and Driving Posture Comparison of Pedal Operating between Automatic Tanmission Car and Manual Transmission Car)

  • 국내 동적 환경에 대한 감성 연구는 아직 미흡한 상태다. 본 연구는 자동차의 운전자세에 관해 연구하였다. 왼발을 사용하지 않는 A/T(Automatic Transmission) 차량과 두 발을 모두 사용하는 M/T(Manual Transmission) 차량의 운전자세 차이를 Position tracking sensor를 통해 측정하였으며, 각 차량에 따른 운전자들의 감성을 비교 및 분석하였다. 본 연구에 참여한 피험자들은 운전면허 소지자로 운전 경험이 있는 남자 대학생 및 대학원생이 참여하였으며, 운전자세를 분석해 본 결과 A/T 차량이 M/T 차량의 경우보다 Seat가 더 뒤로 위치하였고, 두 차량의 운전자세에서 무릎관절의 각도에 많은 차이가 났다. 또, 신체 각 부위 관절의 위치나 모양도 조금씩 다르게 측정되었다. A/T 차량과 M/T 차량의 운전자세에 따른 감성 평가는 동적 환경의 감성 연구에 도움이 될 것이다.
